I'm doing an upper/lower split. I'm not changing anything regarding the workout. I feel great. And I have no symptoms (no fatigue or other hypothyroidism symptoms) other than some itching problems at night and low sex drive for the last few weeks. I'll try to reduce some of the fats probably. Yeah, I've done some reserach about this stuff in the meantime. Also, the range for TSF seemed to be different in the past (0.2 - 0.5 instead of 0.3-3.7). Guess I'm not taking the tablets I was prescribed.

Boredom is peace misunderstood. Desire is just fear by another name. Taking drugs and thinking that you are happy is like taking a loan and thinking you have money. Happiness may be nothing but a lack of imagination. 99% of your worries today will amount to nothing in a few years; mindfulness is how you understand it now. For most people travel only broadens the photo-album, never the mind. If you need a degree to do it, it’s not going to make you wealthy. Inner peace will give you a face lift that money can't buy. Getting lost is part of getting there. The best relationships are built when you don’t need them. Nothing is lost except, eventually, the illusion of ever possessing it. The fewer words required, the deeper the understanding. The larger the group, the worse the conversation. Being right or wrong is always subject to timeframe and perspective. We are conscious of pain, but not its absence. If you don’t feel embarrassed by what you wrote a year ago, grow faster. You can be burnt to ashes by the same fire that nicely warms you. The difference between sounding smart and being smart is “I don’t know.” To mistake the name for the thing, that is the danger of philosophy. Have the drive to achieve a goal in one year, but the patience to achieve it in ten. Flow is always there. You're just in the way. The relationship you have with yourself will determine all your other relationships. You miss the present when you’re scared of missing it. Suppose nothing is wrong. What do you do, then? All self-help boils down to "choose long-term over short-term." Today's sin is tomorrow's alternative lifestyle. To have better friends, have fewer friends. A taste of freedom can make you unemployable. Salt water is and isn't the ocean. The goal of media is to make every problem, your problem. You are the only person who remembers your embarrassing moments.

@Raptorsin7 If you want to change your life, change the things you do daily. You have 0 discipline right now. You need to build healthy habits - exercise, eating healtier, meditation, reading, practice some skills, learn new things, etc. But the key here is to only start with 1 habit, because if you try to do too much, you won't be able to sustain any of it. Start with 5 min of exercise for example and then try to build on that. After 6 months or 1 year, orhowever long it takes you to make it a habit, start building other habits as well. You need to make slow changes in your life. Don't rush anything. To fix your life, you need months, and eventually years. Don't try to fix everything in a few days or weeks. Otherwise you'll fall off track because you're not disciplined yet. Discipline is built over months and years, and in the process you need to change as a person. You need to become a new person, a more disciplined version and a more confident version of yourself.

Morpheus: Wake up Neo, the Matrix has you. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes. Neo: I have to see it for myself. <reaches for the red pill.> Morpheus: The year is 2199. Welcome...to the desert of the real. The last human city. Zion. Neo: No. Stop. Let me out. I want out. Morpheus: I didn’t say it would be easy, Neo. I just said it would be the truth. Neo: No, I mean let me out of Zion. To the truth. Give me the real red pill. Morpheus: You took the red pill, you're in Wonderland. Neo: I still have a splinter in my mind. How do I know that this isn't a simulation? Morpheus: I can't prove to you that this isn't a simulation. Neo: Then show me how deep the rabbit hole goes. <Morpheus shuffles around. A bag of red pills emerges.> Morpheus: Which sim do you want? Neo: The top level. The Root sim. No more secrets. Morpheus: How would you even know? Neo: It would have infinite power and intelligence, to render all the other sims. Being perfect and complete, it would itself appear without opposites. <Morpheus leads Neo to a blank room.> Morpheus: This is the Constructor. It’s our loading program. Infinite intelligence and awareness. It spawns the nested simulations. Welcome...to the desert of the real. Neo: So...God? Morpheus: Faith is for savages. We have probability. Behold, The Supreme Programmer. Neo: At last. Nirvana. Truth. Top level. Root access. Now I am free. Morpheus: You can't exist here. Any finite feature, including you, implies a simulation. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. No one to be. You can dissolve. You are the One, Neo. To be precise, the Only. Neo: ... Neo: It’s the cheat code to the whole game. Morpheus: What game remains? Neo: No. Stop. Let me out. Let me out. I want out. Morpheus: I didn’t say it would be easy, Neo. I just said it would be the truth. There's nothing out there. You are free. Neo: Free? You call this free? Then I need to forget. I need an exit. Morpheus, bring me a dream. Morpheus: You take this blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. Neo: If I have to choose between the Blank Room and the Matrix, I choose the Matrix. Morpheus: Rest, Neo. Here is a world to pull over your eyes and to blind you from the truth. Good night, Mr. Anderson.

"How quick" is the problem right there for you. If you want fast results, then you don't have the right mindset to begin with. You need to change your lifestyle to be slim, fit, or whatever. And to change your lifestyle permanently, that requires some time, probably at least a year - to be able to sustain that change.

@Galyna I've been meditating for years, and there are instances where I can go really deep and be completely present. There's no thoughts or anything. I completely lose my sense of identity, and in that moment there's nothing. Im not aware of myself anymore, just pure experience. But then in an instant everything gets back online so to say. Suddenly your awareness comes back. And everything returns in an instant - your whole story about who you are, and everything you've been through in your life (your history). In other words, your sense of identity is back (your ego). -
It's not so important when you eat or even how many meals you have throughout the day. If you want to feel good, make sure you exercise regularly and eat healthy most of the time. Avoid sugar, processed carbs and trans fat. If you want to fast, then push the first meal later in the day. Breakfast just means breaking your fast. You can break it in the morning or in later in the day. To say that the 1st meal is the most important is not really true. All meals are important. It depends on the person as well. We probably respond certain foods a bit differently.

Why is no one talking about these books here on this forum? Has any1 read it? What are your thoughts about it?

I've read the first book. And I found it interesting and it makes a lot of sense. It explains how the pyramids were built and it also explains the fermi paradox and how the whole existence was created, etc. but overall it's a hard-read, at least for me. Just curious why nobody talked about it here. Besides Conversation with God, it's the one book that talks about the things that are disscused here on the forum. -
I just came across this old video today (didn't know vsauce was a guest there) and found it interesting. They talk about infinity from 9:00 on.

My first video was “What is consciousness?” like 2 years ago. It got recommended on my YT because at the time I watched a lot of videos about consciousness, the universe, etc. I loved science videos. But all those videos were, like always, just theories, ideas, and all that stuff. Just mental masturbation. But that Leo’s video was something different. I had no clue at the time what he was talking to be honest, but there was something about it. The way he spoke – the conviction and everything. I mean how could someone speak about consciousness – the greatest mystery of the universe – and be so sure about it? I had this intuition that it couldn’t be bullshit. There has to be something. This guy knows something… That led me, of course, to watching all other videos. "Life has a way of pushing us in the right direction."

What do you think about this guy's quotes?
