That' s very interesting. So it sounds from what you're saying that Norway has a lot of green values but perhaps has not integrated orange (self-expression etc) as strong as the US. I've visited Denmark and what you're saying rings true for there as well.

I often hear Scandinavia cited as having strong green (SD) values. From the little I know about this area and having visited once, it seems clear to me that their societal values are green (safety net, free college, free medical, the prison system, conservation etc). Does anyone know about their interpersonal culture though and other lines of development and whether they are also green? Do they share the #metoo culture there and similar green memes? Do they prioritize interpersonal feelings over logic in their relationships as do many green sub-cultures in America? Do they have a spiritual green culture? What green spiritual teachers or green / integral thinkers have come out of this area? I'd love to hear any and all information on these topics. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I have read a lot on Spiral Dynamics and watched Leo's videos and yet I see very little advise on how to best be with people at different stages. For example, how to most skillfully be with a blue Trump voter or how to best interact with an strong orange business mindset that sees no interest in environmentalism etc. Can anyone point on to a resource that gives practical, skillful, direct advice on how to be with each of the lower tier stages? (At least, in general terms) Thank you so much!
