@Leo Gura Claude said regarding the ETF GDX that it tracks gold mining companies, not gold itself. And that GDX would have 2-3 times the swings of actual gold. Is that still what you recommend? Or have I misunderstood something and you recommend buying something like "gold stock" directly?

In a case like that, should I still triple check exactly where they are investing my money? What is the best strategy for limiting exposure to STD's if you expect to have approximately 100 sexual partners in your lifetime. Especially genital Herpes which is spread via skin-to-skin and only partly protected by use of condom.

@Lila9 It's not that much if you assume 5+ years of casual partners.

@Miguel1 I guess my main concern is Herpes type 2, which 1 in 9 people has, but they say 80-90% of carriers are either unaware or almost asymptomatic. Maybe it's not a big deal.

@IslandWild Condoms are highly effective against most fluid-carried STDs, do more research my friend.

Any news about clean mineral drops to add to r/o water? I am using Aquatru minerals now, concentrated from the Utah Great Salt Lake. AI and product info claim it to have safe levels of any contaminants, but would like to know what other mineral drops you might recommend, preferably completely pure/uncontaminated.

Did you even train a lot to reach 1600 at Fischer Random? Were you born with a talent for Chess?

@Leo Gura I got that too actually. But for I didn't have it 100% for free, had to memorize the pitches actively for awhile until they stuck and became immediately recognizable like how you would perceieve a syllable of speech.

@AtmanIsBrahman Yeye it's nothing remarkable but I heard the chess.com rating is about 100-200 points lower than real tournament rating. So that would be 1100 of real "tournament chess ELO" - enough to be foolishly confident in my ability to win against any random on the street, and to come up with great but illogical excuses when I lose.

@Leo Gura My daily Chess rating is 1327 on chess.com - 96th percentile according to their stats.

@Leo Gura Thinking about it, even just having a great ability to focus might explain a lot of it, your consciousness work should have helped a lot with that. Apparently one of the things that make Magnus Carlsen great is his amazing natural ability to focus for long periods of time - he could easily sit and focus for 8hours straight even as a kid. Like you I'm much better at slower games rather than quick ones. And... sign me up for a chess game any time.

Btw check the stats, 1600 should be top percentile on chess.com

@Leo Gura Well. In daily life (not online) I win literally every chess game against anyone and my Chess.com rating is around 1400. It is not normal to have 1600 rating after a month of playing- Maybe you are highly focused when you play? I only play Chess online to distract myself and always listen to something in the background lol.

If you at some point have had mouth herpes (like 50% of people) what is the risk to spread it from mouth to genitals? Let's say you don't have an oral outbreak at the time of oral sex. Do you guys have oral sex without protection?
