@SQAAD Living life for body is fear based. You are trying to protect Something which is temporary. What kind of life is that. Think about it from logical /ratio al standpoint. Do I really want to live my life in fear stres worry etc. Do you really want life filled with constant Flow of negative emotions? Or? Makes no sense. But Goodness, LOVE, Selflesness Makes all the sense. Sensational guidance.
