it would be great to take a deep look at the homophobic mind to understand it and develop a wiser understanding of it.

lately was wondering about this, i asked claude 3, it said: "The five daily Islamic prayers (salah) can be viewed through a mystical lens, particularly in Sufi traditions. Here's how they relate to mysticism: Spiritual Connection: Each prayer is seen as an opportunity for direct communion with the Divine. The physical act of prayer is believed to align the body, mind, and soul towards God. Purification: The ritual ablution (wudu) before prayer is viewed as both physical and spiritual cleansing. Prayer itself is seen as purifying the soul from worldly attachments. Mindfulness and Presence: The fixed prayer times create regular intervals for spiritual reflection throughout the day. The focus required during prayer is a form of meditation, cultivating presence and awareness. Symbolism: The movements in prayer (standing, bowing, prostrating) are often interpreted symbolically. For example, prostration can represent complete submission to the Divine. Rhythmic Invocation: The repetitive nature of prayers, especially certain phrases, is similar to mantras in other mystical traditions. This repetition is believed to induce altered states of consciousness. Ascension: Some mystics view prayer as a spiritual ascension, mirroring the Prophet Muhammad's night journey (Isra and Mi'raj). Unveiling: Regular prayer is seen as a means to gradually unveil spiritual realities and gain deeper insights. Union with the Divine: The ultimate goal for many mystics is fana (annihilation of the self in God), which they believe can be achieved through devoted prayer. While these mystical interpretations are more pronounced in Sufi traditions, they're not exclusive to Sufism. Many Muslims find deeper spiritual meanings in their daily prayers, even if they don't explicitly frame it in mystical terms. It's important to note that while mystical interpretations exist, the five daily prayers remain a fundamental obligation for all Muslims, regardless of their inclination towards mysticism." if that is true, then serious muslims who prayed for years must be awake.

robert greene is someone i would consider wise. for having read some of his books he seems to have a lot of life experience.
-
iain mcgilchrist is pretty wise i would say. One thing that i have noticed about wise people is that they value wisdom a lot. it is pretty simple yet rare. a general rule to know if someone is wise or not, ask yourself the question does he value wisdom, and the way you know if he values wisdom is simply if he brings up the topic of wisdom often.

@Leo Gura yeah i see what you mean, but isn't the ideal to do both? go to the gym and talk to girls ?
-
@Leo Gura i mean don't girls like men who are fit and have a good physique ? i get it, most of the results in socializing and being good with women, come from massive social experience with women face to face. but still it's a nice bonus to be fit and have some muscles. also maybe within pick up it doesn't matter as much, but within other things like dating apps, it would be much more of an advantage.

Dajjal is an important figure in Islamic eschatology (the study of end times). Here are the key points about Dajjal in Islamic belief: Nature: Dajjal is considered to be a false messiah or anti-Christ figure who will appear near the end times. Name meaning: "Dajjal" in Arabic roughly translates to "deceiver" or "impostor." Physical description: In many Islamic traditions, Dajjal is described as a one-eyed figure, often with the word "kafir" (unbeliever) written on his forehead. Role: Dajjal is believed to appear before the Day of Judgment, causing chaos and leading people astray from the true faith. Powers: He is said to possess supernatural abilities that he will use to deceive people, including the power to perform miracles. Duration: According to some hadiths (sayings attributed to Prophet Muhammad), Dajjal's reign will last for 40 days, with each day being equivalent to a year, a month, or a week. Defeat: Islamic tradition holds that Dajjal will ultimately be defeated by Jesus (Isa in Islam), who Muslims believe will return to Earth. Test of faith: The appearance of Dajjal is considered a major trial for believers, testing their faith and resolve. Warnings: Many Islamic teachings encourage believers to be aware of the signs of Dajjal's coming and to stay firm in their faith to avoid being deceived. Interpretations: While many Muslims interpret the concept of Dajjal literally, some scholars view it as a metaphor for the forces of evil and deceit in the world. It's important to note that beliefs about Dajjal can vary among different Islamic schools of thought and individual believers. generated from ai

alright guys, time for understanding the Islamic mind. What's interesting about islam is that it's a very large religion nearly 2 billion followers. roughly one quarter of humanity. Yet if you've never studied it or didn't grew up in a muslim environment you could be completely clueless about what it is, why people follow it so passionately, and what is its appeal. Islam shapes the mind of one quarter of the world. so if you care about understanding the reality one quarter of the world inhabit you're in the right place. Anyways let's share educational videos, insights, questions, and content in the hope of getting a better grasp of this beautiful way of life that plenty of our brothers and sisters embody. Let's become muslims the time of this thread to really get a grasp of what it feels like to become a muslim and follow the way of the prophet muhammad (peace be upon him) guiding us towards metaphysical Allah.
