This post wasn't set up to diminish men in anyway, it's simply to encourage more female contribution I was just having this exact same conversation about the only way to escape mental illness is to take responsibility of your life. Good advice ?

The reason I mentioned the makeup is that I'm having a renewed interest in it. @Shadowraix I've read that instinct is physiological, and intuition is psychological. The primal instinct you mention goes to gut feel. I agree that intuition is adaptive and for me becomes more refined the more aware I become.

Lack of response of the listed items isn't a concern, I'm putting some feminine ideas up to see what happens. I'm not a moderator or of any particular relationship to the forum. Just thought I'd see if it rolled.
