ok, misunderstanding. yes i guess you are right - i sometimes feel i`m not even solid in beige do you think someone needs to transcend all stages beyond first? or can we be in different stages, not really solid in any of them? because if i start to learn a little bit here and a little bit there, i sometimes am blue (what is a real struggle) or sometimes feel green, then i think i touch orange or yellow from time to time - also when strong stages are projected on me, i learn in that stage, and get lost in that stage sometimes by trying to fit into the stage to a certain degree. it`s the same with expression. the language i use starts to change after a while, when i encounter the stage in someone else. i mean on a personal level now, not on a business level. i have more an atomic model of spiral dynamics than the spiral. i used to push and feel responsible for what i identified with or what i was pushed to identify with, now i only try to take responsibility for what i am pushed to identify with. it`s a little unfocused situation learning. not really selfdetermined. that`s why i said it feels pretty beige or maybe i`m in denial about beige.

@Yog create a day to day scedule, work outside, maybe in your favourite cafe or library or whatever you can afford. at least leave the house in the morning, reconnect with life outside - it`s possible to stay at home for half a day very fast, as your home doesn`t give you the right signals it might feel too much like relaxation, every space is connected to habits, throw out all your games and gaming utensils. work on manipura not only the solarplexus part but also the navel part. work yourself through the chakras.

@tsuki @Zigzag Idiot thank you for the once again useful conversation. i get what`s toxicity and it`s this forums structure. there are some people who work really hard on making this place a communicative and healthy place. obviously that`s impossible if someone isn`t aware of what`s going on in the forum while being part of it. or maybe it`s denial about it, who would know. i know what i need to let go of. toxicity is the structure not the nature of this place. it`s also unbelievable that there is talk about politics and how politics should be organized and calling oneself god when the own spiritual business is running in a suppressive and dictatoric way. @Charlotte what position? read what we where talking about, please. i won`t research the single occasions where you where sexistic against yourself and any other women on the forum and i won`t research the occasions where others asked you what you got your position for. because really charlotte you where not worth the time. bye its´s a sad story this forum.

the problem about the position is, it destroys the natural hirachy, gives people power they would naturally not have. if someone plays an ego game with that it takes only from the others without giving back. corrupts the heart in the end because there is no real sharing. i had enough cindarella stories, with apples and mirrors to see what exactly is looking at me. and even though i see, i don`t see a justification.

@mandyjw there are different ways of constructing a house, some are more environment friendly and some are aggressive with buldozers coming in destoying whole ecosystems. you can`t just say it was nature who did that as nature wouldn`t do that to itself, only a denaturalization process seperates the being from it`s creation. to use a saw naturally you need to be connected to the wood, not by nails but by nature.
