@EternalForest This is good, solid advice. Way more solid than other advice here. If OP is still reading, one thing that makes the black pill seem very true, is that it revolves around the body. That's it, the body's limitations. People are born with what body they have. their head shape, their muscle tone(lean, ripped, puffy muscles, muscle sizes), their bone structures(tall, short, thick), their skin quality(dry vs oil skin types), different brain chemistry and genetics. All these, you have to negotiate around with, seriously, because these parts are the only ones you largely will have for the rest of your life, plus exceptions. The brutal reality, for men, is that the face, the skull, and their body composition, that they are born with, will play a factor in attraction. whatever physical qualities they have, and this correlates with higher volumes of rejection, which stockpiles negatives, which make it harder for men who are more uglier naturally. These men have few options, they compensate elsewhere, like developing personality and social intelligence, and try their best to manage with the cards they are dealt with, or they accept these limitations, and like the user said above, go on with life, and do something meaningful in life and forget about this area of life, which dating is one area of life that is skippable.

The guy that made Monster, has made a tv programme called Manben, that shows how other mangaka work in their studios, and he interviews them. Interesting series.

If you have sufficient critical thinking, contemplation ability and love of research, history, knowledge, and so on, you don't need to only treat actualized videos as a tv show, just tune in and blank out. Go explore other sources of information, along with living life.

This somehow makes me think of when technology is advanced enough that society could start editing genes in parts of it's population. And A.I is advanced enough to regulate an entire human life cycle, and edit genes from birth and other sci fi techs on humanity that could literally enforce specialised roles per body and mind, like a super advanced version of the matrix.

You could also go 'mesa' as well, that is to zoom in on particular points in an event, and keep reducing it to its parts, until the event as a whole gets un recognized and not as triggering.

@Dodo Ah, the example about time, past and future is a movie, while the screens is present moment. Actually, I'm pointing not to time, but to meta. A better example maybe: onion layers. You are attached and identified to one millimetre of one layer, that has a thought story, emotional meaning and self identity to the event. Going meta means going to the outer layers, and seeing it from a larger distance. Keep going, and that layer will just be a slither of the universe. That was what I meant with the screen and movie analogy, you are stuck in one frame, about a particular event, while going meta means that you live other frames, until you become the whole movie. Get it?

@Runtz Sounds like you might have to do some shadow work and intergrate that part of yourself that is the ugly part, and the part that was wounded by those girls, and forgive them to the best of your capacity. This is really important, because the mind can attribute thise qualities of those girls in the past to women you meet currently, and get you to feel and think defensively around those women. Also, subconscious training, which includes visualization, positive affirmations and good self talk, specifically on dating, and the abstinence of negative sources, including the black pill or whatever related ideology about your looks and dating and women in general. Keep reducing any limiting thoughts about dating, and increase the positive aspects. Ideally, this needs to be normalized. And have bigger things to do in life, not just make it all about the gf.

We're talking more about the screen here. About the holocaust. If we were talking about the movie, we would ask bigger questions like: Does good or evil exist?
