@Nickyy Explain to me what you've seen, depends how you approach it like anything, of course a lot of it out there is shitty, but you can take the teachings and use them in service of good. For example a business I've recently started is building a Romance brand, you might say how is that helping anyone? Well we are publishing high quality romance novels that will help entertain our readers and give them enjoyment, entertainment and pleasure. That's just one minor example of how these can have a positive impact on people's life, you don't have to be working in spirituality/ non-duality to help people. I'm also building a brand of books around Plant Based Eating and Cookbooks and how people can improve their nutrition and eating habits, can you explain how that is exploiting people? I could go on and on, but I would argue I've developed my business with it's focus on Stage Green as the main focus is always will this product help people, not will this product maximize profits and maybe it will help people. Use the teachings and think for yourself and then you can make 99% of businesses conscious, of course with some you just can't.

@Nickyy Okay, I wasn't talking about SD stages here, what I mean is making out it's impossible to create wealth consciously which isn't the case at all. Yes, the current system is complete shit but you can still build wealth in a conscious way through helping people, I am not talking about SD stage Orange companies whatsoever, you can become a millionaire and financially free in a conscious manner, the difference between a millionaire and billionaire is astronomical. If you think wealth is stage orange, that could actually block your potential to build wealth and earn money.
-
@Nickyy Are you joking, why is everyone so negative about creating wealth here?
-
@DrewNows Yeah 99% of people take life way too serious, I really used to. Life is a play and meant to be enjoyed!

@Leo Gura Hi Leo, absolutely love the work you're doing and you've helped me so much on my journey, and also introduced me to the book 1000 which has helped me so much! However, I feel your view on sports is quite unfair. I get that stage orange has certainly corrupted most sports, as it has most areas of life, but to me that doesn't mean sports should be disregarded as a worthwhile pursuit. Aside from the obvious physical benefits and of course nutrition to optimize performance I see Sports as a very viable Life Purpose for those who are talented enough to make it at the top level. To me, true sport is an art form, examples such as a great team goal in football, the perfect 3 pointer in Basketball etc, the creation of an amazing team and developing personal ability surely is no different than developing your skills as an artist in another domain? Furthermore, you also have 'The Zone' which is many people's only way of getting close to the spiritual dimension of life when they are fully present and all they can focus on is the game at hand, Sadhguru has an article on this saying how Sport can bring you closer to the divine than prayer as you are forced to be involved in life. Therefore, if someone has a love for sport and wants to pursue this as a career followed by a coaching career or something similar and they don't fall prey to the corruption and egotistical issues in many sports, and do it for the love of their sport and wanting to reach the best of their ability, while doing it all in a loving way and providing entertainment (just like Musicians do for example) why is it not a worthwhile pursuit? I completely understand the corruption surrounding sport these days, but it isn't the sport itself that is corrupt but the owners, leagues etc who are driven by stage orange values, once sports grow with Society to green and beyond I think we will see the true magnificence of sports flourish. (Hope to see Sport in our society following Conscious Politics in 100 years;)) I was also wondering if anyone else here has pursued a career in Sports and if so what is your career, or if anyone came close to becoming a professional athlete. Or if anyone agrees/ disagrees that sport is a worthwhile pursuit and why thanks, guys.

@DrewNows That's based on belief that last sentence. Try looking at it like this- it is 22 people playing a game, having fun, enjoying themselves and doing all they can to win the game, but the true joy comes from the playing of the game, which is what makes it beautiful. This paragraph from sadhguru says it better than I ever could even attempt to lol; 'You know, Swami Vivekananda said, “You will be nearer to Heaven through football than through the study of the Gita.” When you pray, you can do and think so many other things. But when you kick a ball, you only kick a ball. Otherwise, it will not go where you want it to go. Playing a game gives you the understanding that without absolute involvement, you cannot be successful. You have to play as if your life depends on it. They say 3.2 billion people watched the final of the last football World Cup. This is almost half the world, and the entire adult world. These 3.2 billion people were watching eleven people who were trying to kick the ball in one direction and another eleven people who were trying to kick it in another direction. Of course, you could ask the philosophical question, “What’s the point?” Essentially, we do not watch because of the ball, not even because of the skills, but because someone is kicking the ball as if his life depends on it. It is the intensity of involvement that makes the whole world sit up and watch.' In terms of the ultra competitiveness; 'This is a fundamental principle that everyone should know, in any sphere of life. You can only be successful if you want to win. But if you lose, it should be alright with you.' play for the fun of it, with full involvement and you will be amazed at how amazing Sport can be.

@Aeris Yeah build your own online businesses, invest your profits well in other endeavours/ build up your investment portfolio. Money doesn't = happiness, but it sure helps with many areas of life!
-
@Consept Yeah my purpose probably isn't in sports, I was more defending sports, as I believe you should do what you love but it's VERYYY easy to get caught up in the high life so to speak, so I see your points. But at it's fundamental level, sports is something done because people love it, and that in itself is 'spiritual' and my point was if someone loves it they should certainly pursue it. Feel sorry for you this season, I still get heavily involved emotionally when watching Liverpool games, but since my awakenings it all flows through me much quicker, I don't hold onto the feelings, but that's the case for everything these days, I'll always be heavily involved watching sport, it's who I am and that won't change ever, but I'm not going to go start a fight because we lose like some people do haha, you can make sport 'more conscious' like you can anything. As you said, life is to be enjoyed and if people enjoy sport they shouldn't resist this, but instead make it a part of their practice and use their development to improve their sport. I play cricket and recently have decided to finally learn to properly Bat (I'm a bowler) and honestly I've never felt so in the zone, the complete focus is on the now and as a result if anything awakening will only help your athletic abilities 1000 fold, of course you'll still have your physical limitations. At the end of the day, sport could be used for amazing things and it can help people grow as people when utilized properly, as anything can, therefore, I certainly see it as an amazing LP when done properly and in the service of truth, as most things can be. @Raptorsin7 I agree, and like you said the same can be said for Video Games, again if that's your passion don't resist just because you're now spiritual, go enjoy your life and if that's your path go do it, you can definitely do 99% of careers in a way that is in service to true and your understandings. Of course, combine this with healthy eating, working out etc, but there's no reason you can't enjoy these things just because you're spiritual. In my opinion we are here to HAVE FUN and ENJOY LIFE, awakening makes that 10000x easier as the resistance to the now drops and life becomes an effortless, spontaneous play and it's truly amazing.

@Aggelos Doulgerakis Basically what he said is spot on. 2 things that helped me most were a HIGH dosage supplement of B12 and D3 daily, especially D3 in winter!

@TRUTHWITHCAPITALT Yes I'm not debating that, however I must admit I do feel that while they give incredible insights many struggle to embody and integrate on their own, many may not even be ready for that level of insight, so one must tread carefully. Personally, I believe working with a teacher 1-1 combined with a transmission is the most effective, as not only are you getting facetime with an awakened being but you get YOUR questions answered about YOUR process, we are all unique and everyone has their own awakening process so that alone can be ridiculously helpful. I am not as experienced with psychedelics so who knows, all I know is in 9 months I feel like a different person altogether and know more about my personality than I ever did before as well.

@Fede83 Sorry, really confused what you mean?

The Self encapsulates everything, you are the Self on an absolute level, everything in the world is the Self, in fact the world doesn't exist only the Self does, but you might not be ready tp here that yet, I wasn't for a long time and it doesn't mean you can't function like a normal Human. Just rest and breathe, this is it, everything you've been searching for is right here. -

@WelcometoReality This is so true. When fully embraced and full self realization is reached the teachings are dropped as you live in Sahaja the natural state and then you get to go live your life as the Tenth Zen picture shows. Treating this as a little hobby won't get you there though like you said, fully embracing these teachings and whatever you are doing will hopefully and then you drop it all and rest in the absolute. It's amazing. -
@28 cm unbuffed Defo for creativity, many mainstream guys who aren't into Non-Duality talk about this, even Ben Greenfield the guy obsessed with Bio-Hacking and nutrition uses it. Progress with women I'd recommend John Anthony Lifestyle, although he's VERY stage Orange and quite immoral, so try and use his teachings in a way that helps you develop yourself and your skills without the unethical side of things lol.

@Raptorsin7 Eckhart is great, he was the original reason I got into this with PON, he's incredible at what he does! Yes I understand what you mean. And you are integrating the awakenings such as the realization you are awareness and have no boundaries, then the realization you are everything and I mean everything, then integrating the divine love (This led to me loving my teachers so much lol), then integrating the final realzation that the self is all, and the world is merely the self, the final one involves literally throwing away EVERYTHING into the absolute, of course some of it will come back! My experience has raidcally changed in 9 months from one of overthinking this and getting depressed about it, to basking in the beauty of the now. However, this doesn't mean old habits die straight away, I still escape into thoughts and used to struggle to fully feel my emotions, but that is all part of integration and that takes a lot longer than awakening. IF what you're doing is working that's great, Eckhart is great to getting people introduced to this and into the first stage of awakening (where he's at) but if you want to go further, message me and I can recommend some teachers and practices -
LfcCharlie4 replied to NormanN's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Raptorsin7 I had glimpses but I was not stabilised in non duality at all no, I was a non dual addict watching video after video and reading book after book getting nowhere! In terms of integration I receive RASA every 2 weeks and integrate each session as I go, I have not reached the end of seeking yet, I am close but am struggling with letting everything go, most people will not reach this point alone, there isngreat depth to awakening and one simple awakening or LSD trip won’t do it. Integration is key, even after full self realisation, integration could take several years to clear up your “shit” and fully integrate everything into your life, glimpses are the fun bit, but post integration is where awakening stabilises and gets even more fun each time -
LfcCharlie4 replied to Matt23's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Matt23 if you have enough money, go and work with a teacher 1-1, that’s what I did in February and in combination with RASA I’ve developed more than I ever would’ve in thid lifetime without them in just 9 months! I can recommend Ramaji and Ananda devi, if you wanna knownmore message me as I’m not allowed to post links here apparently! A lot of people here are in your shoes and I was earlier this year, it will prepare you for your awakenings, however without intervention you might not get very far alone. think of someone who isn’t great at sport trying to teach themselves, when an amazing coach is only a click away, how will they reach their potential quicker? -
LfcCharlie4 replied to NormanN's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@NormanN yes sorry what I meant is there is a definite end to seeking where you are fully at rest in the absolute and seeking is over, and life can truly begin. of course there is an ever deepening to life and your work and your work on a human level as this doesn’t end until you die of course! But there is a definite end to the seeking part of this journey, or what would you be seeking? That end is full self realisation and stabilisation in the self. If you wanna read about that check out Raman, Nisgardatta and Ramaji. -
@Arcangelo yes maybe toxic was a bit far, and Psyches can certainly be a great help! However, I don’t think you NEED them to go to the deepest depths that Ramana, Maharaj, Rupert etc have reached, although for many westerners in particular they can give great insights. im just biased and prefer a slightly more efficient method that I’ve used although it may cost slightly more.
-
@TRUTHWITHCAPITALT ffs this attitude is toxic, I respect Leo’s path and teachings but you don’t HAVE to do what he does, he’s one teacher of 1000s and one of the only one preaching Psyches. there are lots of ways to have direct experience of the self and embody your enlightenment. Psyches are 1 tool, and for this guy who’s on SSRIs and may be under 25 you shouldn’t recklessly recommend them, people forget these are still drugs. @Fede83 as others said foundational PD work will be great for you and I’m glad to hear you’re doing a lot better mate! If you are depressed I would say stay away, I’ve known friends near me to have issues with LSD, such as spending time in mental homes due to trips, people forget these are drugs and aren’t magic pills and need to be respected, especially if you have depression. There are many ways to awaken, how do you think 1000s of people have without Psyches?

LfcCharlie4 replied to NormanN's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@NormanN yes that’s exactly right! If any teacher tries to tell you need them and that you must listen to them, I see that as a major red flag usually, even enlightened beings can be narcissists and have huge issues still! Like I said enlightenment doesn’t mean full self realization and in my experience it is clear there are various stages and depths to awakening. And then there’s integration which is a whole other ball game! -
LfcCharlie4 replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@VeganAwake yes exactly!!!! and then when the seeking and resistance stop you can just embrace this as it is and you won’t even need to think about consciousness spirituality etc it’s all dropped and you just live! Once you’re fully stabilised in the absolute unless you’re actively talking about this on somewhere like here, or teaching etc, you will get on with life and do whatever you want. after enlightenment chop wood and carry water p.s. glad I could help you trip, you seem more and more awake every time I speak to you! This is it remember, it really can be that simple -
LfcCharlie4 replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I haven’t read the thread but just from your post I can tell you it goes deeper than realising duality doesn’t exist. In fact eventually you’ll stop seeing duality as a problem and realize this ugly dual world as it is is completely perfect, and this truly is it. A french teacher was quoted saying everything has “infinite precious value” and that completely resonates with my experience as I go through this stage of awakening. The self is beyond duality and beyond non duality, beyond spirituality and materially, all of these are concepts that eventually must be thrown in the fire. When you see this duality is no longer subtly rejected as it is even for enlightened teachers. Duality is embraced and you are finally completely free to live life as you truly desire, whether that’s going to start the business of your dreams with your family, or going to live in an ashram forever, you are finally free. To me, life only truly begins at full self realisation. It goes full circle, non-duality is the medicine for duality but when you are no longer sick (and self realised) you no longer need the medicine and you embrace this world As it is right now. but of course, it’s very different to pre enlightenment duality, yet it’s the very same world. what a paradox. -
LfcCharlie4 replied to NormanN's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@NormanN Yes I completely agree, but if a teacher decides to specialise in pure self realisation e.g. Ramana Maharshi and that’s all his students want that’s great! However, for me I wanted more as a westerner. Ramaji and Ananda Base their teaching on LOC 1000/ Self Realization, but cover a HUGE range of topics in the 1-1 sessions and satsangs. I don’t know anyone covering things like Sex& owning your sexuality as a self realised person, relationships, manifestation, life after awakening etc, I’m obviously biased but in terms of the full picture they’re pretty good. they still have blind spots, for example you wouldn’t go to them for nutrition advice as that isn’t an area they have mastered but in terms of self realisation as a westerner and a Tantric approach to life it’s pretyy amazing. -
LfcCharlie4 replied to wesyasz's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Maybe some people have but I'd say there's quite a low chance, hence why millions end up stuck in satsang for decades with little growth yet have read every non dual book going.
