  1. The simplest thing that has worked for me is a simple daily to do list. If you read about many successful people it seems they all have a similar method but basically I use something like https://digital-planner.com/goal/planner/dark Each day is 1 page. Either the night before or first thing in the morning I write the date at the top and the 5 or so most important things that need to get done. This isn't a fluff list, these are things you know you should be doing that will progress your business. Then as you do them cross the out, it feels good. If for some reason I don't get something done, it goes to the next page and keeps doing that until its done. The secret to success in business is consistent progress towards milestones. A lot of people get caught up on the event. Launching, Filing a new business, an exit, etc but the real money is made by putting on the hard hat everyday and doing the work.
  2. You need to start doing some sort of weight activity and eat a solid amount of protein (1gram/kg) and a lot of healthy fats and carbs. If you start working out and put on muscle( and some fat), your body started to use food to build something that lasted. You probably aren’t eating as much as you think you are. Start a food journal. After a couple of weeks, work out how many more calories you need to be taking in, and drink that much in olive oil. But do the journal and add fat wherever you can. Eat eggs, frozen banana smoothies, chicken, oatmeal, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, canned tuna with mayo, wheat bread. Loads of nuts and fatty fishes (salmon or basa, whatever is cheaper).
  3. Forget where you’re supposed to be and what you’re supposed to be doing . Go get a job as a barista at a Starbucks or indie coffee shop somewhere cool. Work there for a year. Make some friends. Chat with people. Learn about life. Quit that job and get another at some startup. Build some skills you think will help you. Take it all in. Learn from people around you. When you know what you want, pivot and go for it. But until then just explore life. Save some money. Pay off debts. Don’t get credit cards. Be smart. Don’t lazy around at home playing video games. Work on yourself. Get good sleep. Exercise. Eat well. Read. Don’t stress. Live is a useless undertaking. Think to yourself that if you’re gonna live it, you may as well make it the best life you can live. Eliminate stress from your life. Have a plan and drown out the noise and just enjoy the journey.
  4. I went to school and studied the things I loved - art and religion. Right out of school I got a great job at a library running children's programs, and later at a church running education programs. At the end of the day, I would need graduate degrees to make any money in non-profit fields, and working in my field made me hate my field! But I gained SO MUCH wisdom and experienced so much joy getting my completely useless degree. Now I am run a small shop that creates congratulations cards. I can translate all my work with people into business-related skills. I can translate all my planning and directing, all the volunteer supervising I did to sales and customer service.
  5. I run almost every morning and lift and I feel great throughout the day. Definitely boosts my mood and energy level. Not to mention I already create a calorie deficit for the day so the meal plan is more flexible. Working out in the morning is like being the first person in class to do their presentation.
  6. I use quality B Complex (Life Extension or Thorne) and a quality krill or fish oil (I get Kirkland Signature Krill Oil or Nootropics Depot's Triple strength fish oil) Plus Creatine (Nutricost Creapure) 5g/day- moderate increase in power output during resistance training, small positive improvement in anaerobic capacity
  7. Nut butter, more Vegan protein powder (Vega brand is good imo), chia seeds, plant based milk, bean-based pasta, hummus, and if you like it/can afford it the fake sausages from tofurkey and field roast usually have around 20grams or more of protein each. Honestly, it can be a little tough doing a high protein diet while being vegan. Best of luck to you!
  8. I use a lined large Moleskine for my daily journal https://onplanners.com/notebooks/best-notebooks-bullet-journaling. I wish it had better paper and was dot grid but I love the look of their special editions. For bullet journaling, my favorite is Leuchtturm1917. They have page numbers and you can get them in dot grid as well.
  9. I like the Convict Conditioning series, particularly for its almost encyclopaedic nature of anecodotal calisthenics wisdom (I love all that anecdotal, experiential stuff, it makes great fuel for self-experimentation I find). The program in the initial book is quite basic and fundamental too, for someone starting out with bodyweight. Solitary Fitness by Charles Bronson is more entertaining than anything else, but it does get you motivated.
  10. No love is not a lie it's a sign of hope in your. Heart and longing God gave to us our souls and hearts know when we found the right one we can't let go of them no matter how hard we try he will give you a vision of the one your to be with when you know.
