Are you judging Trump and his supporters, right wingers, conspiracy theorists etc. Or are you kind and compassionate to them without judging? Or is this just about the forum?

6 days in, feeling alright Funny thing is when i fasted before (spring, last year etc.)the obsession with food got huge during the fast most of the time. Was watching cooking/eating shows all the time, walking around the city looking at menus from restaurants in which i haven't been etc. This time during the fast i never once watched any food shows etc.
-
Right now i'm fasting since about 65 hours only water and tea, i'm shooting for 5-7 days. Did it the first time about 2 years ago and got into it because for some gut health and other health issues in general. I think it's at least good to give the gut a break once in a while. I've also tried different diets for health like vegetarian, fodmap, carnivore, lectin free diet etc. It's also nice in a time in which almost everything like food etc. is available in abundance, to just say alright i won't eat for 6 days and after that i'll appreciate it again even more. Fasting has been done for thousands of years for health and spiritual reasons and apparently it has some real health benefits.

Just the normal youtube video episodes but as podcasts. Because i generally prefer to listen to the stuff when i'm out and about and not watch the videos. (Also i haven't listened to that many, still new)

Nobody else? Sad I've heard there are benefits meditating in a group setting. -

There seem to be already quite a few "carnivores" around, people who only eat meat. I've seen the story of Mikhaila Peterson, Jordan Petersons daughter. She apparently had a very bad auto immune disease since she was a child and depression and fatigue. Had already replaced joints at a young age because of it and when she dropped all food besides meat it got apparently much better and she could even drop the anti depressants etc. Because apparently all other food irritates her gut and body to the extreme and is very inflammatory. If you're really sick and desperate then you feel better it's a blessing of course. But i think it's a bit dangerous how she advocates the diet and tells people to "just try it" Because the amounts of meat consumed if 50% of the population would be only eating meat would be immense. Also we don't really know about the long term health implications of that diet, of course people on the carnivore diet always have some examples of people who have been living on it for a long time. Jordan Peterson was on the diet, but he still had to take a lot of benzos, got addicted and doesn't feel good right now i think. I've tried the diet too for health reasons, i'm always trying different diets. I wonder if some people on the carnivore diet ever tried the lectin free diet? Which is another diet that is minimally stressful for the gut and intestines. -

Cool, sounds like a nice job environment. Maybe you can even guide them a bit over time. -

Never in my life did i hear this argument. I also haven't met many hunters. Obviously there are more conscious and less conscious hunters. -

The first "mystical" experience in adulthood which i can remember was after listening to a lot of Eckhart Tolle talks and then observing nature. Seeing Tree's in a different light. -

Well there were a lot of assumptions etc. in your text so it's actually relevant imo -

I'm not really making excuses or claim to speak from a higher consciousness, i'm just asking questions. But the way you answered made me think a bit that it's mostly your ego replying and not a reply from a "higher consciousness" Thanks anyway, i'll check your topic out. -

Yea it's not the greatest term. What i kind of mostly meant is, if we look at the universe as one and we are that universe and are mostly conscious of that through meditation or whatever. And the universe keeps on creating and devouring itself and wants to explore all facets. Like this is all just Maya basically. Is it wrong from that standpoint? Krishna told Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita (if i remember correctly) that he shouldn't be afraid to die and also not afraid to kill somebody in that war, because there is really no death. But on another (lower, non "spiritual") level we are humans and many of us don't want to hurt other people or even animals. So do you think it's less evolved because on that "lower" level it inflicts pain and suffering on those animals and that's just a thing about being empathetic toward animals etc.? Or is it also less evolved on the "higher" (what i called spiritual) level too because ultimately we don't wan't to hurt ourselves? (the universe) Even though he universe wants to explore all facets and there is really no death. -

Operation Paperclip had a lot to do with it or is that a conspiracy too? -

Even if using that word i never thought i'm enlightened, faaaar from it. That's nice and i like the term "unknown knower" or maybe "unknowable knower" but naming it "consciousness" or "awareness" etc. doesn't want me really to seek what i am, those are just words/pointers. -
Yah covid made that even more difficult

Yea i get it, was mostly kidding.

Leo wants to be enlightened, why do you want to make his ego grow with all those compliments? Do you want him to suffer? But i guess with that other "toxic" topic it cancels each other out. Props and thanks to Leo for the videos, podcast and forum etc.

Cool. Yeah today i took some potassium and magnesium and also some volcanic minerals which should help detox. Have you done laxatives? I've heard it's kind of important in a prolonged water fast Yea a lot of people seem to do that, it's not really for me though i generally eat breakfast and dinner. For sure i will eat "extra" healthy for like 10 days after the fast

Nope i still don't get what your statement really means. So a lot of Trumpists and anti Trumpers, left and right, muslims and christians, vegans and meat eaters (or even carnivores) etc. "aren't trying to be certain or are certain in their ideologies?"
