Don't know, it's your life, whatever you think brings you joy. (in the long run) It could be a never ending void which you try to fill and then after some time you realise you still aren't happy and you search for something else. Like a lot of people hunting for money or material possessions or partners or validation, drugs etc. Or it could be that it really does make your baseline happier.

So if you say unclutch, do you mean in a way let go of the bodily tension and thought of that desire etc.? He didn't explain it very well imo just said "sit with it, don't judge etc. and then unclutch from the desire" Or do you want to make a topic about this technique if it helped you so much?

In this interview he said he started looking at glasses of water fo hours and staring and paying attention to teachers at 4 yrs old, like no one else ever paid attention to them or something along those lines
