Yesterday however I had moments of stronger cravings. I felt agitated because of a round of mercury detoxification. Especially as I was going out for a walk I had vivid thoughts about where the next supermarket is and what drink to buy. If only my mind could produce strong thoughts that lead in directions I want to go.

In the first week I had no problem at all. There was no craving, I felt relatively good.

@JoshuaBell Your problem could be heavy metal poisoning. Not uncommon these days. Your individual problems point to it. Leo has a video on it and there are many resources here too. If it is, then nothing will help much other than detoxing.

Heal yourself first and then help others.

Start with a low dose and increase gradually. It might be that your bodies chemistry is disrupted, which is the case with heavy metal toxic people. Starting to high with supplements could mobilize your system too fast. Also make sure you are taking as high of a quality of supplements as you can afford. You wouldn't wonder if your gut has troubles after cheap food. And in my experience, zinc on an empty stomach, especially in the morning can cause nausea and vomiting. Happened to me a couple of times. So take it with food, I'm sure more of it gets absorbed with it too. If nausea sets in, eating a little bit like a fruit can help.

Yesterday I had my first big test, since quitting alcohol again. I was visiting a friend. We drove into the woods and hiked a little to some waterfall. It was a beautiful scenery. Later we drove to his home and listened to some music, played video games and chatted. He offered me beer, put I declined. it wasn't hard. But I have to say that we smoked some weedbefore, so I already was intoxicated. I almost always drank alcohol the last years when visiting friends, so this is not too insignificant. Cannabis should not get a replacement though.

What about your mind picking out this number because it satnds out? How often do you look at numbers, clock time without seeing this number? -

@Wildcattt555 What do you know about Leos personal life? There can be many undiclosed reasons why he changes. You don't even know him personally, but since he shares a bit of his personal life, you think to know exactly what is going '"wrong" with him. Concerning your topic title? Do you have direct experience of what heavy metals do to your psyche? These are prime examples of symptoms you get when you chelate heavy metals. They get slowly released from their reservoirs in the body (mostly brain) and interfere with the bodies chemistry (neurotransmitters, hormones, enzymes, vitamins, etc) This could be one reason for the things you mentioned. But do I know exactly if it's a problem fro him? No. -
In my opinion Sadhguru formulates his sentences in his Youtube talks in a way that is not completely true to his understanding. This has two reasons, I think. First he has a big audience and out of his big responsibility he sees how mystical talk can lead people to, as he says, "hallucinate" potentially harmful or at least counterproductive things up. Secondly, he sees himself as a device for transforming the world. At this scope you have to be particullary careful about PR. It seemed quite obvious to me in the past, and in the section about alien entities he even mentioned that he doesn't want to talk about such things. It is especially obvious, when he uses contemporary science in his explanations, because he knows that almost everyone is a this stage of seeing the world. He tries to give advice to westerners in his Youtube videos. If you want deeper talks from Sadhguru, I'm sure he offers them in certain books, his exclusive video platform (yeah there is such athing) and at his many yoga centers.

In my opinion, the more stable you are, the more adult you are.

Explaine Sweden to me Don't you think that Russia has no military-industrial-complex and deep state. Putin might be a powerful guy, but he is only that, one guy. Maybe he doesn't even want to do this 100%, but is advised to do. -
I like your way of thinking. You seem curious and willing to appreciate reality. But be aware that everything has consequences. Watching people suffer will have consequences on your mind. The images will stick on your mind and maybe will come up in inappropriate times. Your emotions might get disturbed.

I wonder how long the study went. Only shortly after antibiotics? The other thing is that I don't thing they chelated the rats.

War economy has no place here. -
This. If you want to detox heavy metals you should be aware that the next two years you may not be able to live your life as you did before. If you have a dump phase that is particularly bad, than pickup will be the least of your concerns. You can literaly go suicidal while chelating heavy metals.

@mivafofa @BipolarGrowth I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child. But I suspect mild Aspergers syndrome describes my condition better. ADHD, bipolar disorder, Aspergers, etc. are just models used to characterize deficencies and aberration to a properly working mind. Thats it, they are human made models. Don't confuse the maps for the territory. Of course these aberrations can result in gifts, but there still are a lot of deficencies. Having a agitated mind, racing thoughs, bodily restlessness, being unable to communicate with others and thus having social anxiety, being impulsive and manic and doing reckless things,... Identifying with some limited models and finding some definitions that lead to you not investigating the cause of your deficencies can stunt your future growth significantly. If drugs are alleviating these symptoms, that should give a valuable clue. How do drugs act? On a chemical basis. - So, what factors can mess with your (neuro-)chemistry? - What are possible causes of a impaired (neuro-)chemistry? - Where did you came in contact with these possible causes in your history? - What can be done to remove/alleviate/heal from these causes? Thinking outside the box will help you answer these questions.

@SQAAD I don't even want to watch such things while being sober. But I think I know what you mean. These gore videos are part of reality. So why shy away from seeing them? They are so uncommon to see that they stick to your mind. A healthy person will be moved by seeing another person getting hurt.

The whole thing should inspire people to emancipate themselfes from the goverment/institutions as much as possible.
