I dont´understand this. You are a bad person because you are attach to your ego (evil=ego attachment), If you go beyond the ego, you actually have a higher morality since you are more compassionate and less selfish. Of course it does not mean you are perfect and you cannot hurt your wife but in general terms you are a better person. Dont´you agree?

Everything is always new so yes, everything is different from everything. But we use languaje as a tool to map reality (remember the map-territory methapor). And from outside there seem to be clear stages that people go through. I don´t know anybody describing wierd permanent stages beyong classic non-dual stage phenomenology.

@Enlightenment Your posts in this thread are very interesting. I would like to ask you a question. Would you say there is more stages of consciusness beyond what you called PNSE (I guess it is the same Ken Wilber call non-dual stage)? I accept you can go deeply and depply in consciusness as Leo stated but I mean permanent stages (not as a temporary state trough pshcyodelics or momentary intuition) . Thank you.

That is what enlighment/hapiness is. Just that. Understand that fear does not exist. What should you do to get enlightment/be in permanent bliss? Pursue fear. What is fear? Fear of death. All the others fears are derived from that. If you access and observe the final fear, wich is fear of death, you will see that "nothing bad happens", then you finally realize fear does not exist. Everything is good. You can do this right now. You don´t need years of meditation. Just open that door. Jump into the cold water. One day you realize, everthing was good since the begining, everything was always perfect, how fool you were trying to deal with that problems that didn´t even exist.

What you don't understand is if there is one consciusness then there are not worst or better things, everything is equally ok; so pain is "neutral", the same that pleasure.

haha how can i awake if you are stating there are always distinctions and God is by definition the absence of distinctions? Maybe because you are wrong and there are not distinctions if you go beyond the language, so pain just exist as a linguistic concept?

How do you know God? How do you know everything is the same? How do you know everything is One? According to you everything is relative and distinct always.

so what is "the absolute sense"? what is the Absolute? An abstraction to points to what?

Maybe it become too theorical so let me put it in this way? Can you accept there is fear of pain and pain, so fear of pain can be removed? Can you separate sensation and interpretation of pain? If fear of pain is removed what is pain now? Is it different of pleasure? How can you know that it is different without an interpretation? That's the kind of things that somebody should research in their consciusness.

You can't analyze politics using only pschycological categories. "Trump is bad because he is narcisist", it is childish argument. You can extrapolate self-actualized concepts to politics. The victory of Trump is key for the well-being of humanity. If neoliberal globalism (republicans) triumphs and impose its model to different nations with different spiral dynamic states it will bring kaos and destruction and also more vice to the West.

You can stop having sex and go back to your toughts in any moment. You would´t get pleasure from sex if you did not wanted. You have pleasure because you want to have pleasure. The contrary it is called rape and it is not considered precisely as pleasure. However, you cant´stop pain. That is what defines pain; that you can´t stop it.

I know what you mean, you are mostly right. I would introduce a nuance: we are not "designed" to survive but to truth (which is the same as infinite). What happens is most people think ego survive is the truth. Basically there are two forces that moves human action: Eros and Tanatos, or Atman and Project Amtman in Wilber´s terminoloy. one goes towards life and the other towards death. Both looks for inifinite. One of them wants to find inifite through ego and the other one killing ego.

If you are experiencing pleasure you can go back to your thoughts whenever you want. If you can´t go back to your thoughts you call it pain. If you are experiencing pain it is hard for you to go to your thoughts because the pain is taking all the limelight, it is forcing you to focus on that.

then for you nirvana is not more real than samsara? Isn't it the spiritual path to seek the truth?

Of course statistically almost nobody do it. What I mean is if you want you can. It is not you cannot do it, it is you dont want to do it. Almost nobody wants to do it and they need years of meditation to slowly get into fear (reduce ego defenses) and see nothing wrong happens. I actually think I am ready and I could do it. I am looking for a place to yell, cry, vomit and shake. I feel my main fear is led out of control. I had meditaion and pchycodelics experience where I felt I was close to accept fear -death- but I was afraid to start yelling and trembling so neighbors would call police. When you are having pleasure you can go back to your toughts anytime you want. That is why you like it, your ego "feels safe".
