  1. To simplify it, one can say that when we are identified as a separate ego we have deadly orgone in our heart, and when the cosmic breath is activated there is neutral orgone in our heart. "Orgone (/ˈɒrɡoʊn/) is a pseudo-scientific[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] spiritual concept variously described as an esoteric energy or hypothetical universal life force. Originally proposed in the 1930s by Wilhelm Reich,[8][9][10] and developed by Reich's student Charles Kelley after Reich's death in 1957, orgone was conceived as the anti-entropic principle of the universe, a creative substratum in all of nature comparable to Mesmer's animal magnetism (1779), to the Odic force (1845) of Carl Reichenbach and to Henri Bergson's élan vital (1907).[11] Orgone was seen as a massless, omnipresent substance, similar to luminiferous aether, but more closely associated with living energy than with inert matter. It could allegedly coalesce to create organization on all scales, from the smallest microscopic units—called "bions" in orgone theory—to macroscopic structures like organisms, clouds, or even galaxies.[12] Reich argued that deficits or constrictions in bodily orgone were at the root of many diseases, much as deficits or constrictions in the libido could produce neuroses in Freudian theory. ... for Reich libido was a life-affirming force repressed by society directly." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orgone "Libido (/lɪˈbiːdoʊ/; colloquial: sex drive) is a person's overall sexual drive or desire for sexual activity." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libido Therefore not only is there a risk of activating immense pain in the heart but also a risk of removing the block of sexual energy too abruptly. Those are two major components of the ego 1) sense of separation and 2) blocked sexual energy. Too much sense of separation produces deadly orgone in the heart and too fast removal of the sexual block causes too much positive orgone in the heart. For the cosmic breath to start working inside the heart it requires a balanced flow resulting in neutral orgone as the foundation of one's being.
  2. The cosmic breath is deeper than the ordinary breathing of air. When we grow as a fetus, it's the heart that develops first. And I read in some medical article that we cannot feel pain in the heart and instead what we feel is so-called referred pain. My guess is that if we would activate that feeling we would experience immense pain inside the heart because of our disconnected state of being, such as the separate ego. So to be safe one practice is to let the cosmic breath gradually and slowly awaken in the heart and mind. And my method is simply to have the intent to start feeling a pleasant peace flowing inside the heart and throughout the body.
  3. In my experience the ego tensions inside the body are incredibly tense and heavy. That must be the pain body Eckhart Tolle has talked about. I believe those tensions slowly strangle the body to death through aging. The good thing is that the ego tensions show where the cosmic breath of the vacuum energy needs to flow into and dissolve the tensions. The usual habitual tendency is for the mind to escape the tensions through numbing out the nervous system. Numbness is very dangerous for the health and when prolonged or chronic causes a deterioration of the biological tissue in the body. That's why the pain body at times becomes active and we can experience fits of anger and other nasty outbursts, even physical pain, as the body's attempt to prevent too much numbness. My practice to reverse the nasty pain body build-up is to use inner body awareness practice and instead of letting the mind habitually run away from the pressure inside consciously dissolve the tensions. And I use body awareness with the mental intent of reversing the aging of the body. And with the intent of healing, to replace the need for traditional healthcare which treats symptoms on a too shallow level without resolving the deeper causes of illness.
  4. Leo said (from about 1:47:40): "Survival has no meaning, value or purpose, in the ultimate sense." That's true. Excellent insight. Look at it from a oneness perspective. Then we see that reality already is and it cannot separate itself into survival vs non-survival other than as appearance of separations. That's really deep. And I came to think that the insight can be used from moving from intellectual understanding to oneness realization. An intellectual understanding of this is just a surface phenomenon that can be shattered in practice by the slightest personal problem. Mindfulness practice or some other method like that can make the insight more into an actual experience of transcending survival.
  5. I started watching Leo's new video, part 2 about survival. Understanding Survival - Part 2 - Advanced Insights About Survival - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyGPqFMy6vY So far I agree. Especially the part about that there is no clear distinction between being selfish and being selfless. I have even called it a false dichotomy since being selfless is a disregard of the self. As I see it, it's better to expand the sense of self, first intellectually to include everybody, and then putting it into practice to actually expand the sense of self. EDIT: I have watched some more now. Awesome information. I understand Leo's morality explanation better now. What I think of as immoral is simply a result of the level of consciousness of the immoral act. I still think in terms of good vs evil but I can see the validity in evil being a result of lack of consciousness.
  6. Some may believe that living forever on earth as for example described in the Bible wouldn't work because of population growth. But that's only when looking at it from a linear historical perspective. As Peter Russell explained in his documentary The Global Brain, the brain of the human fetus grows at an accelerating rate until suddenly the growth of new brain cells suddenly radically slows down. And after that the brain focuses on developing interconnections between the brain cells. From a fractal evolutionary perspective the same will happen with the human population. And we have already started to see this slowing down of population growth. Some countries even have negative population growth. And then further into the future we will be able to colonize other planets and even create new planets! Even though that's way into the future it shows that living forever in this universe (and ability to travel to other universes) is a possibility. And it fits the fractal evolution view. Just look at how disconnected we humans still are. Despite new technologies like the internet, people can hardly live together peacefully as married couples. So there is a lot of interconnections within humanity still needed.
  7. Hi, I'm new to this forum (male, from Sweden) and I heard Leo talking about holons which are simultaneously wholes and parts. Examples of this is that atoms are whole units that at the same time can be parts of molecules which in turn are wholes that can be a part of single cells which in turn can be parts of multicellular organisms. The next logical step for our evolution here on earth is therefore that humanity turns into a larger holon, a super organism that is a whole which at the same time includes us humans as parts. So it's a global collective consciousness that transcends and includes our individual minds. This idea has also been described by Peter Russell as the Global Brain and by Bruce Lipton with his explanation of fractal evolution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8kHEcVNlcMQ - Fractal Evolution: Bruce Lipton interviewed by Alan Steinfeld Such evolutionary leap will transform our whole planet and interestingly all major religions describe the coming of a new earth: Christianity "See, I will create new heavens and a new earth." - Isaiah 65 "Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea." - Revelation 21:1 Judaism "HaOlam HaBa, or "the world to come", is an important part of Jewish eschatology " - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_to_come#Jewish_eschatology "The Temple will be rebuilt (Ezekiel 40) resuming many of the suspended mitzvot[9] (commandments) He will then perfect the entire world to serve God together (Zephaniah 3:9)" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_eschatology Islam "Allah creates new heavens and a new earth. Upon their completion, the third trumpet will be blown. It is “the trumpet of resurrection.”" - https://christinprophecy.org/articles/islamic-eschatology/ Hinduism "In Hindu eschatology the current age is the Kali Yuga, a period of decline. Kalki ('Destroyer of Filth') will appear to purge all evil, beginning a golden age of Satya Yuga." - https://www.revolvy.com/page/World-to-come "Kalki ... is described in the Puranas as the avatar who rejuvenates existence by ending the darkest and destructive period to remove adharma and ushering in the Satya Yuga, while riding a white horse with a fiery sword." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalki Buddhism "Maitreya's coming is characterized by the decreasing of the oceans in size, allowing Maitreya to traverse them freely. The event will also allow the unveiling of the true dharma (Law, Teaching) to the people, in turn allowing the construction of a new world." - https://sirius-eng.net/liki/maitreia.htm ------- Notice that "no longer any sea" in Revelation 21 likely means no longer any corrupt corrupt system, not a literal sense that the oceans will dry up: "The symbol of "the sea" is similar to that seen in the beasts rising out of the sea and out of the earth (Revelation 13:1, 11). It designates origination, representing the realm of the earth. Christ's origin is the realm of heaven, but the beasts, part of a corrupt system, come from the sea and the earth. The sea, a body of water, symbolizes "peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues" (Revelation 17:15)." - https://www.bibletools.org/index.cfm/fuseaction/Topical.show/RTD/cgg/ID/4342/Sea-as-Symbol.htm
  8. Some New Age people and religious people talk about human ascension and a change to another state of being. But that dismissed the immense value our world has in terms of uniqueness and creative growth and development. Our struggle as humanity throughout history has had a definite purpose. So the change as I see it will happen within our current world. Sadhguru talks in this video about how we - and especially leaders of the world - need to change our intent from focusing only on separate things to focusing on the planet as a whole. And he also said "you just have to increase your desire. Why are you stingy with your desire?" He meant increasing our sense of self to include everybody as the global self.
  9. Ha! Here Jubb blew my mind again. He says from about 3 minutes that the mitochondria in our cells tap into zero point energy: Zero point energy, that's vacuum energy! It's often used in the so-called free energy technology, which isn't really free but a tapping into the vacuum energy. Mainstream science hasn't confirmed such technology yet, but there are some experts who claim that it works. It also confirms, if Jubb is correct, Nassim Haramein's suggestion that the human body uses more energy than it gets from food.
  10. I did some research about different energy bodies. There may be truth in many of those descriptions but it's still too materialistic in my opinion and way too complex. With the hypothesis that the universe has infinite intelligence and that the vacuum energy is the foundation for the material world, the pictures can be radically simplified. The trick as I see it is to shift the perspective of oneself from being material to being space. Leo mentioned something similar about shifting our awareness into space. That's a more efficient approach I think than to examine all kinds of energy bodies which still are manifestations in space, and as I believe OF space (the vacuum energy).
  11. When we struggle on the material level only, there will be scarcity and also an ever increase of entropy which means disorder. The second law of thermodynamics says that the amount of entropy always increases. However that physical law is only a statistical measurement describing a whole bunch of molecules moving randomly. With more fine-grained control the entropy can be reversed. "Maxwell's demon is a thought experiment created by the physicist James Clerk Maxwell in 1867 in which he suggested how the second law of thermodynamics might hypothetically be violated.[1] In the thought experiment, a demon controls a small door between two chambers of gas. As individual gas molecules approach the door, the demon quickly opens and shuts the door so that only fast molecules are passed into one of the chambers, while only slow molecules are passed into the other. Because faster molecules are hotter, the demon's behaviour causes one chamber to warm up and the other to cool down, thereby decreasing entropy and violating the second law of thermodynamics." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maxwell's_demon Consciousness being able to affect the vacuum energy will produce a real Maxwell's demon effect. And I was thinking that nobody knows how to do that yet so that searching on the internet for this kind of information will be futile. But then I may be dismissing the ancient eastern knowledge and also modern research such as done at the International Academy of Consciousness. And this is not only about breatharianism. To solve all basic survival problems in the world probably requires a more fundamental approach about consciousness vs materialism.
  12. One might believe that ancient spiritual eastern traditions are different than modern western medicine and biology. But this quote from the book Molecules of Emotion indicates that there is a connection: "Because of the growing public awareness of my research on endorphins and other neuropeptides, people from all kinds of unexpected backgrounds had sought me out at the time. A bearded yogi dressed in white and wearing a turban showed up at my office one day to ask me if endorphins were concentrated along the spine in a way that corresponded to the Hindu chakras. The chakras, he explained, were centers of “subtle energy” that governed basic physical and metaphysical functions from sexuality to higher consciousness. I had no idea what he was talking about, but, trying to be helpful, I pulled out a diagram that depicted how there were two chains of nerve bundles located on either side of the spinal cord, each rich with many of the information-carrying peptides. He placed his own chakra map over my drawing and together we saw how the two systems overlapped. It was the first time I seriously considered that there might be a connection between my work and the Eastern viewpoint." - Candace Pert
  13. @DrewNows And even starving children! But I don't think breatharianism is something that can take away problems like starvation so easily. Because as I see it there is a brutal yet necessary reason for the scarcity in our world which is to make us grow and develop as a civilization.
  14. @Zigzag Idiot Yes! There is a lot of very ancient eastern knowledge about different levels of body, such as subtle body, causal body and rainbow body etc. I think I will do some research about that.
  15. @DrewNows Yes, Kevin said in the video I posted that the difference between people starving and people being able to live without food and water is people's emotions and thoughts. That to me sounds like different stages of Spiral Dynamics will affect that. Ken Wilber has talked about both lines and stages, so for example one person can be highly developed in one line and less developed in other lines. One extreme example he has mentioned is a Nazi scientist with a very high IQ who at the same time is a total psychopath with low social intelligence. It could be that breatharianism is possible in all stages of Spiral Dynamics. Nassim Haramein has suggested that all humans are already breatharians in the sense that it's not clear that all the energy used by the body comes from food. The human body seems to use more energy than can be explained by food intake alone, he said.
  16. Science is learning more and more about the vacuum of space. But it takes a long time. Not least because scientists cling to their existing theories. "A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it." - Max Planck "once it has achieved the status of paradigm, a scientific theory is declared invalid only if an alternate candidate is available to take its place." - Thomas S. Kuhn There is a good reason for why science clings to its theories. For there to be a paradigm shift, the new paradigm must first be thoroughly proven to be a better model of reality and then also accepted by the general scientific community. That's a huge process. Fortunately we can test ideas with our own consciousness! And Leo said in some video that our subjective experience is actually the foundation and that science is a result of that. That's true! So subjective experiments are valid. What I'm curious about to test is if it's possible to shift one's experience of self from the material body into the vacuum of space, first inside the body and then stretching out from there.
  17. @Zigzag Idiot Yes, there may be health risks with 5G for example. Hopefully they will do enough testing to show that it's safe.
  18. Is for example Facebook a beginning of a collective human consciousness? I haven't used Facebook much, but I heard that people on there are total egos with fake facades who hate each other, or at least that anger is the fuel that gets it going, something like that. Therefore Facebook it probably more like a cocoon for humanity as a caterpillar (separate ego identification). And what will happen is that instead of the caterpillar continuing to grow it will start to dissolve! And then new social interactions will emerge that will be the beginning of the butterfly state of humanity (the global consciousness). It will be a leap into a completely new state of social interactions, from experiencing ourselves and others as separate to actually experiencing our selves as one planetary organism. Another symbolism is the phoenix rising from the dragon having burnt itself to ashes.
  19. Imagine in the video game The Sims that there is an obese woman. And as a player of the game you want to make the woman slim, so you put her through all kinds of torturous things such as diet, fasting and physical exercise. Another player who is able to hack the game simply changes the appearance of the woman directly from obese to slim without the need for any elaborate exercises. Similarly in the real world, we can change our physical body through diet, fasting and physical exercise. But we can also tap into the deeper reality that controls physical reality and change our physical body directly via the mind. How? I haven't figured that out yet but I suspect that looking for answers on the internet would be like asking other Sims characters for how they can change themselves.
  20. We have been brainwashed and conditioned to believe money is something valuable, which is only true in a relative sense. Actually, scientific research has shown that money incentive is only useful for simple, mechanical tasks. For tasks that require creativity and invention money reward reduces that capacity. On the new earth money will of course become obsolete. Because a global collective consciousness is ONE being. To use money in such situation would be like you using your own money to pay yourself, which obviously is absurd. The solution to poverty, disease, crime, natural disasters and so on will come through an evolutionary leap of the consciousness of humanity, not through external means or control.
  21. Some people live with mostly water in the head instead of a brain. That sounded unbelievable to me but there is even mainstream evidence of this, such as: "Scans of the 44-year-old man’s brain showed that a huge fluid-filled chamber called a ventricle took up most of the room in his skull, leaving little more than a thin sheet of actual brain tissue (see image of the patient’s brain, above left)." - https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn12301-man-with-tiny-brain-shocks-doctors/ And another seemingly miraculous finding is that DNA can replicate itself in water: "AS THE old saying goes, it’s good to have an open mind but not so open that your brains fall out. This week we report claims about the way that DNA behaves that are so astonishing that many minds have already snapped shut. The experiments (see “Scorn over claim of teleported DNA”) make three claims that will stretch most people’s credulity: under certain conditions, DNA can project copies of itself onto electromagnetic waves; these same waves can be picked up by pure water and, through quantum effects, create a “nanostructure” in the shape of the original DNA; and if enzymes which replicate DNA are present in a “receiving” solution, they can recreate the original DNA from the teleported “nanostructure”, as if DNA was really there." - https://www.newscientist.com/article/mg20927951-900-why-we-have-to-teleport-disbelief/ To me those kinds of findings are excellent news. In this case water is a part of what seems to make it possible. But I have heard stories about what seem to be actual out-of-body experiences (OBEs). And for those to be real and not just some hallucinations in the brain, then even the vacuum energy in space can hold consciousness.
  22. The Zeitgeist movement has an interesting idea about removing the need for money. I agree with Alex Jones that the circular plastic cities with centralized design and control are a horrible idea. But I think we need to think integral here. There is a reason for why the Bible says that serving money sucks, and Alex Jones might have missed that. In the video below from about 20 minutes Lawrence Bishop says: "Most people I talk to say, I only want enough that I don't need to think about it. ... What does that say about money? What sort of relationship is that?"
  23. I now got an insight. Think of sound waves. What is sound made of? Sound is just vibrations in the air. So sounds doesn't contain any extra "stuff". Sound isn't made of anything other than pressure vibrations. And the atmospheric pressure of the air at sea level is enormously much larger than the pressure of even loud sounds. Similarly, the vacuum energy is an enormous pressure. And the reason for why we don't experience that pressure directly is the same principle that makes us unaware of the atmospheric air pressure and only notice the sound vibrations even though they are tiny in comparison. And like sound waves, atoms are not made of any separate substance. Atoms are like vortexes of the vacuum energy. And we experience physical matter as solid in the same way that we experience sound as something separate from the atmospheric air pressure. Is there any evidence for this? Yes, but mainstream science is rather quiet about it. There are some experts who talk about it, such as: "Subsequent studies with large particle accelerators have now led us to understand that space is more like a piece of window glass than ideal Newtonian emptiness. It is filled with 'stuff' that is normally transparent but can be made visible by hitting it sufficiently hard to knock out a part. The modern concept of the vacuum of space, confirmed every day by experiment, is a relativistic ether. But we do not call it this because it is taboo.[17]" - [my emphasis] Robert B. Laughlin, Nobel Laureate in Physics, endowed chair in physics, Stanford University And: "The effects of vacuum energy can be experimentally observed in various phenomena such as spontaneous emission, the Casimir effect and the Lamb shift, and are thought to influence the behavior of the Universe on cosmological scales. Using the upper limit of the cosmological constant, the vacuum energy of free space has been estimated to be 10−9 joules (10−2 ergs) per cubic meter.[2] However, in both quantum electrodynamics (QED) and stochastic electrodynamics(SED), consistency with the principle of Lorentz covariance and with the magnitude of the Planck constant suggest a much larger value of 10113 joules per cubic meter.[3][4] This huge discrepancy is known as the cosmological constant problem." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vacuum_energy
  24. My next project is to examine the cosmic breath for my whole body. The usual perspective on the human body is that it is made of atoms. That's a very clunky, reductionist and isolated view. A more comprehensive and flexible perspective is to think of the human body as made of vacuum energy. And then the atoms are a secondary effect of the morphic field of the vacuum energy that shapes the body. Consciousness then interacts with the vacuum energy instead of being a result of the atoms in the body. I believe that's a more correct perspective!
  25. Ken Wilber has often talked about both/and instead of either/or. That can be applied to free will. Do we have free will or is the universe deterministic? Stephen Wolfram has a kind of both/and answer: We can take advantage of that idea of both/and when it comes to our own free will. When we are uncertain about things or how to behave it's possible to let the universe unfold automatically, resulting in relief and a relaxation. And when there is something interesting to do then we can be engaged in the activities with a sense of having individual free will. This is even applicable to our own survival. Instead of struggling with survival issues, any personal problem in fact, then the practice is to let the universe do the job for us automatically. This will in turn lead to us doing things instead of always be passive since we are a part of the universe unfolding even as a separate ego, and even the universe itself in nonduality realization.
