Hello everyone! As I run a creative business, I often face the challenge of balancing creativity with the everyday tasks of running a company. I've found that these two worlds often contradict and even work against each other. To manage both, it's almost as if you have to be two different people. Nonetheless, I want to share my insights on how I create a creative atmosphere for myself, even when it's not always easy: The elusive source of inspiration, the Muse, cannot be forced. On the contrary, the more we try to force it, the more mechanical our ideas become and the Muse moves further away. To foster creative flow, we should create optimal conditions for the Muse to feel welcome. A creative "bubble", a space without stress, material motivation, and distractions, is the ideal environment for the Muse to arrive. In this almost spiritual, timeless, and meditative "flow" state, we merge with our work and enter a world beyond the boundaries of the familiar. There is no foolproof recipe for attracting the Muse. Instead, we should focus on avoiding conditions that repel it. These include material fears, greed, egocentric values, everyday stress and worries, and dealing with negative people. Another aspect I've discovered is the role of social media as creativity killers. The algorithms of social media reduce our consciousness to an almost animalistic level and awaken existential fears. The next generation may laugh at us for the impact we've had on the general consciousness of our civilization through social media. For me personally, this is one of the greatest disasters of consciousness ever. Creating a creative atmosphere among creative people promotes the presence of the Muse. Inspirational places such as university libraries, lively cafes, or working on a train, where you can feel the dynamism of the world, can help. Personally, I find working at night to be the most creative. My mental state during the night is extremely calm, without any fears. It feels almost as if I am a different person at night. I believe this is because society is less active at night, and I feel less burden and energy from trivial societal problems. The night is, at least for me personally, an absolute creativity booster. It's about elevating our consciousness beyond the trivial. There are various methods for this: Change places and atmosphere - work in a library, be on a train, or travel to other countries. Adjust your surroundings - avoid negative people, even if they are good friends or close relatives. Physical challenges - long meditations, hikes in nature, or cold exposure (e.g., cold baths, showers, the Wim Hof Method) can shake up our consciousness and invite the Muse. Although I haven't tried any psychedelic substances yet, I can imagine that their responsible use could also raise consciousness and create an environment for creativity. In conclusion, creativity, insights, and brilliant ideas cannot be forced. By creating the conditions that attract the Muse and avoiding those that repel it, we can unfold our creative potential and succeed in our creative business. This also means distancing ourselves consciously from harmful influences such as social media and focusing on inspiring environments. By taking the time to work into the night and enjoy the silence and tranquility, we can create an atmosphere where creativity thrives, and we can unleash our full potential.

This conversation is pure gold! For some reason it resonates with me even more deeply than the monologue type of Leo's videos.

@Leo Gura Besides the very biased article, one thing is for sure & Leo himself recognized it already by taking down his latest video: Leo's teachings are obviously not for everybody and maybe dangerous for the majority. For me there is only one responsible way to continue by strictly separating mainstream & advanced stuff: - The mainstream Youtube-Chanel should be only about mainstream self-help. A perfect example: The series of videos: Advises for young people etc. - The advanced teachings should be only for some kind of closed very small circle of psychologically proofed & spiritually advanced people (a kind of master course attended by proofed students) It is comparable with learning martial arts. A white belt beginner should not compete with a black belt, he can literally die!!! A white belt should start competing with white belts and gradually after years and only when committed he can graduate into the next level... PS: For me as a relatively (at least in the materialistic sense) successful 35 year old male with healthy psyche, good relationships, friends etc. I've never felt any harm / negativity whatsoever, but nowadays there is an epidemic of very very fragile kids out there... it is pretty terrible, I personally know two 20ish young fellow suffering seriously from depression.

An underdeveloped third word country with its even more underdeveloped (in any possible sense) like-to-be-hitler dictator attacks an European country without any particular reasons and the whole world is watching?!?! @america: Dear Americans, since WW2 all your military involvements have been wrong. So do one thing right... send somebody / something... kill the dog... go home.. life continues as usual...

Not sure nether if this interview is legit. But even so, it wasn't solely the decision of USA! All those countries (of the ex. east block) willingly decided to join NATO (it was the highest priority for them besides joining the EU!). This new 'west orientation' of all these ex. Russian partner countries was not forced whatsoever, it was a more the result of truth realisation of how corrupt and non functional the sovjet / communistic system was.

Wich influence? Of what? Again economically Russia is a third world country, they are not producing any kind of cutting edge technology whatsoever, The only thing what they are doing is selling gas and investing in hacker farms to spread misinformation. This country is basally a house of cards with a middle edge macho dictator using the whole propaganda machine to serve him. Most of the Russians try to emigrate in West Europe to have a better life. it is 100% bullying. If Ukraine was part of NATO they would never attack, because it would be a lets say a fair fight. But now attacking a much smaller county with much smaller army... of course. typical bully In wich way?! I don't get it? Because if Ukraine become part of NATO, NATO would attack RUSSIA and start deliberately WW3.. that is ridiculous assumption, there is zero sense and logic in that fear. Nobody would ever attack Russia or any other atom power country, because of the obvious reason. and again there are already lots of NATO Countries neighbours with Russia? I didn't see Russia attacking any of them?!

Why would be that bad and reason for war? All other eastern europe countries incl. Turkey are already in NATO! Common, it is obvious they are looking for conflict... look at the history... Hitler started the WW2 exactly the same way...

of course they are some reasons for the sicko to attack. But from the outside neutral perspective there are zero real real reasons for war, It is an act of bulling in its highest form.

Without selling natural resources (like Gas etc.) Russia would be basically a failed state with no real economy whatsoever. The GDP of Russia even with all these almost unlimited natural resources and territory is comparable with the GDP of Spain, so do the math...

Yep. And the very truth about it, everybody who is famous nowadays believes he is an expert at everything else only because excelling in one field , Joe Rogan giving advices about Vaccines, Peterson giving expertise about climate change and Leo alongside teaching enlightenment being an expert of 'How to get laid' too ?

? yep, I would give him the money not because of the course, but rather as acknowledgment for his marketing & sales genius! Brilliant, he began the video with the statment: Guys, I can not teach you anymore about my deepest teachings so you should find that by yourself, you should go beyond actualized, you should completely detach from actualized etc.... and then ended the video promoting a new expensive course for the really relly committed students ? An absolute masterpiece of marketing & sales strategy!

Yep! I guess most of these guys are suffering in one way or another and 'deconstruction the illusion' is kind of escapism for them. I think for 99% would be better first of all to cope living / or rather being that illusion, enjoying the game, being master at that game. Again TRUTH / GOD is unavoidable, very very soon this form will disappear too and you will return to the source, so why the rush?

The one thing that is unavoidable is actually the TRUTH / GOD, not the illusion! You can not avoid your true nature, but only dilute yourself for short moment being this small ego right now (relatively speeking) Think about it, GOD/I created the illusion / this game to play with itself. And this illusion we call ego / life / materialism etc. tries to deconstruct itself creating courses about it... that is absurdity in it its highest form, but at the same time a genius sale strategy!

Exactly my thoughts!!! Why not enjoying this game as much as possible?! It is like playing soccer and in the middle of the game you stop playing and say: guys it is not about winning or losing i won't play any more haha ? Why deconstructing the illusion that you yourself constructed? It is like creating a beautiful art, and this art starts destroying itself because its not 'the truth' ???

Very well described. I don't get this super seriousness neither. The video was very entertaining, the guys that are enlighten don't need any of these videos anyway, for the rest of us (with healthy psyche) this is a very interesting and entertaining concept like many of the other ones. And for the guys with unstable psyche there was more than enough warnings... so to put this video down doesn't make any sense for me at all.
