  1. @GreenWoods that is just about everything I needed, thank you dearly! I will check out the first book, it explains why I have been having trouble with these practices and I will stop Kriya till then.
  2. @Inliytened1 I dont fully agree. I would say quality is the goal and quantity the means. Never dismiss the value of bad meditation! @Inliytened1
  3. I recently got into the book that leo recommended on his book list on kriya yoga (the short one), he does not give instructions on how to do 'maha mudra' and I coulnt find any detailed explanation. he seems to have given one in his prior book which I dont own. could someone please give me the instructions on maha mudra as taught by the author? Any additional tips for someone just starting his kriya practice are more than welcome too
  4. @Mihajlo Toviovic I have been somehow intuitively drawn towards that major too, with little to no current expertise. It certainly resonates with many of the values i hold dearly though i am unsure wether it would be their most accurate manifestation. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind: do the subjects matters get put into a broader metaphysical context or is it merely materialistic contemplation? do your studies ever inspire awe in yourself? did your studies change your understanding of the universe actually or just theoretically? did it change the way you relate to yourself and your life and other people? Some other questions I could not articulate unfortunately. Would you recommend it to someone who is on this forum and thereby probably interested in its topics? Thanks in advance and best regards, have a nice you all!
