i recently saw a spiral dynamics world map, and i was surprised to see that my country, lebanon, is stage red. however i was watching a video about hezbollah: and in the video, it is said that hezbollah fighters, see death as martyrdom which is gonna be rewarded in heaven. So they glorify death and see it as a positive. Which of course resonates with what leo said about stage red being fearless when it comes to death.. Plus hezbollah is classified as a terrorist organization by the us and the eu.

@Nivsch i live in beirut. and ocd was really debilitating, so now my focus is on recovering.
-
@Nivsch i'm 20 years old. And the last couple of years was hell because i had ocd, but now i'm treating it and things are getting better. And no hezbollah doesn't make me problems.
-
@Nivsch i am not religious, but my family is muslim sunni. my life in lebanon is normal, most of my problems are individual and have little to do with the collective of being part of Lebanon. you know even if you're in a more developed part of the world, you still have to work your ass off to live a good life and achieve your potential. well, it's no different here.

Honestly christianity in america is a wild thing. the whole conversation revolved around christianity. Why are people so obsessed with religion over there. watched people in the video talking about prayer from deliverance of the sin of being gay, and that they all did this, as though it is completely normal. Such a mindfuck. do you really get surprised after watching this that people in gaza/hamas or syria/isis. do what they do ? Jesus Christ, religion is just wild. what is most abhorrent is how these people are not even conscious that they didn't derive any of the christian stuff from first hand experience, but through cultural indoctrination, no different from muslims in saudi arabia, jews in israel, buddhists in myanmar... It's not about what you believe, it's about how one comes to know. is it through personal experience and consciousness, or brainwashing and unconsciousness.

religion is as real as your shopping mall.

so i was at the club supposed to do pick up, however there as i was socializing with people, i've met guys who i've talked to for a bit, then after a while proposed to me to try mdma. in our conversation before we were talking about psychedelics and i was impressed by how the guy was into spirituality, he meditated sometimes for 2 hours a day, talking to me about hindu yogic techniques, and was as well into psychedelics and other stuff too. so he and his friend offered me a pill of mdma. so i took the pill and some time afterwards i started feeling very happy, euphoric and zen. it was 3:00 am approximately and the party was supposed to last until 7:00 am. i went and sat on a couch at the club and contemplated for at least like 7 to 8 hours straight. i felt my contemplative capacities augmented and was able to contemplate way more vividly. even after the party ended i didn't immediately go back home. i found places to sit and contemplated for a few hours. it was the fastest contemplation secession i've ever done, i didn't count the hours. i was so much enjoying the contemplation while on mdma, feeling all zen, euphoric, happy, not anxious at all, and having my contemplation abilities augmented. It was a memorable experience and i learned a lot, changed me, and opened my mind to a new possibility i didn't try before. (it was my first time taking mdma, i didn't took any psychedelics or other substances before other than lsd once, last year).

why do the least developed countries have the highest fertility rate ? and the most developed countries have the lowest ? very counter intuitive, you would expect that since people in less developed countries have overall worse conditions that it would be smart not to have kids to not allow them to live through these miserable conditions, and on the contrary countries with good living conditions higher fertility rates since the living conditions are better. but apparently it's the opposite. well i think it's because of a lack of education in the less developed countries, and also because they're tribal and collectivist whereas developed countries are more individualistic. And also a spiritual reason that i contemplated is identity, maybe the stronger you're identity the less aware you are of fluidity and spirituality, the more you have children since the more ignorant you are and unconscious you are, that's why the more religious the people are the more they have children, because you identify with your creed more. whereas if you're identity is less dense, then in your mind your child is just one out of billions, and doesn't make sense to have or not have a child. you may also equalize adopting a child with procreating one yourself, whereas less conscious people, with more limited identity see a very big difference between their child and other people's children, because they're more tribal, have more bigotry, intolerance, racism....

@Rishabh R i mean your father has no business with you going to the club. pull up google maps search for a near club, and go there, pay the entrance and talk to girls. at worst you can explain to your dad "i'm going there to talk to girls because i'm a normal young man"
-
@Rishabh R well first, 50 approach is nothing really so your approaches normally suck at this level of beginning. even people who don't live in india get kicked out sometimes because of cold approach, maybe it was just a coincidence, and have nothing to do with being in india. find other places like night clubs where you can hit on as much girls as you want. i'm sure there are bars and night clubs where it's normal to hit on girls. be aware of your limiting belief around approaching women being impossible in india. Don't forget the mind is very tricky and can get you to believe that it's a cultural thing when in fact it has nothing to do with culture, even people in western countries blame "feminism" for not being able to get laid, when in fact it has nothing to do with that. anyways find 4-5 places where there are lots of women, night clubs, bars, malls... and go do approaching.
-
@Rishabh R leo has a 3 part series called "how to get laid" explaining the mechanics of attraction.

if people aren't doing consciousness work, what makes some people more conscious than others ? we can say that overall people living in democracies are more conscious than people living in 3rd world countries, why is that ? i've contemplated it for a bit and i got that it is money. if people are struggling primarily with money and survival, they won't have much options to become more conscious as someone who had a good family, great education and optimal living standards.

@Leo Gura thank you
