sure but i think many "optimists" for example see the future brighter/less problematic than it might be in terms of environment, global warming, peace, society and so on. you could say wether there is ww3 or not, nuclear apocalypse or not both is good, because everything is "good" because that's the way it is but those optimists think the future is good in the way that there won't be a ww3 or totalitarian state or environmental disaster etc.

you know i've heard that according to "studies" most optimists see the world as almost too good. so that's also a form of delusion but a beautiful one.

it's also a bit of a problem of introverted people who're often alone. because then you might not be enough around people who could tell you/hint at your blind spots

yes exactly. then the question is who is competent enough to tell you about your blind spots but if multiple people say it then it's probably true-ish. i think some people pay coaches/therapists etc. to point those out

i hope not i was actually trying if i can apply that "technique" of owning everything because IF you're god, then you are everything, dream everything, could also in a certain way say own everything if you're not a devil about it it worked a little bit gave a little placebo of confidence but not great, it's probably a feeling that you have to grow up with or learn over a long period of time and really ingrain, than just hear in a video and try to apply it

personally i do have preferences. i was saying i don't mind if someone else also has their preferences. like why would i get mad/sad etc. if someone likes strawberry ice cream more than pistachio ice cream, even though pistachio is clearly superior. but i do hope as i get more conscious that i'll have less preferences etc.

I've had a few and i didn't think any of them was particularly great maybe it's my problem because i expect too much of them but it's hard to find a good one one was extremely friendly but almost too nice, too mellow, very quiet voice one was often sick and didn't come to sessions one i had issues with, with the payment but also otherwise i wasn't really feeling his style one was pretty good but i could only go to her for a like two months, it was only a temporary thing one knew buddhist concepts and stuff, which was good but otherwise he didn't give me a lot, like a quiet zen guy one just always said "ok yea, yes i understand that" that wasn't of no help, you go to school for (ionno 7?) yrs, to now just say "ok, yea, that makes sense" wasn't feeling it i think most of them had their own mental issues tbh now i haven't gone for about two yrs and don't miss it i'd like to try jungian someday, or someone who's a bit tough-ish and points out my blind spots

nobody really asks me that but i remember mostly even before i got into "spirituality" someone asked me about god and i said i do believe in a god but it's certainly not a man in the sky, more something like energy or the universe the person who asked me was thinking about the biblical god i think

i think it's really weird to see very tall guys with very short girls i like tall women also i was joking about height preferences i don't really care what anybody's preferences are wether they're height preferences, body shape preferences, race preferences, skin complexity preferences, religious background preferences, richness preference etc. doesn't matter either way
