@Breakingthewall I validate your perspective, I just want to let people know that fear isn’t actually hard to let go of if you understand how to do it. -

Oh yes, I understand real fear. I’ve traversed states of utter insanity. Psychedelics can bring out fear in people especially if you are getting into super high levels of consciousness. I wouldn’t compare your experience of psychedelics to others, or compare states in general because it gets to being uninformed, biased, and fear based. That’s why I said I didn’t want to get into personal comparisons. You’re making the argument that “real” fear only happens in real “danger”. People get themselves into life threatening situations all the time and don’t always have insane levels of fear. It’s more malleable than you think. -

@Breakingthewall Then you haven't cleared out all of your fears yet. That usually comes down to fear of death, pain, and maybe some others. It's very important that people don't put their life at risk to confront their fears, that's not the point. You need to do it safely. When it comes to the idea that you can only confront fear by putting your actual life at risk, that's not true. That's not a good way of looking at it if you want to start confronting your fears. If you want to really test your fears, work you way up into high doses of psychedelics, safely. That's a way you can do it without much risk to your survival. You just need enough awareness to confront fears without putting your life at risk. When it comes to physical pain, there’s ways you can make yourself less sensitive to pain and thus it’s not much of a burden. -
Da77en replied to Da77en's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Breakingthewall No, you can do things that threaten your survival even if you don't have any fear. If you don't have any fear you still need awareness to stay alive. You don't want to confront your fears in a way that threatens your survival. For example, if you go to war without fear, you still need to stay alive. Danger is an made up concept, your survival is important but the distinction between what is dangerous and what isn't depends on your individuals beliefs. You just need awareness of what has a high probability of threating your survival and what doesn't in order to stay alive. -

@Breakingthewall I know it might sound crazy from the perspective of someone who has fear, but I’m genuinely getting to the point where I wouldn’t have the fear. I would definitely defend myself though. Just put in the work to let go of your fears and you will see. I'm to the point where I want to expose myself to any "fear inducing" things so that if any fear is revealed I can work on it, it just needs to be done in a safe way. -

@Breakingthewall My experience is that you become aware of how malleable your state is and how empowered you are. I guarantee you it isn’t physical or genetic it’s only reflected into your physical body and genes. You have to generate the fear with your negative beliefs, any emotion you have is generated by you. Your state as a whole is generated by you. It’s all a reflection of whatever beliefs/definitions you are buying into. I’m getting to the point where I wouldn’t have any fear in any such situations. I’m not going to mention specifics on my personal state very much because it’s about the information, I don’t want to get into the territory of personal comparisons. -

Fear is real, I just said that it’s not as solid as you may think. I don’t recommend using genetics as an excuse for having the fear, it’s coming from your negative fear based beliefs. If you haven’t cleared out your fears then yes, the fear would be inevitable in war. If you have cleared out your fears then there would be absolutely no fear. You said you were using genetics practically, shunting responsibility to your genetics isn’t using them practically. Understanding that genetics don’t actually have any kind of effect on your consciousness is a very important thing, and is actually very practical. You would have a better understanding of the things I’m talking about if you had more experience clearing out the fears. If you got to a place where you had 100% certainty that you could clear out any one of your fears relatively quickly, it wouldn't be perceived as some inevitable force as strong as steel. -
Da77en replied to Da77en's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The idea of genetic memory has a lot of truth when it comes to accumulated fears, however, it's your conscious/unconscious choice to buy into the negative fear based beliefs that generate the fear. The fear isn't actually coming from the past, if you are experiencing fear, you are buying into the negative fear based beliefs that are generating it in the present. It can be perceived as being a barrier as solid as steel but I suggest that's another one of the potential limiting beliefs that can try to convince you to not take full action to let go of the fear. It doesn't actually take much time to let go of your various fears if you have a mechanical understanding of how to do so. Fear is not as solid as you may perceive it to be. -

@Breakingthewall You will still exist but if you have achieved such a high level of awareness, usually anything else you do will be reflective that high level of awareness. Some people have an idea of enlightenment that once they achieve it they will just sit in meditation for eternity or something like that. I see that as a misunderstanding, there’s still more to do after the various non-dual realizations. @Javfly33 From my awareness, if such thing as a final permanent Enlightenment was achieved where nothing more could be achieved, it would need to be a state of continuous expansion, forever. Such a state would transcend physicality very rapidly and I’m not sure if such a state is possible. My perspective of many certain traditional views of enlightenment is that they achieved a certain realization and mistook that for the actual end, I don’t see it that way, there’s always more to the expansion of your consciousness. Some traditional views of enlightenment see it as a platform to continue to expand your consciousness, which I agree with. -

Fear is located within your consciousness. It’s a frequency that is generated as a result of buying into negative fear based beliefs. The fear can in a sense concentrate into certain parts of the body and/or it can be a frequency that pervades your entire experience. If you have a particular fear that isn’t activated until there’s a certain trigger, it means you consciously/unconsciously have a belief/beliefs that say if something happens then a fear reaction is necessary/beneficial. In order to let go of the fear you need to find out the negative beliefs are that are convincing you that it is beneficial to have the fear. Common negative beliefs: I am unworthy, undeserving, unimportant, not good enough, etc. As I listed in the initial post, I recommend doing something that can activate the fear reaction, in a safe environment, so that you can investigate into it. There are also other ways of doing it but the way I listed is extremely effective. If anyone wants more awareness of potential negative beliefs, you can ask ChatGPT. You can ask things like: Make a list of 50 negative beliefs that might generate a fear of heights, infinity, loss, death, etc. Asking ChatGPT can help a lot when it comes to identifying your negative beliefs but it’s not a replacement to doing your own investigations. Doing the investigations in the way that I listed in the initial post works directly on your consciousness in a multidimensional way and transcends the intellect. -

I see the nature of emptiness as being the formless aspect of consciousness which never changes. If you let go of limited form identifications you become aware of this eternal aspect of consciousness which has no form. You are both formless and all form. -
Da77en replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@James123 I’m talking about the nature of how state of being works. How it is generated and such. It’s more of a mechanical understanding. -
Da77en replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If you become more aware of the nature of state of being/consciousness, you will see that all of physicality is a reflection of state of being/consciousness. It’s something you need to have a direct/experiential understanding of. -
The Automatic nature of Consciousness Consciousness is fundamentally automatic in the sense that it doesn’t take any action to be Conscious. Because you are Consciousness you can take action but consciousness itself doesn’t require any action. Automatic vs Manual The only aspect of your consciousness that is in a sense “manual” are your actions, everything else is automatic. This present moment itself is automatic. State of being is Automatic Fundamentally It doesn’t take any action in order to be in whatever state of being you are in. Your state of being is automatically generated based upon what you are believing/defining as true. Negative beliefs generate negative states, positive beliefs generate positive states. The Automatic flow of Consciousness Consciousness has an automatic flow to it in the sense that every moment your Consciousness is changing in frequency and different experiences are happening. Your state of being is constantly changing. The purpose of Action Actions are designed so that you can guide the automatic flow of your consciousness in the direction you prefer by taking action in that direction. What actions do you take in order to guide the automatic flow in the direction that you prefer? Actions such as following your passion, investigating into your negative beliefs, letting go of fear, using tools and techniques that you are attracted to using, etc. Letting go of fear You can refer back to one of my previous posts if you want to learn the process of letting go of fear. Letting go of fear guides the automatic flow of your consciousness into more aligned states of being. The less fear you have the more you will be in alignment with your natural self and the more expanded your Consciousness will be, leading to deeper and more profound understandings of life. Cultivating your State of Being In order to cultivate your state of being you must first understand how state of being is generated. As I said previously, your state of being is automatically generated based upon what you are believing/defining as true. Many of you have heard of Bashar and thus I will refer to some of his ideas. One of the main ideas he talks about is the motivational mechanism. The motivational mechanism: You always automatically choose in the direction of what you believe or define as most beneficial and you always automatically move away from what you believe or define as not beneficial. Whatever state of being you are in is the state of being that you are currently believing/defining as most beneficial. Any beliefs/definitions you buy into you do so because from the perspective of your current level of consciousness it is the most beneficial belief/definition to buy into. Beliefs/definitions reinforce themself because if they didn’t you wouldn’t have any motivation to buy into them. We will refer back to this understanding later. To begin cultivating your state of being one of the highest positive yield actions you can take is letting go of fear. You want to get to a point where you can maintain at least a neutral state of being no matter what. Once you can maintain at least a neutral state you want to take action to bring yourself into states of joy, love, bliss, passion, excitement, ecstasy, etc. These positive states are all aspects of your true nature. In order to bring yourself into these kinds of states you need to investigate into your beliefs/definitions that are preventing them from being generated. For example, the reason you aren’t automatically ecstatic is because you have beliefs/definitions that are convincing you that ecstasy is somehow less beneficial then your current state. Here is the question you can ask yourself in order to guide yourself into a state of ecstasy: What would I have to believe is true in order to not be in a state of ecstasy? 1. Close your eyes, and bring yourself into a meditative state. Repeat this question to yourself like a mantra. 2. The answers to the question will be downloaded to you and will automatically create the effect of shifting you into a state of ecstasy. 3. Your current state of being will determine how long you will need to repeat the mantra before the investigations produce the effect of automatically shifting you into a state of ecstasy. You really do need to work on your fears first before you do this particular investigation because the fears prevent you from going into states of ecstasy and other positive states. Fear lowers your frequency and doesn’t allow for the higher frequencies of your true nature. Aspects of Consciousness There are many other aspects of consciousness you can incorporate and cultivate into your state of being. Any of the aspects I will list below can be cultivated into higher and higher levels. You can progress in whatever direction of consciousness you want because consciousness is absolutely infinite. Any state of being you can image and not imagine is possible to cultivate for yourself by taking action in that direction. Aspects of Consciousness to cultivate: Automatic Life Efficiency This aspect of consciousness is defined as how efficient you are being with your life in terms of your growth and expansion from moment to moment. A high automatic life efficiency means you are growing and expanding very rapidly from moment to moment. A low automatic life efficiency means you aren’t growing and expanding very rapidly from moment to moment. You can increase this aspect of consciousness to profound levels. Automatic Skill This aspect of consciousness is referring to your ability to do things well. The idea is that skill is an aspect of your true nature and it’s built into you. If you aren’t experiencing your automatic skill, the skill that is built into you, it is because you are buying into beliefs/definitions that are out of alignment with your true nature. Positive limitations Positive limitations are limitations that support you in being in alignment with your true nature. Positive limitations promote positivity and prevent negativity. You can cultivate more and more supportive positive limitations which makes it that much easier to be in alignment with your true nature. Extraction of Growth You can bring yourself into states of being where you automatically extract high amounts of growth from whatever you experience. Devotion I define devotion as taking action for the highest well-being of yourself and your reality, using high levels of conscious and intelligence in order to do so. You can your state of Devotion more and more powerful, effective, and profound. High Positive Yield Actions You can bring yourself into states where whatever actions you take will automatically provide for a very strong positive effect, you will also be more aware of particular actions that are very high yield to take in your reality. Intelligence You can bring yourself into higher and higher levels of intelligence. Remember that intelligence is not of the intellect. Consciousness is intelligence, as you expand your Consciousness you will become more and more intelligent. Indestructible Stability and Balance You can bring your state to a point where no matter what is going on in terms of your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, or the situations or circumstances of your life, you maintain indestructible stability and balance. Higher Mind Receptivity You can cultivate states where you are more and more receptive to your higher mind, downloading any relevant information automatically and getting more and more in depth understandings of life. Life difficulty level Life is such where choose your difficulty in very much the same way you do when you choose your difficulty setting in a video game. Your state of being determines how difficult you experience your life. You can bring yourself into states of being where life is more and more easy. Positive Synchronicity The reality you experience is a reflection of your state of being. You can bring yourself into states where you experience more and more supportive positive synchronicity in your reality. This allows the situations and circumstances in your life to make it that much easier to move in the direction you prefer. Synergy of Consciousness You can bring yourself into states where your consciousness and reality functions more and more synergistic and holistic, allowing for more ease of life and efficiency in the direction you prefer. Presence This aspect of consciousness is how much you are allowing yourself to experience the present moment. Eckhart Tolle primarily talks about this aspect of consciousness. Positive Momentum This aspect of consciousness refers to how much momentum your state of being has in the positive direction. You can increase this aspect of consciousness to keep make it that much easier to continue accelerating in the direction you prefer. Omniscience The way I define this aspect of consciousness is how much of life you directly understand automatically, without needing to do any intellectual analysis or contemplation in order to do so. You can cultivate this aspect of consciousness and bring yourself into states where you simply understand life automatically and can continue to deepen those understandings. Boundless Identity This aspect of consciousness refers to bringing yourself into a state where your identity expands beyond your individual physical personality construct. In a state such as this your consciousness will be much more expanded and your actions will naturally be in the direction of the highest well-being for your entire reality. Allocating Responsibilities This refers to the recognition that your physical personality construct wasn’t designed to do everything and can’t do everything. You can’t do everything with action, and thus you need to bring yourself into states of being where the things you prefer to happen, happen automatically. You can take action to bring yourself into states of being that allow your higher mind, oversoul, and various other aspects of your consciousness to provide more support to you. Using everything advantageously This is an aspect of consciousness you can cultivate where everything that you experience is automatically used positively along the path of least resistance. Healing You can take action to bring yourself into states of profound healing. You can make your reality as a whole support that much more in terms of healing you from any kind of misalignments and fears/disease. Remember root cause of any kind of disease is fear so also take action to let go of your individuals fears. There are hundreds more of various things you can cultivate. I will add on to this list and if you have any you would like to share please comment. Remember that state of being is automatic so once you take action to cultivate a particular aspect of consciousness it functions automatically within you and doesn’t take any action. You may go into a particular state from taking action in that direction but then fall back out of it, you simply need to take action in that direction until you can maintain it automatically without falling out of it. A couple questions so that I can gauge this forums readiness to cultivate deeper aspects of consciousness. How many of you have let go of all fear? For the ones who have not, are there any particular reasons why you haven't? If most of you haven't yet let go of all fear I can do various investigations and create posts to help you do so.

@Shane Hanlon I made a couple responses about this some days ago but removed them to let the discussion progress a little more. I don't recommend separating including/integration from the overall spiritual process because it's creating a misunderstanding that including is about including things into your experience. Including things into your experience and having an overall loving attitude towards those things isn't referring to the nature of the aspect of consciousness we call "integration/including". When it comes to including things into your experience it’s important to have discernment. If someone is including something into their experience just for the sake of being inclusive that's a big misunderstanding of the nature of the term inclusion. The nature of inclusion is that everything is already all-inclusive so it's about letting go of the negative fear based beliefs which perpetuate the illusion of separation. For example, the separate illusory self can only be perpetuated by negative fear based beliefs which create experiences of separation. I agree that including more into your experience is important but it needs to be paired with clear discernment. Discernment is vital to the overall spiritual process and living well in general. When we talk about the nature of inclusion, the discernment is already covered because the nature of inclusion implies you need to let go of negativity/fear in order to experience it. The kind of discernment I’m talking about is that you usually only want to include things in to your experience that are most relevant to your individual well-being, and the well-being of your reality as a whole. Becoming all-inclusive or fully integrated from the context you are speaking from would be a big misunderstanding.

I am going to make the bold claim on this forum that nothing is actually genetic. Nothing. Genetics are a reflection of your state of being/consciousness, not the other way around. This goes back to the materialist paradigm of physicality determining consciousness as opposed to consciousness determining physicality, the materialist paradigm's assumption is incorrect. Consciousness determines all of physicality, physicality has no effect on consciousness whatsoever, it seems to create effects on consciousness but that's because physicality is a reflection of consciousness. Your consciousness is generating any experience you have including any kind of effect, physicality is an illusion generated within consciousness. If you want to understand how state of being/consciousness works, you can refer to this post: -

That's a definition of enlightenment I personally don't agree with but I understand what people mean by it. Once you get to that enlightenment, what are you going to do next? -
Da77en replied to Da77en's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I want to remind people that fear is pretty much the main "barrier" when it comes to the expansion of consciousness. Any negative definition you have of Enlightenment isn't a definition of Enlightenment. Any negative definition you have of a more expanded state of consciousness, isn't a definition of a more expanded state of consciousness. Negative energy is constrictive, positive energy is expansive. Sometimes people can associate the high negative fear based states that happen in the process of expanding, as the expansion, it's part of the expansion but it isn't the end result. The expansion will usually bring out the negativity/fear within you because that is what prevents the expansion of your consciousness. Once you let go of the fear/negativity that the expansion revealed, you will experience the benefits and ecstasies of that expansion. Psychedelics can bring you into states of insanity by expanding your consciousness way too rapidly than you were in a sense prepared to face and thus can bring out immense fear. Once you let go of the negativity/fear you will experience that expansion of consciousness positively, with ecstasy, and the other aspects of your true nature such as joy, love, bliss, passion, etc. You don't necessarily need the psychedelics to bring out your fears/negativity but it's a good tool you can use, just be very careful. I don't recommend starting out with psychedelics, I recommend gaining a good understanding on how to let go of fear and making yourself very stable before you consider potent psychedelics. -
Da77en replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Breakingthewall I think it’s simply a matter of what definition of enlightenment someone has. If someone defines enlightenment as a realization of a certain non-dual aspect of consciousness such as letting go of the illusory separate self, or any various other non-dual realization then that is more or less correct in terms of that being the end of the journey. I define enlightenment in a much different way. I don’t know how else I would describe the expansion of consciousness if not using the term Enlightenment because it’s too accurate of a term -
Da77en replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Breakingthewall The absolute level is eternal, even if you aren't conscious of it it's still ever present. It's a matter of how conscious you are of any particular aspect of consciousness. I'm suggesting you can become more conscious of any absolute level of consciousness as well as any relative level. Everything already exits now, but you can allow yourself to experience more of what exists with no limit. Enlightenment from my perspective is becoming conscious of and experiencing many of the absolute and relative aspects of consciousness, usually Enlightenment is focusing on the aspects of your true nature, joy, love, bliss, passion, excitement, ecstasy, omniscience, various aspects of non-duality etc. but there is no limit on how high you can go. So it is absolute, unchanging, and eternal, however, you can become more and more conscious of it. And thus, there are higher levels of consciousness forever. Any aspect of consciousness you can imagine, the absolute or relative, you can progress in that direction forever, including when it comes to Enlightenment, God, Infinity, etc. -
Da77en replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I don't agree. I am conscious that there are higher levels of god, infinity, and enlightenment forever. You can continuously expand in any direction you want for eternity. Certain realizations can seem to be the end of that particular aspect of consciousness, but you can also explore the various aspects of that realization in multi dimensional ways, always finding a higher level of understanding, consciousness, etc. It's so absolutely infinite that no matter how high you go, you still haven't even scratched the surface. Many people might not want to acknowledge this because of the potential fears it may trigger. I have a post that explains how to let go of all fear. -
Da77en replied to enchanted's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@enchanted No problem, I've gone through the most insane states. The high amounts of fear is actually a good sign that you are breaking through limitations within your consciousness. It's just important to stabilize, re-align, and eventually let go of the fears altogether. The investigations don't necessarily need to be done in a meditative state. It's usually more effective when done in a meditative state but the investigations can be done throughout the day.
