Around 9:30 p.m. I start to feel sleepy. Is it because of the circadian rythm? Is 09:30 p.m. sleep time due to circadian rythm?

How do you foam roll? This sounds very abstract but do you do it for certain time like: Foam rolling your calves for 1 minute or you do it like 10 rolls on your Calves? (I used calves as an example...)

Why? I understand your point but can sleeping without an alarm clock lead to over-sleeping?

Thanks, your advice is very helpful. In my opinion, eating organic vegetables and fruits, really help with sleep. Also, not drinking water lots of water before bed, promotes good sleep.

When you did not set an alarm, how you slept? By asking how I mean, did you wake up in the middle of the sleep and then went back to sleep, or you had one uninterrupted sleep?

I know millet is healthy food, but I am not sure about foxtail millet...Is foxtail millet healthy to eat? Is it alkaline like original millet?

I like to eat those rice cakes with peanut butter, banana and apple, as my snack, before training...My trainer advised me to eat 6 times per day: 3 meals and 3 snacks. In this case, is it cool to eat them? To be honest, I do not binge on them. I take 2 rice cakes per snack. 6 in total per day... What is the best alternative for the rice cakes? I do not eat bread, and I start using rice cakes as alternative.
