  1. I have absolutely no issues with being a pedophile, rapist, murderer or even worse Donald Trump. It's all me anyway. Really, it's not a problem unless you make it into one
  2. "I just don't care anymore" is a thought. Thoughts pass. Observe your thoughts rather than let them lead you.
  3. @Conscious life For me, it means just think before posting something and think after posting something.
  4. It's hillarious isn't it? Every time one of us opens our mouths something comes out that can always be proved wrong. That's why I mostly like to sit here in silence and watch the show
  5. @Matt23 Why don't you try doing a dream board?
  6. Sending healing energy to you... AND a tip to stop eating tomato seeds for a while to see if they make a difference to your thyroid health
  7. +1
  8. Nice, really nice. I like hearing stories of people sorting out health problems. I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me at all that the vinegar had played a part in solving your problem. Vinegar is really good for you, and if you're drinking the organic raw stuff with the cloudy stuff at the bottom then you can't go wrong. Loads of cultures and good stuff in there.
  9. If you try making a dream board the first thing you notice is all of the negative beliefs you still hold about why you don't think it's possible to have everything you want now. Very powerful stuff. I don't think I could have found another tool to expose what's unconscious in me as powerfully as the dream board. I highly recommend it as a spritual practice. If you think you're enlightened, go spend an afternoon creating a dream board
  10. Just start writing things down that you really want. No holds barred. Whatever comes up for you is personal. For me I started getting a glimpse of what I've been hiding from myself. Then I got a surge of energy like a rocket has been inserted into my ass! I have heard people use a lot of energy hiding aspects of themselves from themselves. Feeling good. This is shadow work on steroids! I'm not sure if nahm intended this, but it's very useful
  11. Id like to hear as many diverse responses as possible about this claim of sprituality that life is a dream. I haven't seen any good videos from leo explaining this, so any recommendations will be most appreciated
  12. Resonating with this, yes the meaning is not ours to give it, it has its own wonderful meaning that I would have never gotten a glimpse of had I not stopped projecting my own ideas onto it. Thanks for sharing
  13. @Leo GuraMaybe an elimination diet would help? I have heard that food sensitivities can cause fatigue. I'm in the process of doing one myself, cutting out gluten and dairy has helped a lot with my energy.
  14. Yeah, nothing matters... Until You're fired from your job. Then suddenly nothing matters a whole lot more than it did before lol
  15. Yeah it was checked by a physio and told that it was just a movement issue, I was given stretches but after trying everything for 3 years, stretches, hot and cold, sauna, healthy eating, you name it, the only thing that's worked so far is turmeric twice per day. Problem practically gone overnight.
  16. Is it? IMO just don't form beliefs. What do you need beliefs for? I don't need a belief to walk along the street, tie my shoelaces or have fun. I just get on with it. Yes. So what? Nobody needs to know about math, science and history unless they are interested in those subjects. But none of them can explain the deeper needs of the human heart. Do they? I personally don't care about these things, so I have no need to accept or dismiss them. I'm not a philosopher nor am I interested in educating my mind with an excess of things it doesn't need and sometimes hinders me from seeing more accurately what's going on around me. I prefer to see through my own eyes rather than an education. I don't have to explore anything. Will it? Do you have any examples?
  17. @Fathime +1
  18. @Michael569 I appreciate your advice, I never knew those details. What about of its dealing with a low level chronic muscle problem? (something I personally have been suffering with for a few years), and then I come off it and then go back on it when I experience the issue again. Would that be ok?
  19. Good to hear about the omegas, I never heard that before - yet another reason to consume both eggs and turmeric! I saw on Simmett Nutrition not to buy powdered culinary turmeric because of the lead content, but am looking at a dehydrator to make my own from fresh. I've got a thermomix at home that does really nice powders.
  20. This is good advice. I'm taking it. My problem in the past is that I've actually been a real stubborn devil and it backfired on me by ruining my confidence. What I'm trying to do now is stop being judgemental as a kind of strategy for reclaiming my lost potential. I practically crippled myself trying to be a good person and ended up becoming a judgemental devil.
