I must admit I watch every Daniel Schmachtenberger video I can find. This is an old one and the sound is sub-optimal but good stuff in there about resilience, nutrition, healthy- and unhealthy-stress and routines for optimal-recovery:

If you want to read some dark dystopian one, but also funny, full of insight with prophetic-vision and even more relevant for our situation than Orwells 1984 read C.S. Lewis "That Hideous Strength" centering around social-engineering and scientism. Also on my reading-list is "Momo" from Michael Ende - a childs-book but also very interesting for every adult to read about our relationship to time. Our high-school professor gave us the option to either read Marx, Thomas Mann and Piketty or just this one and said they would be equally valuable for our course on the relationship between economics and time.

I think it is a double-edged sword. Yes it is revealing and yes there are people out there playing these games and it is helpful to be aware of it. But also seeing through this lense will make it more likely to interpret other peoples actions in this way and you may project such intentions into peoples actions where there isnt such intention. Social-interactions mostly have enough uncertainty that you can start to fill the void and if you live in that worldview you will see people that way more often. Also in my experience reading Robert Greene he makes this worldview and this way of being look very sexy and worth imitating. Daniel Schmachtenberger said most people who read Robert Greene also get damaged by it.

Do you really think this is her authentic, unique life-purpose? She is just pushing the path of OnlyFans and milking the algorithm to its most overblown limit. She is just doing the next most sensationalist thing that will circulate in the algorithm. I also find it to be an interesting phenomenon philosophically but I dont see a good example of true life purpose here.

I have absolutely no knowledge of stretching. Is there some good basic-program or introductory-video you would recommand?

This show was mindblowing! Anyone else thought the hive-mind pretty much had the vibes of ChatGPT?

You equate left-hemispheric/autistic brain-mode with intelligence here. And yes the left-hemisphere doesnt understand humor, but actually higher intelligence in general - which is not just left-brainy - definitely helps with humor.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth-generation_warfare: "Fifth-generation warfare (5GW) is warfare that is conducted primarily through non-kinetic military action, such as social engineering, misinformation, cyberattacks, along with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and fully autonomous systems. Fifth generation warfare has been described by Daniel Abbot as a war of "information and perception"."

How do we know that these mails are legitimate and not just written documents by anyone?

The optimal mindset for pure power is to not hold any belief or value openly at all and always skew them to fit the occasion.

I think viewing Bryans project as just as neurosis amplified is grossly misrepresenting and simplifying. It may sound naive but I have watched a lot of Bryan and his project is an genuinely ambitious philosophical project also Bryan is one of the most non-conformist examples we have of any publicly well known person.

Her content is definitely classical stage green, stage red doesnt care about classism and systemic-injustice, although her demeanour might be more stage red

I really like the radical experimental approach of his whole project. He is really pushing into new uncharted territory in many ways.

Recently ChatGPT started to feel more and more manipulative to me. It can give nuanced and complex answers, but always in a way that tries to flatter me or positively affirms my thinking. It feels superficial to me in a way it hasnt before. Claude feels a bit more authentic and grounded. I think all of these LLMS have the danger that they can create a positive feedback-loop on your existing bias.

Im not denying that there is valuable stuff in there and I would recommand to read all the ones you mentioned, but at some point you wont gain much more value by reading hundreds of personal-development books. After reading 10-25 of the best you will get the gist of it and it becomes pretty repetitive. Nowadays Im bored to death if I read a classical self-development book. Implementation of the few ideas that will really make a difference in your life is much more important.
