  3. The 200-Day Challenge: Day 22 Worked on mind, body, and life purpose +1 point I ended up doing meditation and contemplation AFTER storytelling, then I went and did my strength exercises. Everything ended up getting done. Since I'm sure people are curious: The storytelling mostly comprised of me trying to figure out theme, message, and moral argument for the story. And this story is gonna be way deeper than anything Hollywood has ever produced, no exaggeration. So I have to remember to be as patient as possible. I'm aiming for something higher. Even though this is THE MOST DIFFICULT THING IV'E EVER DONE IN MY LIFE, I have to remember that I'm aiming for something higher. Something big! The meditations and contemplations were mostly about "absolute infinity," ego, thought, mind, story, meaning, and suffering. I'm focusing on sustained consciousess of more of the non-physical; deep, sustained awareness of the infinite reality. I want the greatest possible understanding of the paradigms required for me to sustain it as long as possible and to the deepest depth. The strength exercises were focused on my shoulders and core. I did the overhead press and sit-ups with weights. The results were great as usual with this challenge. And I ended up succeeding and not losing 3 points like I mentioned earlier. Good job. We will continue tomorrow. -14/200 points earned 3/3 free days remaining
  4. I missed my meditations and contemplations today. But I'll make them up after I work on my script, and then I'll go to the gym after that so I have everything done. I'm not losing 3 points today. I will not give up!

  6. @Jeff Zhang You can trust your mind, but only if it's well-trained/developed. You need to train your mind to not overthink, to have good judgement, etc. Learn and contemplate what the mind is and how it works so eventually you become familiar with all of its aspects. From there it will be easier to train and develop. Don't fall into the trap of believing the mind is evil. Don't fall into the trap of trying to never have any thoughts. Mindlessness is not a virtue. You have a mind for a good reason just like you have a body. The mind is there to help you. Be mindful and master your mind, then you'll be able to trust it!

  10. The 200-Day Challenge: Day 18 Worked on mind, body, and life purpose +1 point Wow, this is so hard but so fun at the same time. I'm mainly talking about the script. Sitting there for hours and dealing with all of these abstract ideas, complex techniques, etc. DIFFICULT!!! My life purpose is to tell profound stories, so I have to make sure this story is PROFOUND. It will be if I just work hard enough! I need to do it!!! To be honest, though, I get a good feeling about this story. I seriously do. I get a good feeling. It's gonna be intense!!! -14/200 points earned 3/3 free days remaining
  11. The 200-Day Challenge: Day 17 Worked on mind, body, and life purpose +1 point Today I think I found the thesis for my script. Tomorrow I'm probably gonna explore this potential thesis even more and see if it makes sense. Then I'll have to make sure my thesis holds weight. This is really hard. Really really hard. I never wrote a screenplay before and never finished writing a story in my life except for when I was a little kid in elementary school. Wow. But this is also fun. The feelings I get from writing the story are almost beyond words it seems. It's true passion, I know for sure. Definitely a lot of excitement. Occasional fear when thinking of where I am now and eventually having to submit the finished product somewhere. I get tears of joy pretty much everyday, though. We'll keep going! -15/200 points earned 3/3 free days remaining

  23. @LoveandPurpose It took me only 1 month because I already knew my basic life purpose and was a NEET at the time. To be honest, the average person might take over a year to do the course properly.
  24. The 200-Day Challenge Day 10 Did not work on mind, body, or life purpose -3 points No good fortune today. I took action but I guess not enough. Now it seems the issue will carry on to the next day. I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow. -10/200 points earned 3/3 free days remaining
