  2. For me my crack pipe is YouTube. So I've recently sworn myself off of YouTube to take back control of my life. One interesting Insight is that there's a lot of tough moments in life that would be suppressed with processing it by watching YouTube video. Whether it be a tough existential moment of contemplating my death, or contemplating the death of other people around me that time is ticking and I won't have the people around me forever. Or I could just be me avoiding boredom from the fact that my life is actually quite boring and I've been distracting myself from that. Whereas if I can feel the pain long enough I will be motivated to do something about it. I've also noticed that for me at least, doing anything that is training myself towords a life purpose, it's actually always difficult and takes actual work and will never be easier than this moment right now to start working on it. I always subconsciously avoid practicing when I need to practice such as writing and studying because in reality it's actually quite boring stuff to discipline yourself to do on your own. Biggest insight for me is that life is actually more boring than you care to admit. You really have to work hard on building a beautiful life if you want a life that is not boring.
  3. Happy Birthday Leo!!!
  4. I understand this thoroughly, but for the past 5 years now, vision has never made sense. I feel like I have an inability to imagine something exciting. I really need some sort of resource or something to help me vision something out for my life. Or maybe even examples of what a strong compelling vision looks like!
  5. Looking forward to experiencing this.
  6. The more I suffer in the right ways, the more I can rise up and become a badass and have a REASON to ground myself.
  7. I literally write insights down out of survival. Nothing is worse then forgetting a juicy insight.
  8. 7/10 tinnitus when I woke up this morning. It's like I woke up and hear what you hear after a flashbang.
  9. What would make you think that?
  10. Thank you for the valuable information guys!
  11. Hey guys, seems like it's a good time for me to get some blood work done to see what the hell my body is running on. I'm Looking for advice on distinctions between different types of tests and what data can blood work give me? What is the most valuable data Bloodwork can cover? Also if you have a direct suggestion of where to get it done that would be great! I'm in Calgary, Canada.
  12. @Michael569 in not sure! I expect to have to pay to get some comprehensive results.
  13. It feels like there are many scenarios where survival is made easier but we then don't replace it with any additional challenges and we suffer the consequences of not living a life pursuing emotionally difficult tasks.
  14. You need to feed your mind more direct experience of having sex with men to give you the clarity you need. That Clarity/bombardment of the truth of Direct experience will help massively. Literally surrender to what you are drawn to to the point where it's fully seamlessly integrated into your worldview and people can fuck off if they don't agree with it. It definetly takes a pair of nuts to go through with it, but it's liberating. And it's probably the most manly thing you can do TBH. This fear probably comes from your perceived survival situation. Survival of your identity, survival of you being a good person, survival of how you're seen in your relationships with other people, etc. If you change the environment completely, notice how that may change how you think about this whole thing. Imagine if you traveled to the most hippie, loving, pro LGBT place on the planet where also nobody knew who you were, so you had a fresh start. Another important thing to note, counterintuitively, you might actually get straighter if you have sex with a couple of men. Because you lack the direct experience to make sure. But you fear the possible outcomes of the experiment, so you just hold yourself back in your paralysis of fear. Literally in the end you may find out that you are straighter than you thought, but in order to get to that clarity you need to first be able to fully admit and love the idea that you may be gay. And honestly fuck the labels, they carry so much additional unneeded meaning and misunderstanding, just go "fuck it we ball" and follow what the hell you are drawn to.
  15. Requisite Variety.
  16. I believe so. Like a ringing when you're in a room that's too quiet.
  17. @Alexop @Schizophonia Yeah my intuition is to find new ways to escalate and then see the feedback. And also the texting is a great tip to pay attention to.
  18. I've noticed that some women are SUPER open about being directly nice to you. Giving you tons of warm smiles, gives you lots of hugs and compliments, and it seems to be just how they are naturally being. But that makes it super confusing for me because now I don't know how much of that is them just being all hippie "free love" type and how much of that is actually (man-to-women frame) attraction to me. You know what I'm talking about? It's confusing as hell! How do you make a distinction between them being attracted to you and them just being really nice?
  19. Hey I'm just casting a line here to see what people on The Forum know about how to get clients for their coaching business. Looking for all kinds of suggestions. Books, courses, resources, websites, where you should go physically, etc. Short term solutions, long term solutions, etc. Thanks!
  20. Let me know your thoughts on this one.
  21. I was thinking about this earlier this week. You're just going to want to fall back asleep again because you literally have nothing else to do. I feel like this is what it really means to "hang up the phone" as the saying goes. Or "re-entering the market" as the ox herding pictures depict. It's actually completely mad. Complete Insanity.
  22. This just vaccinated me against even using these substances once.
  23. This is going to change my life. I have been diagnosed with ADHD since I was 4, but I never really had a definition of WHAT the disability actually is. This resource combined with Dr. K's ADHD guide and I will be a new man. Thanks a lot!
