never said he didn't and i often recommend him. he's probably my favourite of those "spiritual" teachers with his style, stories etc. got introduced to many of these things by him anyway still find it fun to poke holes into his origin story

does that also go for the kardashians or the catholic church etc.? also what i find a bit odd about his story is that he says he didn't have any knowledge of those "concepts" prior to his awaking. i know he said that his real name isn't even eckhart tolle, that's also odd imo he said he saw the name in a dream or something also the guy is a huuuuge business the most money making spiritual guy of our times, not saying making money is bad btw

he could've also took psychedelics and then thought he can't sell that "origin" story to middle aged people or whatever i just find the story a bit odd but i do like eckhart tolle and his teachings

ok thanks i've actually tried it for something small a few years ago, but i can't tell if it worked or not because i don't know what the result would have been if i didn't use it. this guy also has a podcast about magick, but personally i've only really listened to his appearances on duncan trussels podcast

i'm not against meds but anti-psychotics+ssri+benzo seems like too much for just anxiety but i don't know your situation did they try just an ssri first and it wasn't enough? hope everything goes well

has anybody tried psilocybin without the shrooms? they often use that in studies i guess, how does it compare?

i think before you attempt suicide you should exhaust all other options that includes therapy, group therapy, medication, psychedelics, leaving your parents and living somewhere else, traveling to interesting countries, helping other people etc. etc.

i did try therapy, wasn't for me thus far. Just yesterday i was reading something about EMDR and that looks interesting and worth to try also rTMS looks interesting imo. Also i might have or might not have experimented with some psychedelics, but i might have always this fear on the come up. Or i might not thus far nothing bad might have happened though.
