Letting go is quite actually fully experiencing emotions. Sounds paradoxical does it. It is your perspective on sensations That creates emotions. You feel contracting sensations in chest area and You label it fear for example. Then You resist "negative emotion' and You create your own suffering.

Just be Good/decent, meditate every Day for an hour. Don't judge and hate. Be kind genereous helpfull. Trust and love yourself and mystical experiences Will Come. More You resemble God(c'mon You know What Goodness is) easier it will Come. It's worthy pursuing this. Trust That You are in good hands.
