One of my lists of potential users, is maybe @Oeaohoo , because I roasted him with a crazy rap diss about him using Hegal and flipping that back at him, and maybe the music and Daniel Schmachtenberger in the video, is topics I've recently posted is just to get back at me. But that's intuitive speculation.

@Tyler Robinson The Monarchy is already done with for the most part, and they do still bring in more tourist money, but that's a tangent that's better discussed in another forum. Same argument could be had with India, they need to do away with their patriarchy, and those temples as well, so antiquated. Or with the USA, what and why the hell do we keep the white house? or the statue of liberty? or those historic sites in the southern states? It's far more complex and bigger of an issue than merely trimming away what makes that culture unique, and don't Pikachu face when it's collective peoples come after you for threatening to take away their identity from them. -

@trenton To the overall system? Not too much. I see the death penalty improving parts of the system in the short term, making it clear that the state would not tolerate extremely horrendous acts of humanity and to its citizens. However, I do see more trickier applications of the death penalty to some of the types of offenders: Children to adolescent, aged roughly between 8 to 12, and 13-17, committed homicide of horrific nature, victims being toddlers, early adolescence and late adolescent years old. The offenders in question are considered minors in the legal system, so the majority of incarcerations would be at juvenile prisons, or to other facilities that house child offenders. Offenders, who are not as neatly categorized as complete psychopaths, sociopaths or other. Those with sociopathy, who know what and how to pass psychology assessments, can be tricky to determine the likelihood of repeat offence. Those who are falsely accused of a horrific crime, manufactured evidence and state bias against such individuals due to avoidance of paying false imprisonment reparations and to not look bad in the eyes of politicians or the public at large. -

@DocWatts That was specifically focused on the worst offenders getting that lavish treatment instead of the death penalty, rather than the general offenders of a prison system. If the topic was about the USA's prison system and whether we should or shouldn't increase or decrease humane treatment for the general prison population, then yes, it's likely we can agree on increasing humane treatment and including rehabilitation facilities. But the main focus is on the most worst offending types of prisoners, who don't care about the well-being of the general population at large and are at high of offending again and whether we should death penalty them or not. A stage yellow individual can give nuanced takes on both sides of the debate and discussion, and unpack most of the ramifications of those decisions, and trolley problem you at almost every corner, until you see the limits of your own logical constructions back at you. -

@Fleetinglife So, is it acceptable to show condemnation when somebody died very recently? I mean, if that's how much your level of compassion and empathy and understanding is, that makes sense, but it's just socially not tactful to be indignant to a famous person dying, Again, you're touching on topics like hypocrisy, double standards, and worldview biases between western and eastern divisions, stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personalities, states of consciousness, life experiences and other lines of development of this situation and making an apple to orange comparison of some military guy versus a royalty figure head. I don't think you care enough of the nuances of this situation, and instead want to write up a story to wind up users here who are right leaning to moderate conservatives. Which do you think is the more mature thing here: Make passive aggressive statements at me, trying to anger me and derail this thread into unnecessary drama because you are biased and bored, or make your own thread to open discussion of what the significance of this situation could entail? -

@Kksd74628 Not that easy in practice. Words are like tools that signal to your mind which is good or bad, and at which degree, and at which line and complexity of logic, and so on into abstraction and towards going meta. However, when you are going mesa, and contextualizing words with their associated objects and happenings, to describe a thing or action that was harmful and nearly killed you, those words bring with it immense value to a mind's survival. So, while at the higher level's words can be completely relative, but at the lower level of practicality, they are useful for communication purposes, especially to other people to signal danger or something else. I still don't know why I'm being used as proof of some kind of argument you're having, especially without asking for my permission, can you tell me why? -

@Hardkill Yes, I was also going to open a thread as well. May she rest in peace. Also, let us all take the time to observe all the stories and write offs we'll be doing in these posts to those in support or opposition to the Queen and monarchy, and hopefully observe a one-week silence out of respect for the Queen and her family. To those writing their wish for the desolation of the Monarchy and complaining about it, sorry, that's easily multi-generational, long enough that you'd be dead 5 times over. If you want to bring up those issues of desolation of the monarchy and have a discussion, do it in on another thread, I can easily see that turning very heated and would cause this thread to be locked. -

@Kksd74628 Well, it depends on your stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality, state of being, life experiences and other lines of development and worldview. When we have definitions and words, at first language doesn't really mean anything in isolation, and as a baby your brain hasn't developed enough to create and maintain mental categories through language, about others objects and acts. During your family upbringing and early education, you and most people absorb language used by other humans that are mostly spoken and listened to, then your further develop through literacy education, which is where you discover the uses of dictionaries and definitions of other words. Further education and reading, and learning outside of schools, and then you realize just how many definitions exist that are collectively defined and enforced, versus how many you hold personally, and you then have to make compromises as you go through life. I was just pointing out that there are personal and collective definitions to a word, how is that my agenda? -

@zurew That's a good point, especially when we look at this from different contexts, like with law, people have their own ethics they follow in their life and from family, but have to adjust to state laws or get punished. -

@zurew I have to assume mostly likely it's virtue signaling, given how easy it is in the internet, to create user accounts, troll and hate speech, lie about how compassionate you really are, deepfake, meme making, and so on that the probability of trusting what's written in text form is lower. Okay, in a hypothetical scenario, if you had the leadership position, your own small group, leading subcultures like the cartel, the mafia, and the Vikings, what would you do to discourage your own tribe, or country, from killing its' own members, when the culture favors raiding, raping, acquiring slaves, and stealing resources from other inferior cultures? How would you try to discourage the behaviors of your group that's externalized outward towards other groups, from repeating from within your group? -

I know right Leo?! I have, despite how sloppy I word myself, have demonstrated how a stage yellow systems thinker thinks like and how I'd handle a death penalty decision. I have stated, 5-1% of those who've values are dominantely stage red, with some degrees of cognitive and moral differentiation from the common sense and consensus reality of society, personality traits such as machiavellinism, psychopathy and sociopathy, life experiences and state of being, and the list of harmful behaviours they have committed and laws broken, that resulted, for example cannibalism, serial killings and rapes, and immense suffering to the victim or victims if alive, or if dead the victim's families having to live knowling how horrific their loved one died. And for my efforts, I am getting strawman to the left, ad hominem to the right, getting written off this way and that way to multiple polarities that is distorted. Another problem here, as you've also stated in your recent video of double standards, is a deep double standard here over the act of killing a person(s) ir execution, and virtue signal false compassion, until life throws a psychopath or criminal their way, I guarantee you that most here would back peddle and double take, and be for killing when their survival is on the line. Also, trouble understanding and empathizing with an actual psychopath, sociopath and machiavellian type of personality, along with other forms of mental disorders that increases their likelihood of committing such heinous acts. The message that the state wants to put to all it's population is this: We will kill those who kill more, and wish to cause more misery to most of society and it's civilians, and forbid such horrid acts of humanity. Behave, or die. I think it's a reasonable message, to those who are stuck in stage red. -

@Javfly33 On the individual level you could do something about raising your baseline state of consciousness here and there a little bit, but it's trickier at the collective level, while dealing with new technological advances that further complexes and widens distractions, on top of the errosive nature of social media consumption to one's focus and deep work, mixed in with all the hard core to soft core addictions not only you deal with, but what other people deal with wjile trying to include you into their addiction patterns. It's the nature of societal development, value systems, personality traits, cognitive and moral development, psychological development, states of being and life experiences. Many methods out there to increase focus, and for me it's just been to spend less time online in social media consuming too much pop culture, and more time building concentration and mindfulness. -

A brief derailing of the topic, because talking of death and stuff is morbid...why the hell are prisoners jacked?! It makes little sense as they're not bulking a bit, or have more fitness programs, but they still get jacked. Does anyone know why they can build muscle? -

Danioover9000 replied to DieFree's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Vibes I'd kill it, and that goes for wasps and spiders who are in agony in a heartbeat. It's not really considered unnatural to mercy kill, as that's part of nature as well. Otherwise, killing would not exist for other things in the first place. Maybe define what's natural and unnatural for you if I misunderstood your point. -

Danioover9000 replied to DieFree's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@zurew So, when the world becomes a utopia? Basically, you agree with me, that in a stage yellow and turquoise society, handling such devilish persons that are okay committing horrific acts against society, and do not want reforming, must go. In such a utopia we would realistically have androids and robots like in the matrix determining, for the sake of long-term effects on the world, would make such determinations. -

Danioover9000 replied to DieFree's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
On the arguments that the death penalty is expensive, may depend on the method of killing. Obviously, lethal injection is probably most expensive because you have to continuously mix and fill every time. Death by electrocution isn't as expensive, but you are spending Joles to kill a person. Death by firing squad is less expensive, but again you have to keep on making bullets for the executions. Hanging seems even less expensive, but the procedure has to be executed correctly or else it can get messy. Death by guillotine seems the least expensive, as long as the equipment is maintained correctly. Of course, other forms of torturous deaths are left as well, but it's too barbaric and savage to display to people. As an aside, no public viewing of these executions, either only the judge, juries and family of the victims, or straight execution. So, guillotine it is for me. -
