So it depends how people kill them? How can person actually know that, while buying?

Thanks. I asked this question because when we eat same meals, it is easier to stay consistent, but Your point also really makes sense to me.

What about protein? Protein sources are same in every season...I don’t know...really what I am interested in: If individual consume right amount of carbs, protein and fat, all from healthy sources, but consumes it from same meals, would eating same meals every day have a bad affect on him?

When I felt sleepy around 09:30 pm, I went to bed around 10:30 - 11:00 pm, and got up around 07:00 - 07:20 am. Is it caused by that? Thanks

Around 9:30 p.m. I start to feel sleepy. Is it because of the circadian rythm? Is 09:30 p.m. sleep time due to circadian rythm?

What is the best time to go to sleep, in order to get maximum benefits from it and wake up with energy?

How do you foam roll? This sounds very abstract but do you do it for certain time like: Foam rolling your calves for 1 minute or you do it like 10 rolls on your Calves? (I used calves as an example...)

Circadian rhythm is very important, I have one question: Is it better to go to sleep 10pm, 10:30, or 11am?

Why? I understand your point but can sleeping without an alarm clock lead to over-sleeping?

Thanks, your advice is very helpful. In my opinion, eating organic vegetables and fruits, really help with sleep. Also, not drinking water lots of water before bed, promotes good sleep.
