Well I can't get my hands on 5 meo so I do it with meditation. I don't know it doesn't really matter how much I stay there, return here always look like just like a second passed. Most I stayed I beleive is 50 minutes. Was so awesome. But sometimes I stay just less then a minute I beleive. Sucks
