All the books are basically about reality shifting aka shifting the assemblage point or using one of the highest buddhist states (fruition) for reality shifting. I suspect I shifted mine somehow despite never having had a fruition. Maybe the rules are different on LSD.

Natural lifting is all about how much you can lifts. Especially on the big lifts or their variations. Push ups and pull ups included. You wont look good if you are weak. No matter how many reps you do, what you eat etc

This is a semi-legal research chemical. I havent seen it on sites where I would typically buy research chemicals. Just one small store in Czech Republic. It has been pretty great. It is supossedly like mushrooms. I havent had them so I wouldnt know. It is a tryptamine. You have to take a lot of puffs. (Its a disposable vape). I havent reached a break through dose yet. It makes everything much more vibrant. And the first time I tasted fruit on it was amazing. It also makes stuff move like LSD. I can only reccomend it. I do my kasina practice while on it. The effects are hard to describe.

Meditation retreat 24/7? Sounds great, except I would change the technique to fire kasina. That way you'd get some mad siddhis within a month.
