  1. There's a very good shadow work book called "Feeding your Demons" by Lama Tsultrim Allione. Is like Jung's active imatination meets Focusing (by Eugene Gendling) and buddhist teachings.
  2. The Presence Process Sacred Therapies The Mind Illuminated
  3. @ardacigin Ok, I understand, thanks! Do you have any advice for starting this TMI journey?
  4. @ardacigin You have achieved this by following TMI and at stage 5-6 incorporating LB's right Concentration?
  5. There's a Kundalini Yoga book that maybe can help you. There are lot's of protocols for different phsychiatric disorders, one of them addictive and impulsive personality dissorder. I have not tried the protocol for addictions, but have been having success for treating phobias and neuroses. It is called Sacred Therapies: The Kundalini Yoga Meditation Handbook for Mental Health. If you're sceptic, maybe check Leo's video on Yoga. Hope it helps.
