  3. @Gladius Thank you, I appreciate your words of encouragement.
  4. @montecristo You're welcome. Be careful though, make sure to refuse connections over HTTP (always use HTTPS). You can do this with the built-in HTTPS Everywhere plugin. Enable the 'Encrypt all sites eligible' option. This is obviously only for connecting to clearnet websites. Also, never install additional plugins to the browser, it makes you more finger-printable. @Yog Orbot is great, acts like a system-wide VPN for Android. But it's a problem when you're using it with, for example, Chrome browser (which may leak your real IP through WebRTC). For this reason, I'd recommend the Tor Browser for Android (which is a separate app). It's up-to-date and takes care of vulnerabilities.
  5. After a certain point, documentation seems to be useless in this work, owing to the subjective and transcendental nature of these experiences. Hell, I'd reckon there are experiences which you can't even articulate to the outside world. If he attains Nirvana or some shit, we're all pretty much on our own.

  8. Got it, that's entirely possible. But to be honest, I don't even know what to believe anymore. I guess the best idea is to take the plunge and see it for myself.
  9. VPNs are ultimately centralized points of control, I'm not saying they're useless, but they provide a false sense of security which is dangerous. It is not enough to protect against state actors like China, forget about it. Use Tor browser to connect to the Tor network. I know Tor guard node connections are blocked in China, so you have to use a bridge. IMPORTANT: Use 'obfs4' bridge only. Obfs4 bridges makes your traffic look like regular HTTPS. If a bridge is blocked, request a new bridge from the Tor project by sending an email to bridges.torproject.org.
  10. @Mu_ Hi. I've seem to have reached a point where I think know in which direction I must proceed, but I am unable to shake off Fear. Fear is holding me back in many ways. When I close my eyes during practices, my mind makes ghosts and demons appear before me (not literally of course), it's really silly, but it's becoming annoying, and making me sink in certain ways. I also have deeper fears - these are hard to articulate succinctly, but it's essentially that if I end up seeing something I don't want to, and something 'bad' happens. I have already had some scary experiences, like when I came out of meditation once, and felt so separated from my body that I thought I was going to "lose control". Was wondering if I could get some advice regarding this. Thanks in advance.
  11. I have reservations with 5-MeO-DMT, not because of any dogma, but simply because it sounds too good to be true. From my limited experience, bigger prizes seem to require bigger efforts. Spiritual enlightenment is the ultimate prize, so it MUST require ultimate effort - years or decades of brutal practices. But Leo seems to have some strong convictions here, not sure what I'm missing.

  20. @okulele Aren't the chakras located along the spinal cord only? When I'm doing Sushumna Breathing, I'm only focusing on the spinal cord when moving the 'prana' up and down.

  24. Sorry if these are repetitive questions, Kriya Yoga noob here. I'm a bit late to the party, and am curious to know which book everyone is referring to? Is it "Kriya Secrets Revealed" by J. C. Stevens? Also, I basically 'learnt' my practices off a guy on YouTube, his name is Ryan Kurzcak (I've linked his video). I'm around a month into these practices, but now I keep reading about 'initiation' from a spiritual master. How important is this? Is it safe to move forward without initiation? Thanks in advance.
