  2. SHADOWBOXING Shadowboxing is when you spar with an imaginary opponent as a form of training. World class fighters include shadowboxing as a huge part of their training regimens. From this day forward, I will be including shadowboxing with the other stuff I do to work on my body. Intense shadowboxing will be an everyday thing as a part of The 200-Day Challenge. So there's lifting, running, and shadowboxing now. I will be ready for a fight, a physical fight, everyday. Not because I want to start fights with people like a villainous asshole, but because other people seem to always want to start fights with me. It's always someone else who starts shit. It's never me. Now if anyone starts shit with me or someone whose too weak to defend him/herself, I'm ready. ?
  3. I need to be more serious about life. Even though everyone thinks I'm too serious, I know for a fact I'm not serious enough. It's time for me to truly take life seriously! Starting today.

  8. Right now I'm in the middle of a writing session for my script. It's difficult, but I have to keep going!!! I'm choosing to write the best story I possibly can. I'm choosing to test my capacity by aiming high!!! Let's see how the rest of my day goes. I have to give this my all!!!!!! ?
  9. The fact that you're on your knees praying already shows something. It shows that maybe you've experienced some sort of difficulty before and now you're anticipating something that's probably even worse. It's not wise to sit there and pray for things to become easier. You doing that is only making things harder. Instead, pray for the strength to endure the most difficult things. Focus on YOUR being. Part of this is focusing on YOUR own strength, not wishing for someone else to be weaker or something else to be easier. That's why you need to pray for strength.

I did only 1 hour of meditation and contemplation and only about 3 hours of work on my screenplay. Distractions and lack of focus. But I'll go easy on myself just this once.   13. It's okay. 2019 is right around the corner, and 2019 is the year I plan to finish my first story. I may be far away from my goal, but as I've said before: I don't care how far, somehow I'll be strong. I can go the distance! We will keep going on strong. En garde!!! ?

This story is so hard to write but I'm also enjoying the creative process. No matter what happens, I will do everything in my power to make sure this story gets done and is of the highest quality possible. My best possible work. I'm giving it my all. I like the challenge. Even though I've had several thoughts of this situation likely being a result of me biting off more than I can chew, it doesn't matter. Even if this story ends up being crap, I did everything I can do and I fucking went for it!!! No regrets. I'm gonna keep pushing myself.   20. @Revolutionary Think ??? Just to let everyone know, Revolutionary Think and I plan to work together on our life purposes. We're both in tier 2 of Spiral Dynamics and also have well-developed tier 1 stages as well, therefore we're not just gonna sit back and watch the villainy and stupidity that goes on in the world. This is what highly developed people do, they take action at a high level and live on purpose instead of using spirituality as an excuse to do nothing. Highly developed people walk the walk. They go the distance. We're also happy to have more serious people working with us. If anyone reading this is serious about having a positive impact on the world and wants to join us on this journey, we'd love for them to let us know! ?

I even forgot that my gym closes earlier on Saturdays. Felt like I just had to use a free day. Also, I need to get back into the positive number of points!   25. This story is so hard to write. I already said this a million times but I'm gonna keep saying it because I'm not exaggerating. I'm making sure that I put GOLD on the page. 90-120 pages of GOLD. The best I can do! Earlier in this journal I claimed to be a good storyteller, but TBH I'm not positive about that. I never completed a story and showed it to someone since I was a little kid. Maybe I suck.
