Yeah low lectins boii My gut is quite easily irritated which then can cause symptoms like irritation, insomnia, brain fog, mood issues, inflammation, fatigue. And diets like this or carnivore can migitate it a bit. But it’s always fluctuating and right now i‘m in France and eating everything and feeling ok you know what i mean?(not everything no chili and eggs for example) Le Dieu est arrivee.

I used to follow this diet years ago btw and it actually helped with some symptoms. Not saying it’s true or whatever.

Russians are so weird bruv i often see them while travelling. Like right now. I mean not all of course but many if not most.
