well sometimes it`s better to not imagine probably, as imagination would be to threatening to ones perception of what love really is. sometimes truth and love and the absence of that what we could still call conciousness are separable. sometimes we must admit that conciousness, even if everything seems to be conciousness and love, doesn`t mean that it can`t be absent from a space, then truth is the only way to keep us sane. then love=truth but love is not the absence of love. no thing is prior to nothing. -

@JustThinkingAloud it`s ok to make a link to current thinking. current thinking is also intertwined with memory. although for me this exact topic has more of a fascination touch to it, than a personal - while that probably is personal as it is something i have a memory towards with a good feeling to it. so identification and abstraction are not really disconnected but as the memory of it spanns over a long period of time i`m able to see it more abstract, while i asked you to follow me with feeling into it, what will of course interfere with present identifications, if you go through some spiritual work right now in that direction. but it can also help you find out about some emotions or images of yourself - so identify and then disidentify. maybe like that . -

@JustThinkingAloud yes, if you even go deeper into the fractal of a brain/body (even if leo will say it is an illusion) you can see a thought is made up of bioelectronic impulses and transmitters there is no thought without an emotion, a thought is made up of emotion and transport of information, they are not attached to each other, they are that. although feeling is more a sensual phenomenon. -

@JustThinkingAloud in sense of physiology/biology/chemistry, what is a thought? what is it made of? so then tell me what is the difference between a thought and a memory? and what is a thought made of in the spiritual sense? sorry, maybe a little confusing, what i want to point at is i`m not sure about the attachment, i think/feel the attachment is not an attachment but the source itself, what we need to get detached from is not the thought/emotion but the meaning we assign to it, if it blocks us from being a more fullfilled and radiating being. sometimes i even think it`s important to add some meaning, and then the emotion gets a complete new quality. -

careful wit this as well it`s correct regarding definitions in the classic way, but doesn`t say what it really is and brings distortions if you start studying something about how all of this works in a more biodynamic setting. all i would say now about the differences between them is: a thought happens mostly in the head area but it is not percived from there. a feeling starts often diffuse in the areas of sensation but it`s not percived from there, until it localizes in an area connected to emotion (or thought) and radiates from there, a thought is an emotion. you can`t say a thought is absent of emotion, it is not. but on the other hand there are thoughts that are absent of feelings. so bringing together thought emotions and feelings has much to do with localizing them, although a lot of people would not understand if you point towards some place and say it hurts there - you need to define for yourself what that means for yourself or another person. vision is prior to word, a line or dot is prior to a sign, being is prior to all symbols. -

thank you for asking these questions, they make me aware of one of the traps - i fall into the green trap quite often recently and realize how i don’t invest enough time into really transforming my everyday life more into green, instead of feeling the bitterness and sadness and sometimes hopelessness that can overcome people in green. somehow green remains like an open wound and i feel i also want to tab more into green in the future with certain aspects of my life - for example green means for me also to be more informed about certain aspects and disbalances in life and a critical attempt on how to solve these problems in a more attentive way to my surrounding. at the moment i‘m going through some painful green emotions, so that’s probably where i am at mostly, even though i sometimes still am in orange and in some aspects already work on yellow. the moment (well my interpretation. might be not the case) when you start leaving green into yellow is the moment where you realize you can’t change a lot by just holding this perspective and understanding it and seeing that’s how it would be if it was fair, if all people would think green. either you then start to become active in green as activist or you start to become someone active in yellow because you want to change the world with the abilities you already have, from the point in life you are at, without having to distance yourself from society too far, yellow is usually a constructive colour in my perception. yellow is understanding that green tries to fix too many problems always in the same way, oftentimes almost lost causes and understands that yellow is already part of green - it’s not greens perspective that makes you move on, but the methods to handle green problems. part of that is to understand more and more where others perspectives come from and how to influence people into changing perspectives or just letting them be and accept them. for me that is more easy when a person is in front of me than in a forum for example, or when i read about people in a newspaper. that is because i usually then have much more information about them, their life story their background their status, how open or closed up people are. although in some situations i only wear green glasses because i can not otherwise, maybe yet. maybe it’s because there are so many red to blue incidents around at the moment. that was quite relieving...thank you!

it’s not just a shame it’s a human rights desaster every firewall which was installed to interfere in broke down what shows that we are indeed not able to learn from the past - the kurds are a playball between turkey, russia and syrian regime. on turkish side there are radical islamic militia who execute in street justice, they executed a female politician out of her car at the beginning of the operation „clean up peace“ sorry that’s sarcastic. the last thing she said was: „don’t shoot him he is just the driver“, he was executed as well. during the military invention isis fighters where able to flee from an unattended prison the kurds kept them in because they couldn’t maintain the presence. there are hundredth more kept by the sdf (syrian democratic forces) they are kept imprisoned to get a trial in front of a court (notice the absurdity of the situation in comparison to how the kurds in general are treated by the turkish militia), if these isis people who in sdf prisons would come free it would be a desaster for the west and the whole region there aswell. the real desaster though is that we are not only to be ashamed we are guilty of subsidy.

exactly, letting go of the stress together, massage maybe meditating together, going to watch a musical or theater play if she likes that or if she likes sports well it could also be kind of romantic to go watch some sports together, it`s not even about sweet talking so much but can be little gestures. the same way it comes out of the bedroom it goes back into it. i would be careful with buying her anything you don`t know if she likes it, if she feels strange with the wrong things it won`t really work - if you want to buy her something nice it`s better to go with her and buy it together, she will feel more herself with that. i know the overall surprise effect would be gone and if you both are in orange that will probably work, but unless you are really safe in taste and manage to match hers it`s saving you both some money gambling on expencive stuff she might then only wear once. chances for that are high if she never wears these things. or at least figure out what she likes first, before you buy something, women are often extremely picky. she might feel not at all the way you envision her to feel, just that about recommendations strangers give you in an online forum. four females here and everyone of them have different ideas.

whew, ego bells ringing. don’t think he was talking about toxic femininity.
-
i‘m not sure about the feminine masculine polarity part to be so important, well of course that might be one aspect. but making a woman feel feminine is not only triggered by your masculinity, it’s also about how the woman herself would dive into femininity, it’s her spiritual practice to connect to her senses and body. it’s also about moods and feeling. i suppose with more feminine we are speaking about an aura of care, softness, vulnerability, trust and mood a woman transports. i also suppose there are differences in how „feminine“ she is depending on the time of her cycle. taking the lead doesn’t have to be masculine.

who says you need to make noises, in the end you might be so focused on making noises that you can not let go. if there is a noise it will come out on its own. you are probably cramping about the expectations you want to meet in the other person. your attention is more towards the outside appearance of yourself in the act than what it really should be for yourself - sexuality should not be a show you put on to keep the attention of another alive. it sounds like you fear more about the disappointment of the other than your own. you can`t be a goddess at the first time, you might not even orgasm for the first twenty to hundreth time. sorry to take you this illusion, but better to get the pressure off from yourself, that you have to or have to play something you are not. if you would orgasm during first intercourse you would be the first female to talk about, but if you like your ex then have sex with him, if you feel you can`t expose yourself to him, then he might not be the right one. part of it is to expose to him what you think is ugly about yourself aswell and realize, that he might not think the same way. start to get interested about his body and let him be interested about yours, if you don`t like it don`t do it. or do you say you already had sex but end up tense during sex? he`s your ex so either you drop it or you start to enyoy it, if he`s not the right one for the second, maybe the first would be the wiser choice. there are also some basics i would check first, if you are really uncomfortable being physical intimate with boys, did you ever kiss a girl and check if you might like that more?

@Bridge to Infinity ashwaghanda and brahmi might help you from the phyto medical side (don`t expect wonders you probably need to also detox etc) - but that`s what i found in ayurveda about what they recommend. both are adaptogens so the first one works stabilizing in the aspects of inner restlessness and the second one on mental streangth and both in a sense on the ability to focus.

no, it`s usually not oraly transplanted. well of course we could think about gut bacteria that are able to digest really low quality food - but the overall effect for the body would probably be body modulating. just think about the possibility that our guts get specialized on only certain foods and then if there would be a historic fall out, the body wouldn`t be able to eat anything else and survive, but that what is available wouldn`t hold them alive aswell... it`s a very complex issue. actually i said: don`t eat shit, then you don`t need that. don`know if shit is already traded in stock markets but that would be kind of interesting - just imagine you would be the person with the best shit on the world.

successful veganism has a lot to do with the right recipes and making food atractive to your tastebuds and gut. i must admit i`m not completely vegan, i still eat butter and sometimes egg (only eggs from happy chicken). so if anyone wants to change their diet to vegan or reduced vegetarianism, experimenting with food and talking to vegetables is probably one of the time consuming aspects of the whole process. asian recipes are perfect to start and then there are some really creative cookbooks out there, with a lot of super tasty recipes - wholegrain or high energy food doesn`t have the image of yikes anymore since enough skilled people create alternative recipes, some of them you can find online but of course there are advanced ones. everytime i visit non vegan friends who like to cook they say afterwards how they liked the challenge to create a menue. the last cookbook i bought contains some advices to grow tabletop mushrooms and hydroponics - just as a reference to how much of an adventure food can be. https://space10.com/projects/ i liked their fondness of a particular saying: if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. so learning to eat smart, is probably the way to build the better food chain, be careful with pyramid scheemes

no, diet depends mostly upon your gut bacteria. but you can even get stool transplants to change it, maybe you can buy one from bruce lees descendants soon. maybe we vegans can make some money soon

@Leo Gura did you ever try wholegrain? it`s as long a myth, that grain is bad as you never tried wholegrain - don`t know if there are even bakeries in the us who work with that? - in europe they even discuss to not mill the grain until the day it is baked. you can pretty good survive on a mixture of wholegrain, veggies and especially substitute meat with all pulses (indian curries go perfect for that or you can experiment with receipes like lentil salad) the ancestor diet is a myth your ego likes because it`s difficult to change diets and sometimes the body revolts in the beginning or it`s not even your gut, but your gut bacteria and funguses. i bet you, they ate bread in russia. so no escaping that! (i bet you even that they only had meat once a week probably) it doesn`t work for you because you never had the right amount of everything you need probably - and probably because you can`t admit that you still have a craving.

berlin sticker wars? ? or is it hamburg? the people who go after these usually can handle some shit. i would not care too much about illuminati signs, crypticism is kind of the common symbol language already - it’s fan art in a sense, so well yeah i wouldn’t have put the original logo, because that’s the only controversial „quotation“. although of course if you already posted it here - you might need to handle whatever.

yes, might be, but i say not only in an individual but also in sense of a civil/social sense, means a group that chose any form of government which evolved from a lower organisation to a higher one and then maybe regressed because of general majority regress or leader regress on the spiral. so for example the civilisation of the maya was eradicated because they were somehow missing out on green but for their time had astonishing technological and spiritual developments. you can`t really say they were all orange or maybe even still in purple - it`s generally difficult to say where they were at, but being too much in purple and red made them disappear. what about the middleages? the middleages were a general regress - but you can`t say it was evolution because people just regressed into a time of forgetting. the middleages were mainly red and blue. but there were probably people who managed to be blue and at the same time maintaining higher knowledge in an orange, green and even yellow and turquoise way for their technological evolution stage. still they were trying to eliminate others with various holy wars witch hunts and progroms. catholic church was lucky they could maintain themselfs in some form. the nazis and the holocaust for example were only possible because there was an orange, green yellow and turquoise movement in advance but the ones in power were not evolved enough and therefore prepared the pathway for super nationalism, purple/red/blue hyper killing machinery in a technological highly developed setting. this was the point in history were it was shown, that thinking about evolution on a social scale does not have much to do with a highly evolved spirituality. and history showed a culture like that can not survive, as higher developed culture stopped the nazis. for example i see visionary creativity in spirituality as a sign for a sprincle of turquoise although there is also creativity in purple but in the end it`s the evolvement of humanity which makes the difference between purple/red madness and turquoise. so what i wanted to say basically is: it is the ego survival mode or supremacy mode that makes the colour a person is at or the colour a whole country is at and that has nothing to do with evolution of physical and ability of the human form. as long as there is supression, countries can fall back into red, as long as we kill nature and life, humanity will regress and fall back into ages of darkness - no evolution in that so far. so it is more an evolvement of personalities culture and emotional maturity to maintain a high spiral stage. but i think the sircumstances in which we grow up are more relevant than what colours might be already present in us but locked through that what budhists call karma. a catch 22 for example is someone on a slightly higher stage who can not exit the spiral stage of the herd or the purple red dynamics between the own and the other culture, so is executing in it or at least somehow trying to survive in it with an amount of higher spiral awareness. so yes i think we all carry a tiny bit of all spiral colours in us, but it`s how we evolve in and evolve the culture we are in what makes something happen we can call progress despite all historic regresses.

yeah then drop it. how radical is mysogynism, chauvinism and fascism? as long as you don`t see that mysogynism chauvinism and racism are on the same level, you hold up the idea of being a better person. even if you have a feminine side it doesn`t make you a woman, it`s like saying you are pretty connected to your afro american side, but it doesn`t make you face the same discrimination (i count lgbtq to the ones who know) . therefore the joke was just low. and you try to make me the one who is attacking you by telling me i shouldn`t judge, what is even lower. so stop being a jerk and everything is fine.
