  4. It's basically mainly a question of habits / dumb animal biology. If you do a lot of fun things that are useless, your dumb brain will associate it with being useful. Remember -> your animal part IS NOT INTERESTED IN SURVIVAL. IT IS INTERESTED ONLY IN FOLLOWING THE DOPAMINE HITS. If you want to be productive / disciplined you have to cut out things that are too fun without a purpose. Like YouTube, video games, chatting with friends. You can still keep something, like masturbation - since that's pretty harmless. Then your dumb animal brain will go down to the next things that can produce dopamine eg. Building your business or studying or both. And that's when building your business or studying BECOMES FUN. Good habits are kind off an on / off switch. Mindset wise it's a question off "do I want a reward now that will sacrifice my future goals, or are my goals good enough to sacrifice SOME pleasure (video games, YouTube etc - no sexual sacrifices need to be made) so that I can have it later (because it will be much more fulfilling -> pleasurable than any dumb, free, short term thing you can do). Edit: it might be beneficial to do a short term water fast (3 - 5 days), because it's a quick switch button. If you do only positive stuff during this time, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME FUN!
  5. I've done them. They're great. You must do an extraction, otherwise you're going to feel sick. Simple cold water extraction is enough. If it doesn't feel strong enough, then do some holotropic breathing. I think it would also combine nicely with weed. Just in case you want to make it stronger.
  6. This is just a classic case of different stages on the spiral having different needs and some people not having integrated lower stages. If you want to be really good at inner work, you should already have some good money. You don't have to be rich, but you shouldn't be slaving away all day.
  7. Then just practice many hours of concentration. At least 1 - 2 hours a day. Ideally more. You can still contemplate. If you aren't able to answer hard questions then just question something simple at first. Try to find the true reason behind your behavior. "Why do I do x?" "is it because y?" Try to really sink into the question.
  8. You have to build up your questioning muscle. That's contemplation. You should perhaps start with something simple, if you're doing it sober. Like questioning your habits and trying to find the true reason behind them. Harder questions should be done on psychadelics. With an appropriate dose / compound.
  9. Read "The Phase" by Michael Raduga. I have been in your exact situation years ago and this has been a huge stepping stone in getting me to a place where I can lucid dream any night I want.
  10. AP is a LD but it can be connected with the real world by other psi abilities or high concentration. If you astral projected long enough you can use it to set intention to receive accurate information, even affect the world and it will happen, just like it would have happened if you used it awake.
  11. Practice. Question everything. Turn your whole life into a gigantic question. When you feel stuck take a psychadelic. Low dose is enough to get "unstuck".

  13. Me. Raduga's method first allowed me to AP & LD a few times a week. I combined it with my manifestation technique and now I can have LDs and APs every time I want - if I put in the effort I can do it 5 - 7 times a week with multiple LDs & APs every night. Also all day awareness & concentration meditation makes it much more stable and vivid. Also I'm experimenting with visualization exercises that will make it even more extreme. I've been able to verify things I saw during AP while walking through the city. But that is only 1 - 2 out of every hundred APs. At least for now. Also affect the real world when projecting in an extremely concentrated state.
  14. You decide a specific thing means a specific thing will happen and then the meaning will come through at a different now. If you are asking God to give you something you are praying for the asking itself not for the thing you are asking for. It should also have a reasonable means of happening. Since you'll probably be doing that from an ordinary state of consciousness. If you put energy into "I wish I had more x" then you will experience "I wish I had more x". If you decide that spitting on your neighbors head means that you will win good money from a scratch off ticket, then you will win good money from a scratch off ticket because you spat on your neighbors head.
  15. I've noticed that how long I hold it in makes an insane difference. 10 seconds is not going to do that much and 30s - 1m can get trippy pretty fast. Nowadays I use only HHC instead of normal weed (kinda like delta 9, except it's the only legal version in my country).
  16. a) Advanced Magick for Begginers by Alan Chapman (this wont teach you stuff like telekinesis but can be done from states of consciousness that are not too above the normal state). This can be done to do stuff like manifest jobs that are way above your qualifications, clients, sex with anyone you want, win the lottery, talk with the dead etc. b) research fire kasina retreats & watch some of Daniel Ingrams videos on fire kasina - this can be used to develop a more Harry Pottery (maybe even telekinesis if you do a month long retreat) type of magick but the results dissapear when the retreat is over

  18. The only way to know TRULY understand why this is the case you have to get into a state where reality is very malleable. Either do a kasina retreat - 100 - 200 hours of concentration-vizualization in like two weeks. Or get there with psychadelics.
  19. Sounds like a cessation. But I cant really confirm that, so ask someone like Daniel Ingram and then he could help you reach this whenever you want.
  20. It's not just about jhãna. Try to focus hundreds of hours (with like two weeks) on an elemental casina and you can acquire powers related to the element - like heat up the room by will or draw fiery things in the air that other people can see etc. Not God realization but still, the best way to get Harry Potter level stuff would be a mix of concentration and psychadelics. You don't even need meditation talent just enough intensity.
  21. You just dont know whether anything perceptible by sight continues after you close your eyes. Touching your nose just proves that sensations associated with other sense doors still exist. Sense doors arent connected in any way - or they stand on the same ground and therefore all sense doors are one, When I had this insight my vision became panoramic,
  22. No matter how awake some of the classic teachers may be (I have no idea honestly) the classic rejection of psychadelics is just stage blue programming, nothing deeper.
  23. Reason / understanding, Eg. if you question your behavior in an ordinary state of consciousness and try to get to the true cause you can pretty qucikly reach heightened states. Because you are then seeing more of yourself. That is why some traditions emphasize behavior change. If you do it many times a day and ask good questions it can get pretty trippy. If you question something more interesting this way, especially on psychadelics or after serious meditation practice, you can quickly gain high understanding.
  24. Try to look in a mirror during astral projection. Or just take psychadelics in the dream state / AP.
