It's super common when you take meditation far enough. How much do you meditate? -
If nobody is telling what to do you NEED to plan every day in advance. For example in the way @gettoefl suggested.

I did a 90 minutes meditation session in the evening. Couldn't sleep for more than a few hours afterwards. I'm full of energy. Other people report that too. It's probably all the concentration...

If you don't take any stimulants and aren't tired then maybe you don't need to sleep as much. Maybe non resistance means you use less energy ;).

Buy sprayed flower and use a pipe. It's almost as strong as a vape except it's much better on the lungs. You can get as high for the same amount of money, just gotta smoke more than with a vape.

Use a P.O. box and if you're extra paranoid just go a mile from it to open it. (Not in your home) Doubt anyone does anything more complicated than that :D.. Not legal advice though.

If you already have experience with fasting I would definitely kickstart the practice by not eating for the first few days. I just meditate on my bed, without backsupport, in a cross legged position. At least most days. If someone else is home I usually just spend 4 hours during the day + 4 hours during the night meditating. I still work on clients projects even during retreats so I only get about 4 hours of sleep. Which is not a problem because mindfulness => meditation => wakefulness. On the days where I dont waterfast I do IF. I drink water whenever I am thirsty. Ideally there should be a period before and after food where you dont drink (1 hour is enough) to aid digestion. Mostly kasina. Mixed with weed and sometimes holotropic breathing. Tonight I did a LSA, HHC and holotropic breathing trip while meditating from 21:00 to 3:00 AM. I am not even on retreat, just had some spare time. Also, if your concentration is already strong enough you should listen to dharma stuff in the background as a peripheral object that gives you transmission at the same time. Yeah, I talk to people. I am used to having very intense experiences often, so I do not really take many precautions. Just feel it out and adjust as I go. I do about two of these for 1 - 4 weeks per year. -
When that happens do at 4 am do you go to bed again? Do you awaken more times? If that's the case read the book "The Phase" but completely ignore his metaphysical views. Have you ever used any mantras or done any visualization exercises?

The only way to truly find find out is to test out both exactly the fantasies you have with women and exactly the fantasies you have with men in real life. No matter how weird they may be :P. Speaking from experience.

Read "12 months to 1 million" so your brain start synthesizing ideas and ideally it pushes you straight into action.

"modern day person" Classic case of the mentality that causes manchildren to believe in "ascended masters" etc. If you want to see the end of where classical non duality can take you, check out Frank Yang. If you want the highest consciousness possible then take psychedelics and contemplate. Or ideally mix every spiritual practice and find you like in a way that makes sense. -

All you need is the kasina section from mctb2... You will get all the benefits of Vipassana and Samatha. And if you take it to a high enough level all you'll have to worry about is integration of ultra strong stages and slowing down once in a while so you remain relatively stable. -

According to Castaneda some substances are useful strictly for wisdom and some strictly for power -
Combine with a microdose of something like LSD or a small amount of weed for best results.. And even without that you can get into some great states if you're consistent enough.

If you quit spirituality your business performance will be worse. All that concentration and cognitive gains will do you wonders if you build a business or study something really hard. I'd personally reduce the amount of time you spend practicing and fill in the cognitive difference with some nootropics so you still feel great. Speaking from experience because I've done the same.

Schedule a day where you will do only holotropic breathing. Maybe 2 hour sessions with 30 minutes break, 10h in total. a) you will get a full blow trip, no doubt b) you will need lower doses afterwards I have been doing it for about a year and now I can feel it the second I begin doing the technique. -
Haha, true And we all do it. Yeah, speaking from experience I definitely need regular excersise to not get addicted. The body needs to be transcended before the mind. Unless you are doing psychedelics, of course. But even then it matters a lot. When I dont workout, run, box etc I will quickly want to watch more tv series, drink more and a lot of other things.
