@moon777light First you have to realize yourself as Awareness and stop believing thought stories how you are that body living life in universe (which are also part of awareness). Second you do your practises. Self inquiry-Will bust all your conceptual understanding Meditation-to rest in Being as your True Self. Uncoditional Love Third. While meditating remove all your invested energy in thing you call your life forget you even have one. Just let go of it. Open your heart as maximum as possible.

Who wants to win arguments? Ego does. It doesn't matter you can tell them exactly what to do, practises not theory but they still want more theory. They want correct worldview not actuality.
