An Irish boy in Ukraine ☘️ -
What’s weird or interesting about BRICS is that there are democratic countries like Brasil and authoritarian countries like China and horrible countries like Russia. I’m sure it’s not that easy to agree on things at times.

Putin and Macron arguing about Napoleon -
Which is normal when we basically had 70 years of peace after WW2. It’s similar in Japan, Canada, Australia etc. At some point you’d hope humanity is above war. But can’t let your guard down next to Russia, China etc. i guess.

Yea well because the US just dipped on us. But the US profited a lot from this relationship. Without Europe as a "protectorate" there won’t be US hegemony in the same sense in terms of Dollar as a world currency or uniting against the same enemies atthe UN, buying the same amounts of US weapons etc.

The problem is not the ceasefire in Ukraine. The problem is what does Ukraine have to give up? Will Russia collect and rearm itself in years not months. Will there be a bigger war because of appeasement to Putin. Etc. It’s complex and you can’t judge it on a ceasefire. -

In some ways Europe or let’s say EU + Norway, UK, Switzerland, Turkey Is also a sleeping giant that you don’t want to wake up. The question is only if they can pull together. I’m excited to see if Europe becomes irrelevant or becomes a giant. You could say Europe became less relevant with the world wars. Before that it was dominating the world stage. But then the US became the hegemony with some of Europe and Japan etc. as allies or some would say vassals almost.

As legit as going to the toilet or the mall imo. Everything could be “spiritual” If everything is god or whatever then how could you get further or closer to that? -

It’s wild when you think how instrumental Fox News probably was in getting Donald elected. -
Interview with the guy who asked Zelensky “why don’t you wear a suit?” How is this guy a reporter? What an embarrassment this guy. Probably tweaking on fruit loops.
-
Have you ever been to a parade? I’ve been to Madrid once coincidentally while it was LGBT parade. It’s quite wild. Almost all bigger west European cities have those parades and events.
-
Yea so many cities in Europe have great public transport actually and i’m very happy about it. I actually haven’t been to Copenhagen but i think soon. Also wouldn’t mind to live in Amsterdam for a while.

What i didn’t like is when he said “Donald you’re very intelligent, but this is a very dumb thing” -
Yea personally i also love the architecture in Amsterdam the black buildings, the canals and such. The overflow of tourists can be annoying but that’s in many cities in Europe.
-
Nice yea i like Amsterdam. Going back there end of April around kings day probably.

Who is right? Imo the ones who want more freedom and democracy. Also the ones who were invaded. Also the ones who don’t have the same "president” for over 20 years. The ones who gave up nukes for security assurances.
