Thank you that's actually a good response. But i've seen Leo on many of his videos mention that Red pill content is quite toxic, that paying attention to that stuff is actually not going to be actually helpful for finding romance and love with the opposite gender. He actually mentioned to not follow both red or black pill content, as those things will even hold us back. So I was actually wondering why even these kinds of content hold us back? Or stuff like realism doesn't find Truth. But isn't realism about what's genuinely real? Is it cause it focuses too much on the physical and not enough on the mystical?

You mentioned that accurate perception is the key to living a good life. All problems including health problems come from inaccurate perceptions of life. But how come with so much truth seeking you still have health problems? How could you have made your perceptions even more accurate to not have the health problems you have?

In your last video. You asked question "what does it mean to rest?" I came up with a few ideas. But I'm still working on it myself. I think a big part of rest that people don't really talk about: resting is about mental health as much as it is about physical. I think part of it is just avoiding worrying about stuff you don't want to worry about. It's telling yourself "take this time to do nothing with your mind, or do something you find really relaxing" for example, doing something you like but failing to take your mind off your worries doesn't rest you as efficiently and that's why my grad school sucked. Because I was doing a lot of "resting" by playing video games, but the whole time I was stressing. So when you said you actually gamed a bit, I was thinking, as long as he isn't stressing himself out more... Sometimes, you just have to sit there was a dumb expression on your face

So it's one thing to be a green or a yellow on spiral dynamics. But the world will still have all kinds of people still in stage blue, red or orange. Then they will try to project what they think is right on everyone else. I have friends in stage blue and I am in stage green or yellow. And they're beginning to try to force me and tell me that my ways are "wrong," and that I "must believe in the one Jesus Christ as his personal saviour or I will go to hell!" There is just no way for me to communicate with them because it'd be easy to me to point out all the flaws in their behaviour. But since I'm higher up in the pillar, I would know better than to do that. There is no point in me telling them that it's their ego and own selective love that's causing their own suffering because they simply won't see it that way. So how should I handle people in stage blue? I was once there, and the obvious answer is that I have to love them or practice self love. But how? Love to them is not viewed the same way as a higher up in the pillar would.

Very very good answer. Its just, I grew up among Chinese Baptist neo converts and they threatened me that I will go to hell if I don't believe in Jesus. Even if I believe in God, it has to be under Jesus because he died for my sins. And if I don't believe in Jesus, it does seem as if I get shunned by many churches. So while going to church might help, it's also too toxic because some of the people can be very preachy and narrow minded. Interesting answer "I'll pray about it."

"If they start with the jesus fan club thing you can tell them that you already found jesus and that he lives in your heart." It's not going to work!

But even if I love them, it would have to be at their spirial or they won't interpret my love as love. Love to whom? If it's in their perspective then it will work against some of the ways that a higher up on the pillar will love. And secondly they themselves are thinking the same thing as me. They'll be like "I love you, but you will go to hell!"
