  1. There already are wars, and Americans don't feel a breeze of it, so who's gonna go to war with the United States? 2017-2021 Trump seemed like an aggressive leader, it made me think he was more likely to push the US into war, but today with his Putin bromance and blaming Ukraine he and his goons turned out to be cowards, he made the US and the US military look like cowards.
  2. When I started working at 18 years old, which was 3 years ago I didn't have high blood pressure and definitely not erectile dysfunction, and now all of a sudden I do. The erectile dysfunction started immediately after I started working, but I only found out that I have high blood pressure yesterday. I blame these two health problems on working long night shift hours. Every 4 days I'm required to work from 7PM to 7AM (12 hours total) then I'm free for 2 days. But I always wake up normally in the day at around 12PM, so every 4 days I'm awake from around 12PM to 7-8AM the next day, and I've been working like this for 3 years consistently. Everyday I feel drained and fatigued which makes it hard to exercise or do anything, I haven't had morning wood since my last vacation. Every now and then I wake up with blood running down my nose, It actually launches me out of sleep since I feel it running really fast. When I go on vacation, I feel normal, my morning wood comes back in 4-5 days, my energy goes back to normal. I'm saying this because I know erectile dysfunction is associated with higher mortality, and no morning wood is definitely ED. My blood pressure was 150. The quick examination I took didn't measure my hormones or anything else, now that I know I have high blood pressure along with ED I don't even feel the need to check, I know Its bad, I just don't know to what extent. I tried making nightshift work by taking naps but apparently the human body doesn't like to stay awake during the entirety of the night even If you slept for 8-9 hours before it with the best sleep possible. The solution is obvious right? I wanted to make this thread anyway... I'm been educating myself on various topics around nutrition and exercise for years now, but I never bothered to look into blood pressure because I didn't think I was susceptible to it, especially not at 21.
  3. I think if it keeps happening to the point where you never have morning wood, you definitely have ED. My ED completely disappears when I sleep like a normal human being in a matter of a few days. My job is also pretty stressful.
  4. It was just a one off thing yeah, I will look into buying that. It doesn’t really run in my family so I’m still a bit surprised.
  5. I didn't say working out, like exercise, I meant working a job, 12 hour nightshifts.
  6. I took it at around 9:30 in the morning, I woke up around 1-1.5 hour before that. I wasn't caffeinated, I sat down, first they tested my vision to see if I can read small letters, then hearing tests, and after that I laid down and they strapped some devices on my chest for heart examinations, all that took around 5 minutes, then I had my blood pressure checked on my left arm. This was my day off and I don't think I worked the day before that either, it was done by a medical professional.
  7. I'm certain that if you don't have morning erections you have ED
  8. I very much doubt it, by vacation I also meant staying at home while on vacation. I have a second house in the town I could test it out. Nope, the job I have currently is the only one I ever had. Basically my shift is from 7AM to 7PM (dayshift) and then 7PM TO 7AM the next day, so just in reverse. And then after the night shift I'm free for 48 hours, and go to the dayshift again after that. In those 48 hours I'm very groggy. The ED started Immediately after I started working, I have just been ignoring it for 3 years.
  9. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to immigrate to the US and get sponsored by an employer, I was subject to this process, I would know. The unskilled visa category is impossible to get, these are low paying jobs that require no school or practice. The skilled visa category or H1B requires a bachelor’s degree, that’s at least 4 years of school after high school, you still have to be sponsored by an employer after you get your degree, which means you have to prove you’re exceptional enough and worth the time for the employer to go through immigration bureaucracy/complicated administrative processes. And guess what, after all that, you’re still considered a temporary resident, you won’t get a green card or citizenship.
  10. Besides the far-right parties, I'm afraid Russia will start testing NATO's defense promises in Europe. What prevents them from doing so? America and Europe better hope China and Russia start collapsing soon because we don't have much time left with these incompetent idiots. Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, and JD Vance are terrifying, have you ever been driven in a car with a person who can barely keep it in its own lane? These people are terrifyingly incompetent. I almost want to cry when I remember these people have important defense roles in our governments. They're not gonna defend shit. These are just more reasons to federalize, something we're not going to do. Idiots, complete and utter morons. If I were Russia I would launch a missile towards the Baltic states, and count on Trump's ignorance to dismiss it as an accident, a very safe bet IMO.
  11. Everything you listed is better in Europe, people move to the USA because of the opportunity, business-friendly environment, better socialization, and higher wages. Life in the United States is more exciting and thrilling, whereas Europe's more balanced and peaceful. To be like the USA, Europe needs to federalize, adopt a similar language among the union countries. It needs to have its own local globalization effect, where each country prospers due to increased connectedness and integration with the other, but it's never going to happen. Some countries seem to be more eager to leave to union instead of further integration. A grave mistake, far-right parties are on the rise here, these parties are insanely isolationist, It doesn't take 10 minutes of thinking and contemplation to understand where isolating your economy leads. If these countries really do end up isolating themselves, I'm afraid Europe won't be a good place to live anymore, in more ways than ever. Example: BREXIT Germany's Afd Party will end up degrading the entire continent America is also isolating itself, so we'll see what happens, maybe the West will burn together TLDR - These far-right isolationist parties are brewing a shit storm that's coming to the EU, similar to what Leo called the "political winter"
  12. Ok private message me Also at what age did you leave?
  13. So I’ve been given an opportunity to go study in the States, which could lead to a green card/permanent residency later on. My country has pretty mediocre opportunities for almost everything in life, and I still haven’t burned through my socialization karma. The biggest city is about 750,000 people in a pretty non-scenic part of the country, the nightlife is questionable, some people have said It’s good but my personal experience doesn’t match that. I feel like I’m denying myself future opportunities and benefits because of this attachment. This lack of opportunity really shows, because the population of the entire country is about 3.9 million, and we’re losing about 10% of our population every 10 or so years. There are also things even a small European country like mine does better than the US, like safety, healthcare and cleanliness because America is a dirty ass place. I’ve been grappling with this issue for a long time. I would very likely be studying somewhere in California or Texas. As it’s much cheaper there.
  14. How was it at the very beginning when you moved?
  15. I was hoping you’d reply as I was quite sure you left somewhere from Eastern EU to the UK before Brexit, I might be wrong though.
  16. You know that the whole country is pretty much dead during the summer besides the Adriatic part. I guess I haven’t been there yet, I traveled the whole world that I kinda forgot about my own country. There are also many benefits to living in the States, yeah I can come back during summer but as the guy above mentioned, college tuition is expensive so i likely won’t have the time or money to go back every year.
  17. My dreams were always to live in the States, but as I’m growing older I’m liking my own country more and more. Especially now that I’m presented with the opportunity to go, I’m hesitant, and this is my main issue. America has this really unattractive hustle culture that’s constantly in the air. Something that not even Germany has, never mind Croatia.
  18. I don’t speak German, it wouldn’t work. What question is what the hell should I do?
  19. I would rather support the former nazis (bmw, vw, merecedes, audi) than a 2025 wannabe nazi Elon Musk He did it to himself with that salute in actuality he’s not a nazi but he’s imposing his billionaire will on the government, even if he did everything correctly, what gives him the right to do anything? The American people never voted for him. His main shtick is smaller government & getting rid of regulations he and his companies have to comply with. I would rather buy that Chinese jumping car than his shit, Fuck him and fuck Tesla.
  20. Do you have anyone similar to Vlad Vexler who discusses mostly American politics instead of Russian? I have taken a liking to his insights.
  21. He should've called himself McBeast cuz he's the McDonald's of social media
  22. "They don't take our cars⎯and we take almost everything from them" America has about 8 or 9 car brands, 7 of which are completely irrelevant and don't even make diesel-powdered vehicles, the Europeans mainly drive diesel. Is this guy actually mad that people are buying Mercedes, BMW, and Audi instead of Jeep, Chevrolet, and Cadillac? He can't even use his head properly, he's an absolute dumbass. Somebody needs to tell him this shit. We buy iPhones, use Google, Facebook and Amazon every day. And we don't complain. There are no EU phone companies, EU search engines, or EU-owned Worldwide e-commerce stores like Amazon.
  23. This is false, Poland is not degenerating into a 3rd world country, It's the fastest-growing country in mainland Europe Cruel laws don't make countries degenerate. For reference, Singapore has death sentences for drug trafficking, if you're caught with 20 grams of Heroin or 1kg of weed they're placing you on death row, and Singapore is ULTRA wealthy, It's basically the Switzerland of Asia while being minuscule. If there's a country that is degenerating into a 3rd world country it would be Britain, without London they would be really close.
