  5. I will try to bump this every week or so with updates. I am using a free account for this tool so functions are limited, however it's possible to share this link: https://www.questionpro.com/t/ZRhOqcZGhewYB which shows some results
  6. Here is a form you can fill in, we can than afterwards have a "better" view of the answers https://www.questionpro.com/t/APXRnZetsf Let me know if your country is not listed
  7. "Maybe one can start doing those things together and in the future see what to prevail the most" You should start with something to be able to make any "observation" of it I know the feeling very well Wanting to "know" before doing it "Just do it" - Nike -
  8. It's all relative ... What really really really really makes sense for you to do with it?

  11. I live in Belgium in the west part. I was born here and I want to move to Asia, probably Thailand or India (south) but Bhutan is also an option. I have traveled a lot and I don't want to stay in one place, not because i don't like it but because i want to meet new people, new places, cultures and so on. Ill either move to Asia and stay there or maybe ill move somewhere else after that who knows but my goal is to see as much of the planet and people as i can, if i can do this by my profession, that would be awesome, if not, it's going to be travel than I speak 3 languages (french, dutch and English) and understand Arabic, Spanish, a little Italian and German but like Shiva said, if you speak English, you would be fine in 80-90% of the countries
  12. Thank you for your hard work guys!
  13. I'm stunned on how i see certain comments without ANY substance to it and this regarding health. Here are some facts for you to read IF you are interested in pure studies done for the sake of science, not funded by any industry selling you the product in the first place: - https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0209086 - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4245565/ - https://nutritionfacts.org/topics/plant-based-diets/ - https://www.pcrm.org/health-topics/gut-bacteria - https://nutritionfacts.org/video/harvards-meat-and-mortality-studies/ You should check up on https://www.pcrm.org/ and https://nutritionfacts.org/ if you want some real specific studies and facts. They always go over specific studies to have very detailed and specific results, leaving no room for "yeah but what if this or that" and so on... Don't do it for me, I won't benefit from it, my health is awesome, do it for yourself, it's the fuel you put in your body, if you want to just go by in live than fine do as you wish, if you want optimal health than you should research more. Everyone has a choice whether it's a conscious one or not you are taking actions every single day, this has consequences whether you want it or not I respect and accept everyone's choice, let that be clear but I can't let certain things being said about health to people asking for help which makes no stand at all. What you do with it, that's on you Warm regards!
  14. Wow, why do you believe that? On what facts are you suggesting this? Here is decent science and easy to understand done by non corporate funding: I quote: "Red meat, high-fat dairy products, and fried foods all reduce the growth of healthy bacteria and enhance the growth of “bad” bacteria linked to chronic disease." @Gneh Onebar See this please And if you are serious, read this Feel free to ask anything
  15. Did you know that 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds contains the following: Calories: 37 Protein: 1.3 grams Carbs: 2 grams Fiber: 1.9 grams Total fat: 3 grams Saturated fat: 0.3 grams Monounsaturated fat: 0.5 grams Polyunsaturated fat: 2.0 grams Omega-3 fatty acids: 1,597 mg Vitamin B1: 8% of the RDI Vitamin B6: 2% of the RDI Folate: 2% of the RDI Calcium: 2% of the RDI Iron: 2% of the RDI Magnesium: 7% of the RDI Phosphorus: 4% of the RDI Potassium: 2% of the RDI Interestingly, flax seeds health benefits are mainly attributed to the omega-3 fatty acids, lignans and fiber they contain.
  16. Hey all ! First of all thank you for reading this! I wanted to hear some ideas from others just to see what happens I am 31 and I just stopped my career as a (C#) developer. It doesn't fit my heart/gut feeling to do what all that i have been doing till this day (not that i regret any of it, neither that i think i should have been doing something else) but i don't know yet what i "should" be doing, which will fulfill this feeling but i do have a positive feeling and belief that it will come clear for me one day. I am a very good talker (even if it's me saying it here) , I can get so energized talking and talking for hours if it's about health and well being or helping someone that is facing certain issues. I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE wherever it is that i can help them. I am great at pinpointing the cause of any issue. I have a great sense of empathy. I have thought about numerous ideas but none of them kind of gives me this "yes, that's it!" moment. So I am still searching for what is it that i will do here on earth. Things like: - life coaching (physical/mental) - HR or any business area where human well being should be applied - developing an App or website for human well being - some other things but these would be only to have multiple income running not what would drive my ambition I'm going to be straight up, I don't think these above things are in anyway "good or bad" but my vision, my ambition, my urge is going towards HUGE impact. The kind of thing that sticks after I am "gone" I want to change the world, not in a way that I want the world to be like I want, but there are soooo many things (which I accept for what they are) that could be "improved" for the future in general. I know that if I "change" myself, I am changing the world, "be the change you want to see in the world", and I am trying to work on that on a daily bases for several years now. I will dedicate my life to this! I am aware that for example I can change 1 person during a 1 on 1 and that this person changes a mass of people and so on, I know this, but that is somehow not what I am looking for (I am very open to suggestions of any kind so please don't hesitate!!!) the purpose of this topic is to brainstorm, there is no good or bad idea's here but a world of opportunities. Let me know what you think, what are some ideas you have? Do you want to make a big impact here on earth, not for yourself, not for fame or money but for the "sake" of human well being? Please, share your insights and ideas! Thank you!
  17. @FrankTheTank You are trying to have/get "proof" of something that isn't from the same realm, this, is an non ending desire that in my opinion will never be fulfilled. It's an experience based domain, not a physical one. You can prove (and there has been) certain things like heating/cooling of the body by certain states of being and some other similar things but further than that you will not have it. Why is it that you think you need something that will give you enough willingness to pursue further? Are you aware that you yourself are 100% responsible for your willingness? You say: "I want to explore this because there are two interesting domains to explore for us: the outer world (fundamentally physics) and the inner world (psychology, introspection) and their relationship/dependence (spirituality/metaphysics)." You should watch some more videos (or do some research) about duality and non duality because by your statements you are overseeing certain fundamentals which will prohibit you from understanding certain things. "I have tried, but found nothing extrodinary there. Additionally and maybe more relevant if I look at the world and at history I find the state of affairs difficult to square with any "law of attraction" or karmic- or otherwise "special"/esoteric priciple." Maybe you didn't tried the proper things? Maybe you have to try longer and harder? Maybe you don't have to try anything, don't add things in your behavior/life but let go of things? I am not saying you can't understand or anything like that, really not, but you need a certain standing point to be open to certain things and be able to perceive/accept/realize them. See how you may have had certain beliefs in the past which have drastically changed (change of perception) from which you may have thought completely the contrary in the past, same goes for this except we are talking about fundamentals of life, so you can imagine what is involved here and at stake ? Kind regards.
  18. Wisely spoken @Shiva, people should "worry" more about other more common deficiencies that people have (B-12, vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, ...) and these you get plenty if eating "alive" food (vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, ...) and try to think about what type of fuel you put into your body. @Tom T PM me if you want serious information and steps to become more conscious and healthy about your food habits (or even other things of course) I am doing this on regular basis and for about 5-6 years, there is really TONS of science about this and the rest is up to you to decide what it is you want to do and how much willingness you have Peace!
  19. First of al veganism is a lifestyle, not only a diet, but a vegan diet, if done properly, meaning not eating only things that have the label "vegan" on it but by having most of what you eat coming from multiple sources, know what your body needs and know what the best source is to get it from and of course having a body that takes in/digest what you need/eat than you are fine and even less likely to have any deficiency or become less healthy. There are more risks of deficiencies in most people diets (eating animal products in general) than there are on a PROPER plant based diet. There are tons and tons of research done that are not financed by corporations but by individuals which sole purpose is to make scientific researches and very specific tests so that you can have a specific conclusion eliminating other factors of doubt. You can have a look at Dr Greger or Dr Barnard. https://www.pcrm.org/ https://nutritionfacts.org/ This is research done properly. Now @Scholar, do you brush (and floss like outlandish asked) ? If yes, can you tell us more on what you mostly eat and drink? Here are some tips to help increase dental health in general: - Coenzyme Q10 promotes gum healing and cell growth - Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids promotes healing, especially of bleeding gums - alcium and Magnesium help prevent bone loss around the gums - Vitamins A and E are needed for healing gum tissue - Aloe Vera Gel eases inflamed gums and soothes the tissues when applied directly to the affected area - Chamomile Tea is soothing to gum tissues - Green Tea is helpful in decay prevention and decreases plaque - Echinacea keeps inflammation down and enhances immune function
  20. What is your drive or reason to stop eating meat if I may ask? And why would you want to eat corn instead?
  21. @ivankiss BEAUTIFULLY SAID! Did you wrote that yourself, are these your own words?
  22. Willingness is the only thing you need to be happy. Of course you need to be alive as a human being so yes above things like food, water and shelter is needed for that but besides that, only if you are willing to be happy you will be happy
  23. I am not saying this to argue with you neither what you presented as "sources" nor do I want to continue on Masaru Emoto's claims but from my own experience as well as many others (mostly yogi's, which I learned this from) I can confirm you that you can alter the state of water and without a doubt you can change how the water affects you when drinking it or use it (washing etc...). You don't have to believe me but if you are open to it have a look at this, this or this for example or do your own research your way. Kind regards
