No i wouldn’t really do anything differently with psychedelics and spirituality specifically. No regrets on that front. Was quite cautious. Did lower and higher doses. I think it’s the right way to go. Europe can’t really rely on the US for safety. For Europeans we’re stuck here with Russia as a neighbour. While the US is far away.

I think it’s better to just try it and see what it does instead of watching debates.

To me this is the main reason why the autistic authoritarian 4chan troll is attacking the EU. Because they have some mechanisms to go against tech companies. He says it’s because of he thinks that these Euopean countries should fight back against immigration etc. But imo it’s all about money and power and destroying competition. Why else wold he be so much in favour of H1B (he said he’d literally go to war for it)

And that’s logically speaking Russia because much bigger population, less caring about human lifes , throwing poorer region ethnics and north koreans into the meat grinder. What speaks for Ukraine is that they are being attacked, so they know they are fighting for a very good reason/survival. And western tech to a certain extent. But generally it mostly depends on the US, China and to some extent especially long term Europe. Russia couldn’t do this without China seemingly they’d be too isolated. But generally there are almost no good outcomes for this war. Probably over a million people already perished.

Sure Ukraine is much smaller. Less authoritarian. Much poorer. Less backwards. Gave up nukes. Less powerful. Less expansiony. It’s not looking great for Ukraine right now. But it’s also looking very bad for Russia in the longer term.

Autoimmune disease i meant but you get the gist.

It could still cause some inflammation which can cause auto immune or mental disorders or whatever. I think carnivore and other very restrictive diets suuuck. But still give it a try.

Have you tried carnivore or lectin free diet etc.? I think i’m going to try it (again) for health issues. Fatigue, pain, inflammation, mood etc.

I’m thinking about going carnivore or keto too because of inflammation/pain and videos like these and the comments under it
