@Leo Gura Put yourself in my shoes... You're uncomfortable just being friends with people let alone being intimate. You're fat and have no sexual experience. what's the first thing you would do?

@still_no_satori to clarify the second point... I live alone in a new city which means that i'm far away from my family. Growing up i never had any friends. People would go places and not invite me. People would form friend groups and i never seemed to be able to get into one. I live the majority of my life alone, and i never had any friendship-connection with a person.

@Chakra Lion I want to get good at sex first, i don't feel comfortable being in a relationship yet. You make it sound very simple, the thing is... i can't just go to parties. I literally know no one, and im not in college yet. "Make a friend" that sounds like some wizardry to me. Thanks for the effort but....you're advice is just pointing out obvious things that i already knew.

I was doing some contemplation today then i realized that fear is nothing but a sensation in the body around the chest area. Thats it nothing special. i was asking myself.... why do i fear being alone? what is the reason? what is beneath that fear? And then i realized that fear is the same emotion no matter the situation, you just link it to different identifications within your mind, this is probably an evolved mechanism (identifying things and fearing them) to help us stay alive. In summary fear is a sensation in your body that you are programmed to not want, and you also program your mind to initiate fear in the body when-ever you identify something as a threat.

@Truth Addict you're right! however fear is fear no matter the label of why it came up, essentially there is some instinctual fear built in to your body, like the fear of falling down or the fear of loud noises, but other than that its all egoic, its all learned. All fear is, is a sensation that you're programmed to not want, and so therefore it gets you to act oppositely to whatever cause you fear, and you program according to your experiences what you should fear and shouldn't.

@Epiphany_Inspired Ask yourself, how many of Leos teaching are you really implementing, how are they really affecting your life? For me the answer is: Leo gave me an idea of what's possible, but now i just watch his videos like i do vlogs. you could spend at least 3 months of your life applying some of Leos Principles, without watching any new videos. You wouldn't need to. If that's done, you would benefit 1000x more from Leo, because then you live his teachings experientially, and that's all that matters.

@Bill W let's simplify this, being addicted to youtube is the ultimate addiction, that is because you are interacting with faces, and that fulfils something deep within your reward system. Letting go of Human-like interactivity (Youtube) and going into something as lame as a forum will eventually become lame. You're right though, the problem is within, it is me who is going on youtube for all these hours. But if there was no youtube, i would spend more time, having REAL-Human interactions, achieving REAL results, i would get the thrill out of life, because there was no other way to get it, (forums included since it's just a bunch of text and ideas thrown around which ultimately wares out)

Love is all there was in the beginning (before time, the physical realm, our universe) then this Love wanted to know truly what it was capable of, so it sought to experience itself and created an infinite dimension where it divided itself into infinite perspectives in hopes that these perspectives could experience one another as love. God has divided itself into infinite pieces/partitions and has created an opposite polarity of itself (the opposite of love), "fear/survival" in order so it can know what love is. You can only be up in relation to down. this logic applies to love as well, you can only know love in relation to fear. For that reason alone we exist to experience the grandest love, (God) that's the reason the physical realm exists, it's a sandbox God/I/You have created so that God/I/You can experience itself. That's the soul purpose of Survival, it's all designed with infinite precision . Beyond how it serves the limited you as an ego. Ego was created so that you could transcend it, so that you can know fear, and once transcending the ego know truly what love is, and then it's purpose is fulfilled. sorry its very woo-woo
