I don’t think it’s a sign of aging because it started abruptly a few weeks ago. Weird. For me it’s more flashes of memories though only like an image + a feeling. Well i can’t grasp those memory flashes anyway. Maybe it’s just something getting processed in the body but i don’t even really see what it is.

Yea i don’t know. Might also be some childhood trauma in the story but not sure. I mean we probably all have some anyway. A few months ago seemingly got quite addicted to watching nonduality videos and also seemingly have many bodily sensations and such but maybe it’s not related and just horse dung.

It’s hard to describe. In a way it’s strong and in a way its weak and ephemeral. And it’s annoying because i want to see more of the memory but it’s not graspable or accessible.

I agree. Seeking answers seems like a trap. But there is already no free will to do it or not anyway. Seeking that is.
