  11. NOTHING can overwhelm your being! What is being overwhelmed is your Mr. Mind! It senses it's losing its grip on you, and it enters panic mode! It will try and enter the deepest corners of your personhood to try and keep you from killing it Just watch that mind as if you were watching a dying snake that you are escaping from. Just watch it. It cannot hook you if you don't give it a helping hand. THIS right here is where lots of people run off scared. No attention needs to be given to mind at this point. Anything you are thinking of in this moment, it is not YOU. YOU is what watches that all

  14. Pwahahahaha Actually, the bliss of enlightenment does feel like an orgasm (not necessarily physically). I call those moments "too much joy" - just imagine having a 3 days orgasm (or one week or permanent) ? Only this last phrase right here could give you enough motivation to "get into the enlightenment business" lol
  15. You wanna know how I usually call this? Hitting your right foot with the left OK question: If the TRUTH is true at any time and any place, must be here now, no? Why wait? Why do? Why work? Similarly, if you can see God in a flower, how is it that you cannot see "Him" in yourself? "God" puts a worm in the deepest ocean, where no other creature can live. Still, it is also God who will give that worm exactly what it needs to survive there. So it is with you. You already have exactly what you need "inbuilt". Also, think about those poor little girls in Africa that have no education, no school, no books...Do you think God has brought them on this planet while denying them the hope of enlightenment? How can this be possible? It would be so unfair, wouldn't it? They have no notion of enlightenment or of the work you need to do to "get there". They just can be that, like that! Contemplate all that. In the end, it is a conscious decision to just get over the person-hood. Just you look what's keeping you hooked
  16. I feel inspired to share a little story with you. I was travelling two days ago, waiting between flights in a fairly busy airport. There was quite a bruhaha of "artificial noise" - heavy machinery from a building site, cars, planes, people talking... I know by now that life is teaching at every single moment, so I became conscious of everything taking place and soon discovered that there was a little group of birds singing "in the background". With a little bit of shift of attention and focus, I was able to "dismiss" the loudness of the artificial noise and only hear the little birds singing. Shortly, there was an understanding of their "talking". They were not scared of noises but rather, struggling to make themselves understood by the entire group. There was so much acceptance there, such a perfect adaptation to the circumstances...life just taking place. That, to me, is conscious living. "Mine" and "theirs"

Now you know they are in your hand (intellectually). All that remains is to look. Sit with that feeling that you actually have it right there.

  19. @Leo Gura, this is coming up quite frequently for people and I was wondering if it would be possible for you to do a video about it. There seems to be some confusion here. If I go in one direction (self-actualization) and invest in "worldly" mundane stuff (sorry,proper words elude me lately), how can I integrate my inner work, which seems to take me in the exact opposite direction? My personal interest, is purely practical. How to function in the "real world" from the new paradigm? Things like making plans for holidays, do the weekly groceries, meeting people where they are, are things that "puzzle" me a little bit, as I genuinely do not feel any planning appropriate. (how the heck do I know what I want to eat tomorrow, or if in 3 months I wanna go to Bahamas?..) Of course, those things don't have a grasp on anything here, but it would be nice to have your view on all this Might be that you already have that one on your "coming up" list... Thank you

    Where "I am" now, is like the aftermath of a very powerful earthquake: nothing in my reality has been left standing, but there are still things that "I remember" being there once... It is easier and easier to let go... I did "use" my intention and focus (in lack of better terms) to merge with my Guru's consciousness. A heavenly experience indeed.

Yes, the fact that your body and everything else in this plane is experienced within time, makes it that you perceive that you need to "go" somewhere or "do" something, but the "real reality" is that you already are enlightened, only you cannot let go of the things that tell you that you are not. Also, you are not a part of "emptiness", you ARE emptiness, expressed through some kind of "concoction" of different materials, more or less solid (body, images, thoughts, concepts, etc) Think of this as looking for your glasses frantically. There's gonna be a moment, where you will understand that your glasses are already there on your nose.
  23. OK, this is maybe one of the craziest things tried to be expressed. Maybe understanding what is being blabbered here will somehow give rise to some ideas. There is an arising of lack of proper expression of what is being experienced and impossibility of accurate "translation" of it. The "me" is vanishing also taking with it concepts that have been associated with that. There is also a "deep concern" to speak the truth (new truth), which is more and more difficult to undertake. Words can't seem to have old function and are being dropped, discarded as non valid. How can truth be still expressed - especially in the context of this forum - when everything sounds like a cacophony ? "Ayla" (LOL) seems to have trouble focusing into expression. Help ?
