My go-to supplement stack at the moment is: Creatine monohydrate + sabroxy + alpha gpc. (I do usualy eat a banana smothie 30-40 minutes before) This gives you an insane boost in your strength and resistance. As well as more focus and clarity. Increases your overall stamina. Like weed! Edit 2: creatine hits fast, 3-10 minutes after ingesting it. Whereas sabroxy takes longer, 30-60 minutes. And finally alpha gpc which its effects are more long term ime. Based on this is reasonable to first charge your coline source with alpha gpc in the morning and then the rest when needed. In this way, when you want to be super focus in an activity, then you take sabroxy 40 minutes before and creatine while doing the activity. Works great in any activity that involves your body.

@MarkusR There is another popular practice which is just improvising and then finding those weak spots and working them out isolated
-
@MarkusR That's right, or just recording the groove in a daw. I am not doing that yet but i'll need to if i want to sound real clean

Congrats dude! Letting go those 5 cigarettes a day is hard as f, can't imagine quitting a whole pack Psyched Substance latest video is resonating with this. Tackling an addiction from its roots is a messy process

I am living in a (kind of) hell these days, locked in some thoughts patterns too much. A constriction of emotion. I look forward to something that will help me ease, let go. And today i found something. Today i was really holding on emotions and stuck in awful thoughts, so i mechanically took a paper to write down everything. There is so much that you'd need the whole day to write just a part of what needs to be expressed. I grabbed that paper and a pencil and started writing. Just usual things, like "i feel shity today, there is so much, i cant take it anymore bla bla bla" but it wasn't helping. So i changed the way of writing and started using the "i" as a protagonist of a third person story. So it was something like: "He's afraid of so many things. He feels guilty and at the same time blame others because he thinks others are the reason of his insecurity. Afraid of encountering people. He feels as if vitality is only reserved to others and that he is one of the unfortunates that hasn't it. At least that's what he thinks ¿Is that his biggest bias? He doesn't know what fuels his energy" Or: "She doesn't know what to do with all of this. She calls her friends asking for help desperate and hopeless, and her friends are tired of her shit. She thinks that 'they're awful friends' for not knowing how to help. But maybe she is the one who doesn't understand how she puts herself in that situation. Maybe if she knew... ¿How can she learn? She asks to herself" And so on an so fort... Such a great practice i realized. Emotions are huge. Facing them is too harsh sometimes. That's why this practice helps imo. It puts your awful situation in a neutral position, so you can rest a little. You stop being controlled by your own naiveness this way. For the moment you're writing at least. But that's a big accomplishment anyways.

I am starting to develop my practice in playing drums. You don't come with the perfect practice right away, that doesn't exist. But you can work on the basics and develop a custom practice from there. Well, my goal is to play awesome grooves in the drums, and being able to compose different grooves for different parts in a song. So what should i practice? reading drums in music sheets, writing drum patterns in music sheets, composing drums in music sheets, and, of course, playing. Some mechanical training of technique is also important. My best practice so far: taking a complex groove that i like and can't play yet. Next breaking it down into simple-practicable patterns. Mastering those simple patterns. Then coming back to the original piece and playing it effortless. That simple procedure requires actually looot of skill. While you do that practice, composing grooves for your music should be increasingly effortless.

You may aswell need to train your body to assimilate properly complex carbs if your diet always consisted of simple sugars. It is speculation btw, but again, you can test it for yourself, which is the best part.
-
But you can actually experience it effects on your mood and energy moments after its consumption. Experiment with that. See the difference of eating "simple sugars" vs "complex carbs". Eat them before workout.

Something that also happened recently: I bought flaxseed oil at the store and when i tasted it was awfull, so bitter, uneatable. In that case i obviously didn't continue the consumption and dump it out in the toilet. It was probably at the mercy of sunlight/heat/air and so it denatured some molecules making it uneatable.

@Truth-Seeker Exactly, i would argue that this is the top 1 key really. Plus having some knowledge of what you are eating aswell so you can associate undesirable or desirable efects. I am eating lots of peanut butter these days (a slice of whole grain bread, peanut butter and banana slices on top) and i think that generates mucous in my respiratory tract. So i am not descarting that seeds can have an undesirable impact, but where else will i get the beneficial efects of seed? like the healthy fats? And considering this is very important aswell imo. Now i am going to read y'all interesting responses so i can educate myself better.

This is really encouraging man, thank you

@Julian gabriel Not really clear about it. It's like a state of receiving, allowing. You allow the energies of people around you, so you express freely aswell. A place where you can put your guard down.

Maybe the so called femenine desire? I'll share my dream of last night: Yesterday i had this astonishing dream (lucid in part) where, after flirting with a woman from the reception of an institution, I decided to take walk through a gallery. Nobody else was there, completely alone, at dawn. 5 am in the morning with the first sunlights. I saw this amazing store, taken out of a sci fi movie, so i couldn't resist but to try to walk in despite being closed to clients. I was not feeling like making a mistake. Obviously the store alarm went off and the gallery shut the doors immediately, as if it was a jewelry museum. So i started walking like nothing happened. Then an emergency red light started shining: the gallery was on its mission to catch me no matter what. Some artifacts peeked out from the ceiling and started spreading a gas. At this point I was in big trouble, completely locked in. Kept walking a bit more but, since everything was so damn insistent into catching me, i started feeling like surrendering. The gas started making me fall asleep, until it knocked me out completely. Next act, two soldiers were dragging me by the leg (lol) and sending me to some place. Finally I was admitted to a nursing room. They imprisoned me in a chair and a nurse that was waiting for me took a syringe and was about to prick me, but no to inject something but to extract something that needed to be removed. I was panicking a little bit at this point. So she put the syringe in my belly anyways, but not the needle... the whole syringe. Suddenly i woke up from the dream... (Yes, precisely like matrix!) Conlusion? maybe that i need to trust more in people's intentions. Lack of trust made me distance myself from many people. Being in community is certainly a desire. Hope you can extract some value from this story cheers
