Congrats on advancing! Question: If i hear two person’s talking next to me should i keep listening to them and keep up with their conversation knowing it’s a content? Answer: There are no "Shoulds" or "Shouldn'ts" Do what you want to do at the moment it happens. Question: Is there a way to escape Content? ( i personally don’t think so xD) Answer: Yes, but i wouldn't use that word. More like - Channel Content. Question: If i focused on my breathing would it look like i’m trying to escape the content by concentrating on something else? Answer: Focus is key here. It empowers your abilities of concentration. To focus on breath is the best! Again, let the concept of escaping go out the window. It is a toxic thought. It can lead to all kinds of dysfunctions. Question: If my mind goes blank should i remind myself of awareness and go back to being aware of awareness again and hear/feel all the things that are happening or just be aware that my mind is blank? Answer: Yes, remind yourself of The Present Moment and whatever it may bring into your experience, focus on it for a certain amount of time and then let it go. Turn inward again and this time ask The Present Moment to produce something else OR ask it to remain in Blank Mind. Pure Presence. Hope this helps, Greg.

In early April, 2021 I entered the transition between Green and Yellow. All I can say is that when The Student is ready, The Master will appear. My father told me that. My dad is Green. My mom is Yellow. They didn't know about the spiral dynamics model but when i told them about it, they immediately resonated with it. I did met turquoise individuals. Though, they are very rare. I use this technique. Came across it last year in the COVID-19 Pandemic. it was 5 AM and I took an early walk on the beach near my home. It was still dark and I remember Leo's voice just saying "Let Go"... you done this and that... "Let Go"... you girlfriend left you... "Let Go" ... "you got fired from your job.. "Let Go" I realized I can apply it to anything. It definitely made my life easier. Now, I use this technique consciously, when as in the beginning I just told myself "Let Go of letting go" "Let Go of this technique" sort of like, Jailbreaking your mind\ Godel's Incompletness Theorem\Infinite Strange Loop. There comes a time when all that noise chatter is transcended. The Dawning of Realization comes. Then it no longer matters, not in the absolute sense, whether you let go or not let go. It's a duality. You ascend into Unity Consciousness. You see, Leo's videos are TOOLS for us to Actualize OUR life. To become The Embodiment of The Teachings. What then? Supplemental I What does it mean for a civilization to be millions of years old? We have had radio telescopes and spaceships for a few decades; our technical civilization is a few hundred years old. An advanced civilization millions of years old is as much beyond us as we are beyond a bush baby or a cockroach. Although any conjecture about such advanced civilizations is a matter of sheer speculation, one can still use the laws of physics to place upper and lower limits on these civilizations. In particular, now that the laws of quantum field theory, general relativity, thermodynamics, etc. are fairly well established, physics can impose broad physical bounds which constrain the parameters of these civilizations. Soon, humanity may face either: a) an existential shock or b) a positive collective shift in consciousness. The current list of Jupiter-sized extra-solarsystem planets will swell. The number of giant planets discovered in more distant orbits, as seen in our Solar System, is increasing all the time as detection techniques improve and longer time series are analysed. This may usher in a new era in our relationship with the universe. We will never see the night sky in the same way ever again, realizing that scientists may eventually compile an encyclopedia identifying the precise co-ordinates of exoplanets. An exoplanet is a planet outside The Solar System. The first possible evidence of an exoplanet was noted in 1917, but was not recognized as such. The first confirmation of detection occurred in 1992. This was followed by the confirmation of a different planet, originally detected in 1988. As of May 1st, 2021 - there are 4,719 confirmed exoplanets in 3,490 systems, with 772 systems having more than one planet. We live on a relatively small planet, in a relatively small solar system, within a relatively small galaxy; a galaxy that has billions of solar systems; one which exists in a universe that is teaming with galaxies; a universe of multiple dimensions. So then, knowing this, I ask you: is it crazy to consider that there IS other sophisticated life out there? Or that there isn't? Greg

To incorperate these short articles, conversations and stories into a book for teens and early adults. I have almost 80 % of it planned out and I'm thoroughly researching all kinds of subjects.
