  1. I remember first finding it while looking for some Rumi poetry with music! Yamada’s book is so rare nowadays…what an awesome find, right? And yes, spirituality from many diverse perspectives.
  2. "The Ten Ox-Herding Pictures is a series of short poems and accompanying drawings used in the Zen tradition to describe the stages of a practitioner's progress toward enlightenment, and his or her return to society to enact wisdom and compassion. The Ten Oxherding Pictures which relate back to a Ch'an master in the Sung dynasty China (1126-1279 AD), have spiritual roots in the early Buddhist texts. They provide useful imagery of an illusion to be negated before a seeker of truth can experience enlightenment. The ox symbolizes the mind and the herder symbolizes the seeker." Her recordings are a pure gold mine! Been binging a lot of them over the last couple of months and can't recommend the channel enough.
  3. "Can you see how all these prayers cancel each other out into a perfect symmetry? If every sports team prays to God to help them to win the championship and God helps everybody equally, then it's as though God didn't help anybody at all." Understanding Bias - Bias, Love, & Mind Explained
  4. "I'm not anti-science, I'm anti-dogma. I love science so much that I want to clean up science." Deconstructing The Myth Of Science - Part 1 "You are as much your own coffee table as you are your own mother." Enlightenment Experience Happening In Real Time - LIVE!
  5. "Have you noticed this? How much minds cling to ideas? You cling to ideas, your family clings to ideas, your friends cling to ideas, that's why you argue with them so much. People on TV, politicians, and religious people, scientific people, logical people, they all cling to ideas, they all have pet theories, and ideologies, why is that? Could it be because deep down inside the mind knows that if it's not careful, and it explores the wrong ideas, eventually, it will run into an idea that will kill it? Now there's an idea! There's an idea! That might be one of the first ideas in this chain of ideas that will ultimately lead to your self-destruction." ~Leo in 'Metaphysical Implications Of Godel's Incompleteness Theorem'
  6. Too much chanting Om with the index finger- thumb mudra in a lotus position with an unshaved beard and unwashed robes results in -- hOMelessness! Supposed to illustrate the importance of not getting too spacey.
  7. Answered based on what I'm actually doing for people on a day-to-day basis as of now.
  8. I started experiencing this too, especially after chakras started to blossom. The more in flow I am with existence the more synchronicities seem to happen, but my curiosity about the repeating numbers has generally been fading. Sadhguru basically cautions not to give it too much significance to them. This might be able to help clear some things up, @egoeimai.
  9. Yeah, the episode is over six hours, by the time it's over, it'll be Monday for me anyways!
  10. It's out on audio! (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/leo-gura-on-infinite-consciousness-god-realization/id1521758802?i=1000534363397)
  11. Illuminating to learn about some of the ways tech companies try to control the media in order to manipulate the narratives told about their products.
  12. Since getting mine the worrying has seized completely for me and I usually tend to sneeze a lot as well as have a runny nose due to allergies... And as stated above already: Thanks for sharing your perspective as a frontline medical worker, @undeather!
  13. We look free and open We look steadfastly, We look joyously across To the German Fatherland! Heil! --A slogan in a frame that hung over Hitler's bed in 1913 before he left Vienna for a life in Germany.
  14. I'm reading Teal Swan's book "The Completion Process" at the moment. Her technique is "(...) a comprehensive approach to healing core traumas that recur as emotional triggers that prevent us from living empowered lives free of fear. The Completion Process is an 18 step visualization that walks you through an emotional trigger following the emotion to the earliest memory, then resolving the child’s needs through both the mental visualization of resolution and providing awareness through the adult perspective of the events that occurred." You could use this on yourself, it's been a very promising read so far!
  15. How Blue interprets "all is God". An interesting contrast to Leo's recent blog post. [https://www.actualized.org/insights/seeing-god-in-everything] It's funny how the language reminds of mindfulness meditation lingo.
  16. Definitely, I’ll have to contemplate this one for a good while. Someone actually stole one of my families’ bicycles while I was taking notes on this one today. Perfect timing I guess.
