  1. When you did not set an alarm, how you slept? By asking how I mean, did you wake up in the middle of the sleep and then went back to sleep, or you had one uninterrupted sleep?

  3. I know millet is healthy food, but I am not sure about foxtail millet...Is foxtail millet healthy to eat? Is it alkaline like original millet?
  4. I like to eat those rice cakes with peanut butter, banana and apple, as my snack, before training...My trainer advised me to eat 6 times per day: 3 meals and 3 snacks. In this case, is it cool to eat them? To be honest, I do not binge on them. I take 2 rice cakes per snack. 6 in total per day... What is the best alternative for the rice cakes? I do not eat bread, and I start using rice cakes as alternative.
  5. I recently bought brown rice cake and buckwheat rice cake, my question is: Are they healthy to eat?

  10. Good advice about buying natural one. I looked at the description of peanut butter which I bought lately, it is not natural. Next time I will make sure, I buy organic one. Thank you. What's your opinion about coconut creme?

  13. Thank you. Very helpful, especially on Couscous. Also, If I combine couscous with vegetables and eggs, will it be good to eat then? What do you think about Kidney Beans; Green Beans; Green Pea and Lentils?
  14. How many times per week can person eat meat? (I think, eating meat every single day is terrible. Eating meat is terrible itself + eating it every day even more bad, but for those who eat meat, how many times per week is it okay to eat meat)
  15. Will having 432hz music in the background enhance my productivity, my concentration, and make a better impact? Or it is another form of multi taking which destroys concentration?
  16. Author: Jiddu Krishnamurti Book: Life Ahead: On Learning and Search for A Meaning My comment: Very powerful book. It encourages reader to start questioning, and not merely accepting. The most important thing which I got out from this book is that, Jiddu suggests that young people should be in a state of revolt, in a state of inquiry, as opposed to, what everyone around me (Including parents, family, school teachers, literally everyone...) told me, which was: Shut up, you are ‘too young’ to think about this, too young to meditate, just go out and play video games, eat pizza, and go to clubs, with your peers. For me, this was extremely inspiring and eye-opening, therefore I think this book will be worthy of everyone’s time. One of my favorite paragraph: ‘ While you are young you should awaken within yourself the flame of discontent; you should be in a state of revolution. This is the time to inquire, to discover, to grow; therefore insist that your parents and your teachers educate you properly. Do not be satisfied merely to sit in a classroom and absorb information about this king or that war. Be discontented, go to your teachers and inquire, find out. If they are not intelligent, by inquiring you will help them to be intelligent; and when you leave the school you will be growing into maturity, into real freedom. Then you will continue to learn right through life till you die, and you will be a happy, intelligent human being.’
  17. Thank you. Ralph Smart is amazing individual! Is it helpful, If I use it without headphones?
  18. Which affirmations are the most powerful?
  19. I am new to listening to the affirmations. I have couple concerns... - Is listening to affirmations passively (while doing something else, not being focused on them) still productive? - Will it affect my ability to concentrate? Take my mind out of flow state? - What are best ways to practice listening to the affirmations?
  20. Wow, what you said was very counter intuitive, but still very helpful. I really like the practice, which you are doing, good job. I understood your point and it makes sense to me, but what do you think about subconscious mind programming...In this case, when we passive listen to affirmations, I think subconscious is still picking up on it, and it is elating the positive imprint. What is your opinion about that? Also, I like that you do your affirmations in front of the mirror, keep doing that because that will improve your results.
